Elina's pov.
"Amazing, and you can pick up Talia is the same?" Kayden asked looking at me shocked. "Yeah, it's hard to explain but we can. When it came to Talia, it was like we shared a deep sense of emotional and energetic connection. Kinda like an emotional click between us. We feel a lot of energy, like how I picked up you were nervous driving my car earlier. I told you I picked up on your nervous energy." I explained as best I could.
"It's like we can just look at a person, we can see or feel how that person feel. And many not all, but many that experience abuse or childhood trauma have a highter chance of developing heightened affective empathy when they get older." Ian explained.
"We can have a heightened ability to read emotional cues and environmental, subtle signals as a safety mechanism. Many may develop deeper compassion for others and a strong desire to help, so turning their pain into empathy. Many may also have a higher emotional empathy like feeling others pain as it's their own. Many that goes through higher levels of trauma in their childhood can have even higher level of empathy. And this is just some of what me and Ian has, hope it make sense." I said looking at Kayden who now look deep in thoughts.
"Honestly it does, and it also explains a lot about Talia, I never knew it was some special word for it, we just thought she was exceptional in reading people and pick up on situations." Kayden said looking at me with a smile.
"Many will also be very drawn to empaths, like a moth to the flame. Many seek advice and guidance from them. And seems like that is correct with both Talia as well as me and Elina." Ian said.
"Yeah that's honestly crazy, when Talia got home many years ago, we just never wanted to be away from her, wherever she went we went. If we couldn't be with her we all were just bummed out." Josh said in a chuckle and that made Kayden laugh.
"So true." Kayden said shaking his head. "Do you want to know another fun thing about empaths that's definitely true about Elina and Talia?" Ian asked in a chuckle.
"Yes." Kayden and Josh said in unison.
"Many empathic people end up being in a ethical non-monogamy like Elina and Talia. While empaths are often associated with intense, deep, one on one connections. Their ability to feel love and empathy for multiple people can lead them to pursue multiple relationships. With their heighten capacity to feel emotions, can extend them to love more than one, without sacrificing the deep feeling for the other in the relationship." Ian explained and Kayden looked at me in shock.
"Many empaths that goes for this type of relationship are always good with being honest about their feelings and don't try to hide it away from their partner. And for many empaths need this type of relationship to keep a balance of their emotions. That way they don't lose themselves in the intense, singular, long term relationship." Ian explained.
"While I'm a person that don't have the emotional capacity to be with more than one. But also due to the twin bond me and Elina has, our romantic relationships with our partners are kinda messy." Ian explained and Kayden kept just looking shocked between me and the phone in his hand.
"Seriously you two are like a walking Wikipedia, just like Talia." Josh laughed out and that made us all laugh even the Russian.
"That's end of today's lesson. And just in time, we are here." I laughed out.

I parked the car, Josh parked the car next to me front out. The others came out and they looked at Josh with nothing but shock.
"What? Do I have something on my face or something?" Josh asked looking at me and Ian confused.
"No, it's just because you drove the car." We said in unison and chuckled.
"Oh, well I have to say, your car is the best I have ever had the opportunity to drive." Josh said putting an arm around my shoulder as pull me in for a hug.
"Of course, it's my baby." I said in a chuckle. "With all the improvement to the car like interior, exterior, engine, comfort and such things, it's now worth 42 million." I said with a smile looking at him.
Joshua as well as Kayden and Alex goes pale, white as a ghost. And everyone else looks at me shocked except for Ian, he know all about it.
Josh, Kayden and Alex just open and close their mouth. "Do I need to find a pool to toss the three of you in? You look like fishes on dry land." I said raising an eyebrow.
I look at Ian. "Uhm did I say anything wrong?" I asked and he just shake his head and shrug his shoulders.
"Elina how much did you just say your car is worth?" Seb asked in shock. "Uhm, it's only 42 million dollars worth." I said still confused about what the shock is.
"Can I please look at your engine?" Harry asked excitedly. "Yes sure." I said, I went to the driver seat to pop the hood. Then I lifted it up and let them look inside and Harry's jaw dropped to the ground.
"What the fuck, I have never seen a more beautiful and clean engine. I think I'm in love with your car." Harry said in awe.
"I can't understand how you so easily just play around with your car when it's that valuable." Kayden said in shock. "Shit I'm glad you didn't tell me the price before we had the driving lesson." Josh said still pale.
"I don't see the big deal, it's other cars out there that's more valuable than mine." I said shrugging my shoulders.
"One thing is for sure, they don't know how to drive because you are still the best driver there is." Santiago said in a laugh.
"Just goes to show you don't need to have a valuable car to drive good, it's skills." Ian said putting an arm around my waist to hug me in a side hug.
But he quickly let go of me and then lifted my top to check my ribs.
