Chapter 89 Robin Action
This morning, Robin was downtown, pretending to be an ordinary citizen to find out what was really going on. From the start, Robin had noticed their domineering behavior, which was so extraordinary that it even made him wonder what was really happening in this long-broken government system.
Until, slowly, the whole case came to light, a horrific journey of the government's dark side that was now beginning to be revealed publicly. Even though the information was provided by an anonymous account, it's truly remarkable that an anonymous figure could penetrate such a stringent government system.
Robin also knows that his country's security system is truly so tight that it's nearly impossible for anyone to breach it. Moreover, he provided factual information and evidence that no one could ever avoid. The horrific corruption cases that have been going on for decades, even the undeniable flow of funds, as well as the illegal drug and arms trade, have been going on for a very long time.
Unfortunately, all of these issues were previously covered up, with the government always blaming armed mafias and high-profile criminals for all of this. To be honest, when Robin was in the police force, he had heard about this case many times, but when he tried to speak up about it to Mr. Michelle, the man always said it was a misunderstanding and that things weren't as he thought. Eventually, Robin realized that Mr. Michelle actually knew something, but he tried to remain silent and avoid getting further involved in the matter.
Especially after the revelation of the murder that occurred decades ago, which made a husband and wife who were world-class businessmen died in a horrific way and became victims of a mass slaughter that could be said to be like that. Back when Robin was little he remembered very well how for months the news was always the main topic that even always made everyone pay attention so seriously. Only suddenly the case just disappeared and even nothing remained, And of course this also became a very big question mark, how could a couple of businessmen who had power and also money that could even be said to be the most in the world not be able to reveal who the real killer was from a case that even seemed so obvious.
