Chapter 50 Busted
Kai's POV
I saw something different in Zara yesterday. She had this side to her that she had never shown anyone else. If she didn't take back control of herself, Mira would have been buried 6fts beneath the ground. There would have been a massacre. I didn't know what to say. I wasn't disappointed.
T some point, the things that have been happening for a while now seem to be connected to fate. Why would moon goddess see things going this way and not step in?
What was I really called to do?
My head was a mess of thoughts here and there so I tried to force myself to sleep. I injected myself with a sleeping pill to try to rest my head for a bit. It seemed to finally be kicking in because I began to feel numb. Soon, I was knocked out deep on my bed.
"Kai..." A voice said.
It seemed feminine.
"Who's there?" I questioned.
"Kai..." It called again.
This time a mix of both male and female voices.
"Kai..." The male screamed louder.
It sounded domineering at this point.
"Release me..." It yelled.
I tried waking up from whatever I had put myself into. It was hard to get out. My body felt like it was shutting off.
Just then, I felt someone splash something liquid on me. With a sharp movement, I had the person pinned to the ground. I saw my reflection through the mirror, my face had changed into someone much matured, my eyes were silver.
I pressed a knife in which I don't know where it came from into the person's neck.
"Kai... Kai... It's Zara." She called out desperately.
I instantly recognized her voice. I stepped away from her.
"Fuck!!! What are you doing in my room?" I screamed, my body turned away from her.
"I.... I... We had to talk." She simply said.
"I could have hurt you again Zara." I said rudely.
I felt her flinch as she tried getting up from the floor.
Her reflection could be seen from where I stood.
"You shouldn't have come into my room without my permission." I said as I walked into my bathroom.
I splashed water on my face, trying to regain my sense and understand what had just happened in the past few minutes.
"You seemed like you actually needed my help." She sneered angrily.
"I could have handled myself just fine." I threw back at her.
"Oh really! Next time I should just let you die." She screamed at me.
My wolf didn't like that response. She wanted to have control, but I wasn't one to let her have control. With one quick movement, I had her pressed to the wall. Her back towards my front and my left hand choking her slightly by the hold on her neck.
"You don't have the right to speak to me that way." I warned, fresh breath pouring on her skin.
She squirmed inside. Yes, I had that reaction on her.
"Please let me go Kai." She pleaded.
Was it sincere? No, it wasn't.
"What did you want to talk about?" I asked as I bit her earlobe.
"Uhm... You left my room without saying anything yesterday." She said.
I placed a kiss on her neck as I bit it slowly.
"What were you expecting me to say Zara?" I questioned.
"Anything... Just anything." She responded as she pushed her body unknowingly into me.
"So you enjoy me having something to say everytime." I taunted as my breath fanned her neck.
"It just felt odd." She lied.

I bit her neck leaving a mark in its haste.
She moaned slightly as she relaxed into my hold.
"What did you want me to say?" I questioned.
"I've been drawn to you since the first day I saw you in the hallway."
"I've tried to keep my distance but it's not just working."
She wanted to turn but her pushed deeper into the wall
"Stop moving." I commanded as I held her waist.
"I've resisted you but... You... You're just always everywhere!"
"It's not my fault." She said.
"I didn't sign up to do or be any if these things."
"You almost killed Mira." I finally said, with a tone of finality.
"Don't use that tone on me." She said angrily.
"What time?" I argued back.
"That dismissive... Finality tone." I said.
I chuckled slightly as I placed a kiss to her lips.
I turned her roughly to face me. She was pissed. Good? I was horny!
She tangled her legs around my waist....
"You could have killed your friend... " I drawled out in a hoarse tone.
"Amen I even safe with you any longer?"
"I'm sure I can keep myself out of all this drama." She said.
"Are you sure?" I questioned.
"Cause... From everything that has happened so far... You've not been so cooperative." I said.
She moved her body higher. Fuck! My pre cum had began dripping.

She gave me a cheeky smile. I ruffled her hair a bit. I pressed a kiss on to her forehead. Zara was beautiful. I turned her to face the bed.
"What if you can't stop yourself?" I asked as I laid her slowly to the bed.
"I'll be able to stop." She said.
But she didn't seem so sure of herself. It's like she was fighting something. Fighting herself over something. I felt something happening to me. I couldn't explain it.
I placed a kiss on her lips. All I wanted was to just fuck her roughly.
I wanted to forget everything that had happened in just two days. And if I couldn't put myself to sleep, then I could do something else to put myself to sleep.
We were both at each other's throat, undressed and panting deeply. I positioned myself inside her and let her embrace me in her sleep wetness. In the midst of everything going on....
