When the physician told me that I was pregnant ,I couldn't believe it .I was unable to sleep all through the night , The thought of me bring another life into this world got a little bit scared .
Edward on the other hand could not let me be ,He kept holding my stomach as if the child was going to vanish at anytime .
" Edward stop holding me like that ,I want to sleep ,am tired "
" You can sleep like this honey ,I just want to have some quite time with my baby "
" For goodness sake Edward am running out of breath let me go "
" Okay am sorry ,Do you need anything ,like water ,or should I change the pillow "
" Ahh Edward am fine ,I just need to sleep and feeling dizzy "

I closed my eyes slowly ,I almost fell asleep when I heard Edward calling my name .

I wasn't comfortable with what Edward had in mind , But I can't make decisions for him because his the king after all ,I closed my eyes slowly ,I slept off .
The next morning , The castle was more noisy than before , Decorations was made ,Food, drinks, Everything was in order . Ella and Mary ran into my chambers ,They were all excited .

' Yes my lady , The feast today is going to be the best , The guest have already started coming me "

Suddenly we heard a knock on the door ,Then Samuel stepped in .
" Your majesty ,Sorry for disturbing you but your mother and sister are here to see you "

He left and my mother and Bethel came in .

She opened her hand wide and I ran into her embraces .
" Mother you are here ,I missed you so much "
' We missed you too ,Look at you am very much happy that you are going to give me my first grand child ,May the gods bless you and strengthen you my love "

I hugged her again then turned to look at Bethel who had been standing beside our mother silently , Without saying a word .
" Bethel how are you "
" Am fine val , congratulations "

I noticed she wasn't happy at all so I decided to ask to know what's wrong with her .
'Bethel are you okay , You seen quite on like before "
" Am fine Valerie just having a little headache ".
My mother quickly chip in some words .
" Don't mind her , She had been like this All morning "
" I hope no problems , Bethel "
" No... not at all ,Am fine "
" Okay if you say so , But no matter what the problem is, you should let me know am your sister , Even if I can't help you solve all of it ,at least I can give you an advice on how to go through with it "

My mother was so excited that she couldn't stop talking about My pregnancy ,she talked about the food I am suppose to eat , What am suppose to wear , How am suppose to walk that at a point I became so tired .
" It's okay mother ,I will ask Ella to take note of does things okay, Thank you so much "
" You don't have to thank me , I will try my best as a soon to be grandmother "
Everyone in the room burst into laughter . suddenly samuel walked in .
" Your majesty , The king request your presence ,in the event hall "

My mother held my hand and we walked out of my chambers ,She made sure that I wasn't in a hurry to walk .
When we arrived at the event hall , The guest stood up for me ,I was a bit surprised with the attention I was getting from the guest , Edward walked up to me and placed his hand around my waist then whispered into my ears .

A little blush appeared on my cheek .

Just then the guest started congratulating us one after the order ,Some even gave gifts to unborn baby ,I was talking to one of the noble lady when I sighted lady Josephine and her daughter stepped into the Event hall .
Grace was having a long face , But i wasn't bored by her at all one bit . They walked up to us with a smile on there face .
" Congratulations my lady " Said lady Grace
" Congratulations my Lord " Said lady Josephine " you have proven me wrong My Queen "

I whispered something into Edwards ears and left the event hall ,I was walking through the wall way when I noticed a shadow following me ,I turned to see who it was but I couldn't find anyone .
I continued to walk , But suddenly I felt someone pushed me .I lost my balance and was about falling to the ground ,I closed my eyes waiting to feel the impact of the fall , But to my surprise I felt someone caught my hand .
I opened my eyes to see who it was , But to my greatest surprise ,I saw a man that I haven't seen before , What caught my attention was his eyes , There were gold in color .I quickly held myself and stood up straight then ,I heard Edward voice from away .
"Raphael , Welcome I see you have met my wife already "
Edward walked pass me and give this man a hug .
" Yes I have met her , She's sure a beautiful lady ,I must say you have eyes for beautiful things , But you should be careful if I wasn't fast ,I don't think this party would have been a congratulations party any more "
" What are you talking about "
' He quickly bought out a pack of cigarettes , Picked a stick and light it on , Then took a drag from it , And let out the smoke out before answering Edward .
