Chapter 44.
Benjamin's pov
After hearing what Elina and Ian have gone through every day for over a year it broke my heart.
These two definitely have my respect! And after a whole day shopping with them we all have been able to get closer.
Now watching a movie in the theater I'm sitting next to her in her left and Ian on her right.
I know I'm stealing more glances of her then I'm actually seeing if the movie.
But you can't fault a guys for wanna take in her beauty because she truly is the most beautiful and gorgeous woman ever!
I see her hand is resting on the arm rest so I do the typical cliche move and put my hand over hers.
And when she don't move it I can feel my heart do a little happy dance.
We kept watching the move and when it was done I looked at Elina, then leaned close and whispered "Are you okay with me carrying you for a little?" I gave her a soft smile and she looked at me and nodded.
So I gently lifted her up and we all made our way out of the theater.
Suddenly I notice both Elina and Ian is looking around, and it looks like I'm not the only one picking up on it.
"Is everything okay" I asked looking between Elina and Ian. "It feels like we are being followed!" They both said low in unison.
I do find it so amusing and amazing how they are so in sync it will never get old to me.
"What do you mean?" Diego asked looking worried around us and so did the rest of us.
"I don't know, but I have felt some eyes on me a while and I get a bad vibe of them!" Elina said low and Ian nodded.
"We should head home then!" Clive said and we all nodded. We started to make our way out of the mall then suddenly I feel Elina tense up in my arms.
I stop walking so the rest stop as well. "Elina?" I ask her looking at her worriedly and see Elina is looking in one direction with wide eyes.
Then we see a lot of guys about 100 give or take is surrounding us.
"Darling, it's so good to see you again! How I have missed you!" One guy said smirking at Elina and Ian step in front of her so the guy can't see her.
Our guards are also surrounding us to protect us. I see Diego and Alex on the phone probably contacting Dante and Alejandro.
"Ben, you have to put me down!" Elina said in a low voice looking up at me.
"No, there is no way in hell I'm doing that, honey!" I said sternly. "You have to, right now I will just slow you down if we have to make a run for it!" She said in a serious voice.
"Elina there is no chance we will leave you here with them!" Alex said looking at her with a scared look.
"Alex I don't think you will, but Ben can't be running fast with me in his arms, and if we have to fight me and Ben will be sitting ducks! I won't put Ben in harms way like that!" Elina said sternly to Alex.
"Trust me, I can handle myself!" She added and then the other guys as well as the main four guards nod at me. She is right in what she is saying, it will be hard coming out of this situation with her in my arms.
I gently put her down on the floor and then the smirk on the guy just grew wider.
"So my sweet darling have missed me so much that she comes to me voluntary" He said happily.
"Keep daydreaming Vincent, how did you find us?" Ian said with a menacing tone.
"That was actually quite hard and took me a while. We had to check the surveillance camera from the hideout that have been your home for the past year, then we had to check who the people entering the day we got interrupted" This Vincent guy explained.
"So you are the guy that have tortured my siblings?" Alex asked angry.
I think all of us feel rage now. This man have been behind that, he have been the one putting them through that!
"If you won't come voluntarily with me darling, I will just have to take you by force!" He said and his smirk turned into an angry expression.
"Take the twins and RUN, get out of here!" Clive shouted to us and we quickly made a run for it.
I grabbed Elina's hand and pulled her with me, Ian, Caleb, Diago, Alex, Jason, Max and Even darted out of the mall.
I looked over my shoulder and saw so many of the enemy following after us.
We got to our cars and had the same seating arrangement like we did on our way to the mall and I speeded out of there.
The enemy quickly followed so I raced down the road as fast as I could but they a gaining on us.
Diego looked back in the backseat. "Elina" was all he said. I quickly looked in the rear view mirror and saw Elina already looking at me.
"Elina we need you!" Ian said quickly. "Damn it!" She said "Keep driving Ben!" She added then she made her way to the front seat from the back.
And before I was able to process anything Elina was sitting on my lap.
"Elina what are you doing?" Alex shouted in shock. "It's okay Alex, everything is under control!" Diego said looking between Elina and Alex.
"I'm sorry Ben, but I have to take over, so I'm sorry if I make you uncomfortable!" She said then she moved the driver seat up towards the steering wheel.
"When I tell you, move your foot from the gass pedal" She instructed, "okay" i answered.
Then she placed her hands on the steering wheel "NOW" she said and I did as i was ordered to.
Suddenly we are swaying in a very smooth manner, passing cars in a very high speed.
The people following us is still hot on our tails but we have gained a little more distance.
"Some of you call Max!" She ordered and Alex did as she said.
Max: "Damn Alex where the hell are you, we can't see you!"
Elina: "Max, right now, where are you?"
Caleb: "Elina? We just got out in the highway, we saw a lot of enemy cars following you!"
Elina: "Are you guys being followed?"
Caleb: "No, we are not followed at all!"
Ian: "Well that just made it clear, it's Elina they are after, Vincent is obsessed with her!"
Elina: "You guys stay back! Drive in the speed limit! We don't want you guys to be caught in the crossfire!"
