Chapter 52 An Experience
ZARA'S POV
My nerves were still shocked from the whole impact of everything. Kai lost control once again, and he almost hurt all of us... His very own friends. I didn't know how I felt about all that, yet something still pulled me towards him.
I went to check on my other friends to see if they were all okay.
"We're good, Zara." Luna had voiced out their thoughts.
I shaked my head a bit in denial. I don't know what had just happened, but I hoped everything could just return back to normal.
"Go...." Mira drawled out.
"Go and check on him." Rex said.
"You're all ridiculous." Luna commented.
"Ridiculous... How?" Mira questioned.
"She should go and meet him. He literally almost attacked all of us." Luna responded.
"But he didn't." Rex defended coldly.
"Says someone who did the same thing from where we came from." Luna sneered.
"That's enough, Luna." He yelled angrily as he kicked a pebble out of his way.
Turning to face her, his eyes were hollow and dead. If looks could kill, Luna would probably be 6 feet under the ground.
He dragged her out of the room, leaving me with Mira.
"There's some bad blood or regret there." Mira said.
I agreed to her thoughts. There was something painful or really worse there, and I didn't know how to approach them in that moment.
I helped Mira get up from the floor in which she laid. She seemed shaken a bit but was trying to pull off the tough girl act. I helped her get to a bench.
"You can go." She said.
I wanted to nod, but at the same time, my wolf was desperate to see Kai. To know what was going through his mind.
"Go.... I sense that your wolf is distressed." She said.
And was she wrong?
No...
She was indeed right.
"Thank you." I thanked gratefuly.
I hugged her for a bit before leaving her in the room.
"Where would he have gone to?" I asked my wolf.
We took the short way down to his dorm, but his scent was nowhere to be perceived. I left the West Wing and headed to the East Wing, where we usually met up back when we first met.
There, I smelled his scent.
I located the hall in which he occupied. I knocked gently on the door.
"Kai." I called.
No response.
His scent was really strong here, meaning that he was inside the room.
So...
I knocked again.
"Kai." I called out.
Still no response.
"Kai... Open up... It's me, Zara." I said.
I heard him heave a breath.
"I need to be left alone." He said.
That hurt.
He was pushing me away.
"Don't do that." I said.
"Zara... Go!" He warned.
His voice held some kind of threat to it, so I assumed that he wasn't the one in control of his body.
"Kai... I know that you're in there." I said.
"The Kai I know is sweet, caring, and is always ready to give his all for his friends."
"You can fight this..."
"How?" Kai struggled.
He seemed to be breaking free, yet his alien consciousness was struggling with him.
It was a war of two principles.
"Open up to me." I said.
"Fine!" He said.
He opened the door for me. His eyes were a mix of silver and black. I rushed his side to hug him, but he stepped back.
"I can't let you get close." He said to me.
That hurt again.
"Kai... Let me see how I can help you." I begged, tears forming in my eyes.
He was struggling. I could see it in his eyes.
"Allow me, Kai." I said.
He stopped moving, pacing... He just stood still.
I finally got close to him. I hugged him, and I felt it... The electricity zap. It was sharp. It made me stuck with him, and the arousal grew between us. I just wanted to hug him, but it seemed like the moon goddess had other plans aligned for us in fate.
He grabbed my neck roughly and kissed me. This particular kiss wasn't like anything I had ever experienced. He was twitching. Like he wasn't comfortable in his skin, yet he wanted more. There was this pull between us.
He was manhandling me, and I seemed to like it. My breath began to come in small scales.
"What if I kill you now?" I heard him say.
I was far too gone in the arousal, the state in which we were in to actually care about anything he was saying.
"You..." I gulped in spit.
"Talk Zara." He ordered.
Bossy much! I did like that.
"What if I kill you now?" He questioned again, now pressing the tip of his finger into my neck.
I felt my skin tear. Blood dripping slowly on to my white training bra top.
"You won't." I said as I finally had something to respond.
I heard him chuckle loudly as his breath fanned my neck.
The new tear on my skin stung, but I didn't feel pain as I ought to have felt. I felt much more arousal rather.
"Kiss me, Kai, or you let me go." I warned.
He pulled me backwards a bit and gave me a smile.
His eyes were slowly turning silver fully once again...
"I want to fuck your darling." He said.
"But it's not what you expect it to be."
"I'm going to be more rough."
I struggled to break free from his grip. This wasn't Kai. This was someone else.
Was it really?
He held on to me more strongly.
"Where do you want to go darling?" He asked as his hands wandered around my thigh.
"I can smell your wetness from where you're standing."
"Do whatever you choose to do with that piece of information." I said.
"Sure darling." He responded.
His lips found mine once again and I let myself submit fully to him. The kiss was heated, rough and passionate. Hands playing around with each other, clothes being thrown all over the place. Kai lifted me up from the ground and placed on a table.
Bottles fell to the ground but we didn't care. We were far too gone in this sexual situation we had found ourselves in.
With one thrust, Kai had hit me at the hilt with his full form.
"Fuck!!!" I screamed.
"Seems you enjoyed playing around with my alien side." Kai said after we had gone two rounds.
He had a forlorn look to himself as he withdrew from me. He dressed up and without a second glance at me, he walked out of the room.
"Did he just use you?" My wolf asked.
"What did you expect?" Another said laughing loudly.
