The Cabin
As the Alp searched for a cave or something to hide in while he ran, he noticed an old cabin. He walked up to the cabin; the logs were rotten in spots. He could tell it no one had been there in a very long time. Grabbing the doorknob, he turned it and slowly pushed the old wooden door open. As it opened the door squeaked from the hinges rusting. He saw the sunlight shine through one of the old curtains that was opened slightly. Dust was floating around in the sunlight that shone through the window. It was everywhere.
The Alp slung Leoma on her feet and ducked under the doorway as he walked into the cabin, pulling Leoma behind her. She was cut up, bruised and bleeding from his skin and being carried over his shoulder. She was yelling at him “Let me go? Help. Help. Help!” She yelled as she squatted down trying to prevent him from pulling her into the old cabin. She knew if she went in there what would happen to her.
She didn’t have the strength, even taking her free hand and holding into the frame of the doorway didn’t even phase the Alp. He just gave a little shove, and she flew through the doorway and fell on her face. Placing her hands on the wooden floor, she lifted her face up to look at the Alp. He was looking around seeing if there was anything he needed. She took that opportunity to get up as quickly and quietly as she could and run out of the cabin. The Alp was so focused on looking at everything in the cabin it took him a second to realize Leoma was making her escape.
His eyes turned red; his chest filled with air from anger. Running after her, she was no match for his speed. She did make about 10 feet outside the doorway, screaming, knowing that Galinn and the other two warriors were searching for her. If I yell long enough, maybe Galinn would hear me and rescue me. She thought to herself as she screamed “Help” as loud and long as she could when a hot, huge, tough-skinned hand grabbed her shoulder and yanked her back. She flew on her back, with her arms raised in the air from the impact.
The Alp grabbed her ankle and dragged her back inside the cabin, her head and back scraped and bounced on the two wooden steps up to the front porch and over the rough wooded door frame. She knew he was angry, but Leoma didn’t care. She was going to die fighting, or the Alp was going to try and breed with her again.
“Stop running human!” The Alp growled at her; the dirty, old windows vibrated at his growl.
“No, I will not! Let. Me. Go!” She screamed while crying.
The Alp took a few steps over to her and bent down, she could feel his hot, foul breath on her face. He Placed his large, leathery hand around her throat. His long sharp talons pinching into her skin. “I can kill you with a flick of my wrist human. I suggest you don’t make a sound.” Growling still, just as loud as before. He was definitely louder than she was. Leoma knew if she could keep him angry and growling then maybe the warriors could find her. If he didn’t kill her first.
Pulling her up by the neck, he stood her on her feet with his hand still wrapped around her neck. Turning her dragged her, letting her barely breathe, he walked towards the back room where an old, dirty bed was. Picking her up by the throat he tossed her onto the mattress.
The Alp watched her, his eyes turning from red to black. Leoma could tell he was getting tired. He sat on the floor with his back against the wall facing her.
She sat up in her bed, looking at the Alp them looking her body over. She was filthy and her body was cut up everywhere, and she was hurting everywhere also. Looking the bed over she noticed a layer of dust was covering the mattress, when he tossed her on the bed the dust flew up and danced in the air. Making her allergies start, she started to sneeze, and her eyes were starting to itch.
He just sat there watching her like he enjoyed seeing her uncomfortable. “Fuck you asshole” hatred in her voice as she shot out the words from her mouth.
He started to laugh, more like a low rumble. Everything vibrated with his laugh. “I am planning on it human, again and again till you breed. Right now, I’m using you as bait to lure the warriors to me. Being out in the open is easier to kill everyone than in a city full of useless humans.”
Oh, my, God, he was luring Galinn and the other two to him. Fuck. Her face showed she was scared for Galinn to walk into a trap. Her head turned towards him, he was looking at her and licking his lips with his long-pointed tongue.
Laughing as he sat on the floor, leaning his back against the wall. “I’m getting the poison ready for you; I can sense that you will need more. Did one of the warriors mate with you? If he did then I will have to kill you also.” he said as he slowly licked his lips.
“Why do you hate them so much?” Leoma asked the Alp; she could tell he despised the warriors more than anything.
“The Queen from The Forbidden World, which is where I am from, favored the three humans. She even forced them to take a small amount of Alp DNA. She gave them everything that we couldn’t have. They aren’t even from our world. Why shouldn’t I hate them? They don’t deserve to have our DNA or the Queens favoritism.” He spoke as he growled out his answer.
