This had the desired effect of making the queen of the Faye show herself which she was obviously trying not to do. “How dare you speak to me like that you foul odious creature. I insist on speaking which Selene’s daughter” growling now and standing up to her full height Sapphire said “you are speaking to the daughter of Selene, say what you want and leave” the queen started to laugh at that. It was a horrid laugh, mirthless and cold. Clearly trying to undermine the wolf the other wolves standing around started to growl as well. Stepping forward out of the shadow of the spell the Queen approached Sapphire. Getting within inches of the barrier between them. With a cold fixed smile on her face the Queen seemed to float of the ground so she was eye level with Sapphire. Jonas was the one growling now and projecting his Grand Alpha aura which was almost as powerful as the spell the Queen was using to protect herself. A few of the wolves had tried and failed to press beyond the barrier the Faye had put up. Laughing again the Faye addressed Jonas now. “So the big bad Alpha wolf wants to try and penetrate my Magic? It would take more magic folk than you could shake a stick at dog!” The Queen snapped at Jonas who just growled back at her. Again Sapphire asked what she wanted and again the Faye said that she wanted to talk to the daughter of Selene. Linking with the rest of the group Genni informed them that she would face the Queen, as Genni. Hearing this, Molly insisted on shifting as well as Peter and when they had Sapphire allowed Genni to have control. Standing there in nothing but with her hair draped over her breasts Jax had to fight down temptation to shift as well and stand next to her. He was glad he hadn’t when he and everyone else witnessed what happened next. The Faye let out a very unladylike snort of derision and countered with “suicide mission, I can assure you daughter of Selene, I am quite protected from the likes of you” smiling herself now Genni asked “do you mean this little barrier you’ve put up around yourself? Losing all pretence of a gentle spirit the Faye lashed back with “its keeping you in your place isn’t it you odious creature” almost snarling by the end of it. It was Genni’s time to laugh now and putting her hand so it rested on the barrier she said “you mean this barrier? The one you thought strong enough to protect you, that barrier right”? And with eyes wide with shock and then real fear the Queen of the Faye saw the daughter of Selene hold her hand to the barrier and simply walk through it as if it didn’t exist. Genni pushed through the heavy magic and stood almost nose to nose with the Faye as Genni could float too it seemed. Smiling a truly terrible smile now Genni kept walking forward until she could stretch out her arm and grab the Faye by the neck and for good measure she let her claws extend a little, not to mark but she would definitely feel them. Queen Sophia kept saying “not possible, not possible” for a few short seconds then her neck got squeezed and she could not get any more words out. “You think I would allow something like you to travel to my Territory unrestrained? With the placing of my hand I shackle you!” Genni said suddenly “there now, see? That wasn’t so hard was it darling? And Jax let out a growl that seemed to be a chuckle “I will allow you to leave this place but with one condition” genni said as her hand squeezed a little tighter. Genni waited for the pathetic Faye to nod her head and then she continued. “You can tell Zachary that his attempt to play mind games failed miserably. And you can also tell your superior that this little stunt has been a complete disaster as for him. And now I tell you, having chosen a side you will now be banned from entering in, crossing over or portalling within any of my brethren’s lands. Then she dropped her and as Genni expected Sophia immediately went on her knees and started to beg forgiveness for her poor attitude and ignorance. As she continued to plead with Genni for another audience with her Genni shifted into Sapphire. The queens eyes widened again in fear as Sapphire turned around and walked toward her again. You could she the queen desperately trying to portal out but she couldn’t. Sapphire glanced back at Jax who walked forward with her. So the queen was now truly terrified. “You will not leave until I release you Faye. Plus, my darling mate would like to say something to you before I allow you to go”. Looking at Jax and mind linking him at the same time Sapphire told him to speak, Jax open his eyes wide for a spilt second then started to open and close his mouth as if trying it out and Sapphire was thrilled to hear the gruff voice coming from him. Jax stepped closer to the Faye who had lost all colour at this point “Enter my Lands again and I will not be as tolerant as my Mate. Trust me when I say that if I should see you or any one of your kind within My pack lands I will kill you. Do you understand? I only ask as it is well known that Faye are a bit stupid and frivolous with sanity”! The Faye queen was trembling in fear now, all pretence was gone. This had not gone the way she thought it would, her intel on these creatures was woefully ignorant of the daughter of selene’s power. Add that to the fact that the Grand Alpha could speak through his wolf as well was something that Zachary didn’t know himself. Oh yes, thought the Faye as she waited to be released from this lock on her portal, there is a lot to tell Zachary but first.
