The terrifying attack arrived above Jim , smashing down with extreme might . The void started disintegrating as the might of the attack also dispersed slowly and before it could arrive before Jim , The whole attack vanished without a trace .
The eyes of Glen was solemn as he looked at Jim . "Your way of attacking is so mysterious". Jim shook his head and said "It is not mysterious but your understanding of the world essence is too low ". The attacks of Jim bordered on the essence of the world and without a deep understanding of the world essence , it will be hard to defend his attacks which is very unpredictable and weird sometimes .
Glen took a deep breath as he decided to go into close combat with Jim . He practiced the "Thunder god body " and his body was tempered to the peak of supreme realm . It was hard to find someone that had a strong body like him and that's why he could dominate the supreme ranking without having any opponent.
"Thunder god body". boooom!!!. mysterious runes appeared on his body making it appear holy and mighty . There was an indescribable Divine aura surrounding him like a Divine being . Lightening streaks flashed around him as his lightening armour shone with intense might. whoosh!!!. he vanished from his position as he appeared in front of Jim punching out .
"Titan thunder fist". boooom!!!... intense lightening gathered in his fist as he punched out . Jim calmly looked at the attack as he said "Void replication". The surrounding void seem to be shifted and interwoven forming countless space . The figure of Jim seem to appear in different void making it hard to know the actual Jim .
Boooom!!... , Glen punched out destroying countless of replicas but he could not locate the actual body of Jim . Glen was in despair as he looked at the countless figures that was surrounding him and holding a book . "If you are a man , come out and fight !. Stop making use of such lousy technique ".
Glen shouted with frustration in his voice . "As you wish ". an indifferent voice sounded out . The countless figures fused together into one one figure . "You only know how to hide " . Glen mocke Jim . Jim looked at him and said "you lack calmness " . Glen replied and said "I only seek absolute strength ". Jim lifted his hand as he made a strange hand signs that manifested into symbols that revolved around him .
"Regression". booomm!!!..,the world essence around Glen seemed to be moving in reverse as he quickly found out that he was losing his cultivation . He roared as he erupted with all his might . Thunder and lightening rumbled in the environment as he resisted with all his might . His innate thunder body seemed to be stimulated as a mysterious symbol appeared on his forehead increasing his strength .
He seemed to be actually resisting the forceful stripping of his cultivation . "Hmmm, not bad". Jim nodded as he looked at the struggling Glen . He tapped into the void as the landscape of their fighting changed as Glen found himself in a wide grassland that had no end . He discovered that he actually became a mortal without any spiritual energy .
"Where is this place?". His eyes widened in horror . "This is called an essence world that can only be created by those that study the essence path . Although this world is actually filled with imperfections because my cultivation is too low ". Glen looked around as he tried to sense his cultivation but sadly he could not sense anything .
Jim looked at his downtrodden expression and smiled . "Don't waste your time trying to sense your cultivation, unless you are stronger than me can you break way from this world ". Glen had a lost expression on his face as he looked at Jim and said "Are you still using the cultivation of a peak supreme being to fight ". Jim nodded and said "Yes , the laws of the Trial tower can not be violated by anyone".
Glen weakly sat down as he muttered with despair "Then , why is the gap between us so huge that I can not even fight back ". Jim smiled calmly and said "Actually , you are very outstanding to be able to come to this height on your own. I reached perfection in my world essence cultivation which revolves around different paths . If you have achieved perfection in your thunder and lightening intent and also if you have comprehended destruction intent , it will make your attacks more destructive when combined with thunder and lightening intent".
Glen eyes shone as he said "I will follow your advice ". Jim nodded and added "Also , you have to be calm and rational, never underestimate your opponent. you lack calmness and that's why you left so many openings for me to explore ". Glen nodded as he noted down his short comings. "With a calm and rational mind and Indomitable spirit , you will dance with the elites ".
Glen stood up and bowed to Jim . "I will never forget this kindness ". Jim waved his hand and said "it's nothing ". Glen looked at Jim and asked with a curious expression ."Who is the figure on the 9th floor that you could not even defeat ?". Jim smiled and said "It is his Majesty, the martial lord".
Glen eye's shone brightly as he asked "Is he so strong that he is unmatched ?". Jim laughed and said "He is unmatched indeed from the past to the present ". He waved his hand as he dispersed the essence world . The projection became blur as it vanished .
Glen clenched his fist as he looked at the entrance of the 9th floor . "One day , I will be worthy to stand before you ". He left the tower . Jim never knew that his casual words gave birth to the terrifying thunder sovereign of the future . The being that dared to challenge the god emperor and came out unscathed . In the future when the thunder sovereign is asked how he became mighty . He simply laughed and said "With a calm and rational mind and Indomitable spirit, tell me why I Will not dance with the elites".
Outside the Tower , We all watched the light of the 8th floor dim without the 9th lighting up . Everyone became disappointed because that showed that the Challenger was defeated . Cadik was looking at Clive with a curious expression . "Where did this beggar come from?". Clive shouted with grievance "I am not a beggar , when I roamed the world for thousands of years, you are not yet born"? .
Cadik became interested as he asked "Then , how did you survive all these thousands of years , is it through begging". The face of Clive was flushed red as he was rendered speechless "You .......". I quickly intervened because I knew how bad and infuriating the mouth of Cadik was . "He is a subordinate I recently recruited ". Everyone nodded in greeting as Clive greeted everyone .
"What is your cultivation level?". Cadik asked . Clive said awkwardly "I am just at the peak of void realm ". Cadik shouted with happiness"Good ! good! , I just comprehended the 5th move of Eternal fist and I will like to ask for your guidance ". Clive was hesitant as he looked me . "Don't mind him ". I simply said . Sadness filled Cadik's face "Your majesty , I have not ....". I waved my as he was sent flying into the distance .
Glen came out and saw many curious eyes looking at him and he was frightened out of his wits but the discipline hall master quickly came and took him away to avoid others halls from poaching him . I looked at Tian and said " Bring Clive to the technique pavilion and also arrange a suitable accommodation for him ".
Tian nodded and said "Okay , your majesty . is there any post that will be assigned to him ?". I shook my head and said"Don't worry, I have plans for him ". Tian took Clive away as he left with Garvin . I tore space and returned to my palace . The clone I created was ready to depart . The clone can transmit messages to me from afar and I hope that he will be able to do so in another world . slash!!!. The clone slashed space apart as he left origin world . I knew that peaceful days were coming to an end .
