Calvin's pov.
These past two weeks have been torture for all of us, seeing Elina give up like that, we all just wanted to take the pain away from her.
Now seeing how she is too weak to even stand on her own legs, I'm sure it didn't really help she drank that much yesterday. But she haven't gotten a lot of nutrition in her these two weeks.
I'm over the mood happy Ian woke up, we have all been worried about him. And I have missed that handsome voice, seeing his beautiful smile, get lost looking into his eyes. Feeling his warm soft hands on my body, his lips on mine.
But I'm also happy because now Elina won't give up, we just need to help her get back to her full strength. I carried Elina in my arms up to the twins private bedroom and Ian walked next to us.
We got into the bathroom and I helped Ian off with the hospital gown while I still held Elina with on arm.
Then I placed Elina on the bathroom counter so we all could brush our teeth before I undress and help Elina undress.
This should probably be weird to us but it's not, Elina is more than a baby sister, just not really a romantic partner to me. I love her more than a sister but I don't have any romantic feelings for her. I would give my life for her, and I know Elina's boyfriends would do the same for Ian.
This weird relationship we all have is unique but none of us would want to have it any other way.
The three of us finish showering, me and Elina made sure Ian was careful with his wounds. Then I helped Elina wash her body, while Ian washed her hair.
When we were done and finished drying off. Elina put on new bandages on Ian she got from uncle Derick.
Then I helped Elina with her skincare routine before I lifted her into the closet and Ian followed.
Me and Ian put on a boxer, Ian put on a light blue denim shorts and I put on a black one. Then Ian put on a beige and white button t-shirt while I put on a white. We both took socks on then Ian white sneakers while I put on black.
Elina found a baby blue set of lingerie, the bra was strapless, I helped put it on. Then she found a white laced thighs shorts, her baby blue three layered skirt, and a white tube top, socks and white tennis shoes. I helped her on with it. She is still very weak but she will get back to her full strength soon.
Then I carried her out to the bedroom and sat down with her by the vanity where Ian wanted to dry her hair and braid it in a waterfall braid.
When we were done, we all headed down to get breakfast. And when we entered the dining room everyone looked at us shocked and big smiles on their faces.
The triplets ran up to me since I held Elina. I gently put Elina down on the floor and she crouched down, I did the same just to make sure she didn't tip over. Ian looked at us confused and shocked.
That's right, he don't have any idea who these kids are, it was Elina who saved them and he was shot.
"Pretty Lina, you look even more prettier today. I can't wait till we can get married, you will be the most beautiful bride every. You're like an angel sent from heaven." Luka said happily.
I don't think it was one face in this dining room that didn't have a big smile on their face. Ian as well even though he looks confused.
"I promise, I will be a better husband than uncle Luke." Luka added and that made Elina laugh. "Who told you to say that?" She chuckled out. "Uncle Nico." Luka whispered with a cute grin.
"Pretty Lina, I have missed you. Are you feeling better?" Thea asked her worriedly.
Elina put her arms around Thea and hugged her gently. "I have missed you too sweetheart. And yes I am." Elina said when she pulled away from the hug.
"You see that man there?" Elina pointed at Ian who gave them a warm smile.
"Is he you husband." Nikolai asked with teary eyes which made many awe in the cuteness.
"No Nikolai, you know I'm together with your uncle Luke, Makoto, Ben, Diego, Tristan and David." Elina pointed at them with a smile.
"But I want to marry you." Nikolai cried and hugged Elina tighter.
"Maybe when you are old enough to get married, you can sweep Lina here of her feet and marry her. Until then Lina's boyfriends will make sure she is good and safe." I said in a chuckle. Both Luka and Nikolai jumped up and down in happiness. While Elina's boyfriends shoot me deathly looks. I just smirked at them and gave them a wink.
"So Pretty Lina who is this man?" Thea asked looking between Elina and Ian. "Why does he look so similar to you just being a man?" Thea added.
"You know how your mom and uncle Theo is twins?" Elina asked with a sweet smile holding and arm around Thea who nodded.
"Ian here is my twin. And the reason I have not been feeling so good is because he was badly injured, and he have been a sleepyhead and slept for two weeks. I missed him so much, so that's why I haven't been feeling good. But now he is woken up, I'm feeling good again." Elina explained and the triplets looked between Elina and Ian in awe.
"How did he get injured?" Luka asked sadly. Now all eyes was on Elina, what will she say?
"You know the bad people that took you?" Elina asked and the triplets nodded sadly.
"When me and your uncle Luke and uncle Nico came to save you, Ian had to make sure it wasn't other people that needed saving, and then the bad people injured him. But he will be okay. Now the sleepyhead have been sleeping for two weeks so he will be back to his full strength soon." Elina explained and the triplets looked at Ian with so much adoration on their face.
"We are glad to see you awake, Pretty Lina have been so worried about you." The triplets said in unison and the United Mafia looked at the triplets in shock while everyone from our household started to laugh.
"Guess the synchronized germs are back at work now with both twins here." Jack laughed and that made everyone laugh.
"Come sweethearts, breakfast will be served, go and find your seats." Elina said hugging the triples and give the three a kiss on their cheeks again. The two boys blush and ran away with big grins while Thea smiled a bright smile.
I lifted Elina back up in my arms and sat down with her in my lap and Ian sat next to us.
