Chapter 88 Extra Chapter 3

Chapter 88 Extra Chapter 3
Antonio's POV

I hadn't heard from my daughter. I had called her grandma. But she wasn't answering. He had sent his guard to check on them. He never liked the habit of her denying the security around her. She wanted to lead a normal life and he loved her so much to give her anything.

Duante walked in the hall. Drake was always with him. He still remembered the small boy smiling but it was for a short period. After his parent's death, he adopted a cold expression. He was glad that he opened up for his wife. He could still see a little glimpse of his happy side around his wife. But it faded after he lost his memories.

"Did we get any clue, son?" Antonio asked, getting on his feet. His head was still mulling over his daughter and grandchild.

He glanced at him for a long second. "Is Sofia alright?" Duante asked, his poker face wasn't giving anything.

"It has been a week. I called Betha's house. She didn't answer. I'm worried. She always leaves a message or calls me if she is going to be busy." He said.

Worry made the wrinkles clear on his face.

His jaw clenched. "I'll send Ben and Victor." He spun to his office.

"Duante," He stopped him. Duante was still upset with him for not standing up for his love. He had two kids. One was kidnapped and he didn't know where he would be... until coming from here. But he hid the truth from Duante and his son Thomas.

"Is something you need, uncle?" He asked.

"No, um, Evie." He hesitated as Duante never wanted to discuss anything with him, until it concerned his wife.

"She's fine." He said sternly and stormed out of the hall.

It wasn't hidden from anyone that he wasn't in Duante's like list but it wasn't ever mentioned in front of Eveleen. He was here because Thomas wanted this.

His phone began to ring on the desk. His feet hurried over it. An alarm bell rang in the back of his head as he recognized the number.

Swiping to answer he hoisted it up. "What do you want?" His voice was low and full of irritation. He never thought his firstborn would be like this who would cut the hands that fed him. His eyes darted around. He didn't want anyone to overhear him. It still troubled him that Mini had to go through that difficult day. He was frightened that his mad son would hurt her. He managed to convince him somehow.

"Dear daddy, are you missing your obedient girl." He heard his loud laughter.

"She's your sister." He snapped. He didn't want to think that her brother wouldn't hurt her. But deep down he knew he shouldn't expect anything good from him.

"Don't make me angry, oldie. I have killed her husband. It won't take me long to kill her son and then...." He laughed again. "Do you wanna see her dead body?"

"Don't hurt her." He closed his eyes and dug his fingers into the back of his skin. He could imagine what his daughter would be going through. He had lost people before.

"Then do as I say. I have planned everything. My man will plant a bomb in Duante's plane. That's it. Just don't let my man be caught."

"You're crazy!" He yell-whispered, feeling rage. His hand curled around an expensive decorated piece. He wanted to shatter it but his anger wasn't going to save his daughter and grandchild.

"Well, I'm sending a gift for Duante. How's my girl? What's she wearing today?"

He felt helpless. He was cursing the day he was born. He would have killed him if he had known this day.

"She's your brother's wife and with a child, Andrew. You can get any girl." He tried to speak politely. He tried many times to make things understandable to him.

"You fucking old bastard. She's mine! Mine! Do you have any problem hearing things?" He could hear noises behind him. "I heard you saying this again. I'll cut Jackson's head and present it to you." The call ended.

His dark eyebrows pulled together in anger. "If I do what he wants. I'm just as bad as him. I can't hurt Evie. She's a sweet child." His fists tightened. He let go of the decorated piece. It hit the marble floor and shattered into tiny pieces.

With a clenching jaw, he stomped out of the hall.

He got in the back seat of the car. "Dew! The same place." He told me before gesturing to him to go. He pressed the button that raised a wall between them, giving him privacy.

He scrolled through his contact list and dialed a number. He never thought to use it.

"Devil?" He asked as he picked up the call.

"My fee is higher than your imagination if you can't pay forty thousand pounds, just disconnect the call. Or leave a message after a beep." He heard the beep.

With a heavy sigh, he said. "I'll give you sixty thousand pounds. Call me immediately. I'm running out of time. I can't discuss it over the phone."

He clenched his jaw as he drew the phone away from his ear. He cast an irritated look out of the window.

"First Stalker and now My eccentric son, Andrew. I would shoot him in the head." He wanted to smash his feet in his face.

After two hours of driving through New York's traffic, he reached the old club. It was an old place in a big hut shape made of wood.

He opened the door. Dew was already on his feet. "Stay here." He ordered him and walked over to the entrance.

It wasn't fully empty. Some new and old faces stared at him. A few heads bowed at his sight. He tipped his chin. Ignoring them, he walked behind the counter. Through a narrow hallway, he halted in front of the door.

His teeth were pressed together as he rapped his knuckles against the wooden. He was getting impatient. He tapped the side of his coat, feeling his gun.

The door opened after a long pause. A smirking evil face opened it. He scowled at him and masked his face immediately.

"Father! So good to see you."

He strode in with a cold expression. "Where's Sofia? She's your sister. Don't forget this, Andrew."

"That saved her from my bullet. You didn't reply father. How's Eve?"

The corners of his eyes tightened as anger coursed through him. "I have told you. She's your brother's wife and with a child."

"Do you wanna see Jackson's dead body?" His smile disappeared and he curled his hand around his neck. He put pressure on his windpipe.

He stared at him with big eyes and clawed at his hand to push him away.

Andrew withdrew his hand. His anger and madness were quickly gone. It was replaced with a smirk.

He coughed, his face was bright red. He rubbed his fingers on his neck, looking at him with shock.

"I'm telling you from the starting that he has to die. She won't love me when he's alive. I let Mini live but I can change my mind. I have my men in the mansion keeping close eyes on you and everyone. You'll do as I have told you. Let's try one more time. I need to know have you understand me or not. How's Eve?" He repeated.

He opened his mouth to speak and felt the pain. "She's upset with Stalker."

He laughed. "Now, I trust you. Let me tell you a secret. I'm the stalker. It was always me, Not Rocky or anyone. Poor bastard!" His laughter grew louder.

His eyes bulged in shock. His head began to pound. "What?" He contorted his lips, suppressing his anger. He wasn't forgetting that his daughter was captured by him.

"Yes, now you know my plan. Just sit on the couch, and watch him die."

"Andrew," he softened his voice. " Stress isn't good for Evie and her health. You should stop stalking her, son." He hated to address him this way.

"Hm," He paused considering. "Yes, I didn't think this. She loves her baby. I will love her baby, too. It's only Duante I hate the most. He has to die." He shrugged his shoulders as he was talking about the weather.

At that moment, he realized that he was dealing with an eccentric person, not any rivals. He could be dangerous. Very dangerous.

"Ok, do you wanna know how I killed Pablo? Even Duante can't kill him mercilessly. I should be the boss. After his death, you're introducing me as their boss and declaring my wedding to her. She'll be mine. I have waited for this very eagerly." A glint of madness shone in his eyes.

"I have a meeting. I should go" He felt suffocated in the small room. He turned to reach for the door. He didn't look back and rushed out of the place.

"What kind of a monster you have raised Tann." He gritted his teeth in exasperation.
