I was scared when I heard his verdict on his mother and Benita tried to process everything that has happened , When suddenly he killed the two maids standing in front of him.
With the sight of the dead bodies Lying on the ground , My body couldn't take it anymore ,I passed out .
After few hours I woke up only to find my self in my room ,On my bed I was about to sit up , When someone held me back to the bed .
" No dear you don't have to stress yourself please go back to bed "
" Lady Tracy what are you doing here "
" I just came back today and had what happened am so sorry how my mother treated you "
" No you don't have say sorry it's fine ., what about Randy "
" His fine I think he should be in his room "
" Lady Tracy Am sorry for what happened to your mother "
" Hush , My lady you don't have to be sorry okay . My mother deserved everything she got so you don't have to say sorry , You know Edward loves you so much ,I have never seen my brother act like this towards any woman , You are the first one , So please don't make him regret it ,I bet you don't want to see the monster inside of him "

She stood up and left my room leaving me all alone ,I sat up on my bed with both hands wrapped around my knee , I thought about everything that has happened but I couldn't stop thinking about Bethel , She was suppose to stand by my side what really between us ,I thought about Edward too
" May be I should give him a chance or better still runway , But what if he finds me what will happen to my family ,Ah I think I should just accept my fate just the way Zeus has destined it to be "
At this point I was so tired of fighting ,I just wanted to be myself and see what destiny holds for me .I was still in the middle of my thought when I felt someone touching my hair ,I quickly jumped up from the bed .
"Relax am here for you "
" My Lord What happened, How did I get here "
" You passed out and I bought you here Myself "
" Did you change my clothes "
" Well no but I thought maybe you want me to change them for you "
" Huh... no no "
" Relax Val , Just go to bed we have a long day ahead of us tomorrow "
He placed a kiss on my forehead and turned to leave when I suddenly held his hand , he stopped and turned to look at me with a smile on his face .
I kept asking myself same question , Why is he always smiling , My mind flashed back to the scene at the court room , He had a smile on his face when he killed does maids , There is something about his smile it always sends shiver running down by spine .
" Why are you stopping me from leaving "

I quickly let go of his hand ,He was about to take another step when I throw the question at him .
' Why did you kill them "
He paused and turned to look at me .
" It's because you mean more than the world to me ,I wouldn't let anyone talk you down "
" What will people say about me don't you think they will say I made the king kill his servants because they gossiped about me "
" I don't care what they say or what they do but if they mess with you I will take them down that's a promise "

I shocked by what he said, How the hell did he find out about my visit to my family ,Wait did liam tell him but he wasn't able to listen our conversation .

He didn't even let me finish what I wanted to say, He walked out of my room ,I sat down on the bed staring at the door .
I woke up the next morning feeling a little but light headed , The maids where already waiting for me to wake up as usual I took my bath and got dressed when I stepped out of the castle samuel escorted me to where the King's carriage was, The door was opened and I sat inside , With the king all dressed up sitting in the carriage .
" Good morning your majesty"

He held my hand and kissed the back of my palm . The carriage left the castle and in no time we arrived at the Town square .
We sat at the front to have a better view of the execution.not too long the the king whispered something into the samuels ear , And the next minute he shouted with a loud voice .
" Bring in the criminal "
Benita was dragged into the stage , She looked different , Haggard ,dirty , She kept struggling to free herself from the strong grip of the guards . She was pulled to floor and she screamed out in pain .
Just then a man at his late fifty walked to the stage .
" Lady Benita you have been accused of attempted murder , Defaming the Queen's name , Accusing her of witchcraft, The penalty for treason is death , What are you last words .
When I took a close look at her face I saw anger, Hate in her eyes she turned to look at us .
" king Edward I curse you , You will never know peace in your life "
The guards dragged her to chopping board and tied her hands behind her back then forced her to knee down with her head placed on the chopping board the executioner stood behind her with a axe in his hand waiting for the priest to finish his prayers , The priest started making some prayers then stopped and they turned to the king waiting for approval .
Edward raised his hand up and the next minute he bought it down benita's head was separated from her body blood began to floor the crowd gaps in surprise , Some of her relative where in tears . Edward turned to me and whispered something into my ears .
" Let's go "
