Chapter 32 You like a magic
"Let's not beat around the bush," Raymond smiled weakly and Amelia saw him struggling with his narrative.
"What breed are you?" She directly asks Esperanza.
"What me? Breed?" She looked confused and peeked at Raymond.
"You know it," Raymond sneered.
"She is a human," Amelia let out with a little scornful look.
"So what? She is special to King Ezra," Raymond justifies.
" But......," she wanted to continue censure, but Esperanza let out a loud.
"I am not.....," she let out abruptly and they both stopped.
Raymond squinted his eyes as well as Amelia.
"What are you saying?" Raymond asked.
"That's what you heard," she counters.
"She is fibbing," Amelia grinned.
"I will prove it to everyone," she puts on provocation, and makes Amelia laugh out loud.
"She is a human, and a dumb head," Amelia said, and Esperanza gets frantic, she moves forward to confront her, but Raymond clutches her arms and stops her.
"What are you doing?" He let out and suddenly she saw the situation of his heart for Amelia.
"What? You like her?" She shouted out, and the moment surrounding Raymond and Amelia stopped.
" How do you know?" Raymond shouted back.
" I can see in your heart," she said and the whole environment trembled around them.
Amelia blushed as a blooming rose, and Raymond felt shy as well.
"Just say it? What is stopping you?" She asked and Raymond opened his eyes to stop.
"He would never, again resisting
himself for the reason of those people who had nothing to do with him," Amelia let out in a dejected mood.
"Anyway, you can come in." Amelia opened the door for her, and Raymond was standing straight, binding his hands behind his back.
"I would never let you, but today you have opened up about the manifestation of mine." Amelia smiled, and Esperanza walked in.
She entered the place and her eyes glinted when she gazed at the red walls bathed in luxury and elegance. The red lights at the place were illuminating all the details of intricate patterns, there were many pretty women and girls who were sitting on the chairs and getting ready.
She entered a room with the same indications. There was a large mirror in the centre of the room, and the mirror was highly ornate and framed with golden decorations. There was a drapery on the windows, silky and luxurious, in front of the mirror, there was a marble table encrusted with jewels and lustrous perfumes. The air was filled with the aromatic fragrance of lavender and roses, creating tranquility.
" What is this place?" Esperanza had never ever seen anything like this in her life, and now she was predicting what she was missing in all these years.
"This is something we use to enhance our beauty." She smiled slightly and then rolled her eyes.
"She is weird," Esperanza whispered.
"I am not weird, you are stupid to be in the world of dragons," Amelia said with a smirk.
"If I were you, I would never attempt this stupidity ever," Amelia said and let out some luxury towels and bathing clothes.
"I never wanted to be here, but I got trapped, and now that trap has engulfed my family," Esperanza looked down while saying that.
"Do not worry, we all get here after losing something really precious near our heart," Amelia said.
"And what have you lost?" Esperanza asked she became silent.
" Let's say everything," she answered.
" Why?" Esperanza whispered.
"When you are weak, alone, and have no one around you who could take accountability for you, then you fall very hard that your back got hurt," Amelia made her chuckle.
"Let's get started," she said and bestowed the clothes and the towel on her.
She showed her the way to wash herself up.
Esperanza entered for a bath.
" If you need something, just do not ask for it," Amelia smirked, and Esperanza nodded.
She took a bath and came out with wet hair.
Suddenly, Amelia's eyes fell on her, and she got mesmerized by her beauty.
"You are beautiful, so ethereal," she said, and Esperanza smiled with shyness.
" I wish you were a dragon," Amelia said.
"If I am then?" Esperanza asked.
"No, you cannot b.. Dragons are built differently, and no dragon can live among humans," Amelia said.
She took out her cosmetics and started to put them on Esperanza's face.
"You do not need much of that, just enhancing it a little bit." Amelia rubbed her brush on her face and put those essentials generously.
She takes out a lip tint that was made up of red berries, spreads it on her cheeks and lips, and she draws a subtle line over her eyes with a brush having a black tint on it, which looks very gorgeous.
"Are you in love with King Ezra?" She asked, and Esperanza flinched.
"No, this is not what you are thinking," Esperanza confronted, Amelia chuckled and nodded.
"But the rumours are something else," Amelia cleared her.
" That's not the truth," Esperanza said.
"But how are you going to deny his eyes? His eyes just spread everything," Amelia said.
" He never looked at me that way, and he is a king, how could I?" Esperanza said.
"It should not be, but he has gone against his father, the king Wayne, who is the greatest king of all time," Amelia said, and Esperanza's words stuck in her mouth.
" And look at you, you are getting ready to look beautiful in front of him," Amelia teased her.
"I have gone too far, I have been really negative to him, and that was not right," Esperanza said.
"Did you hurt him?" Amelia asked.
" Very much," Esperanza responded.
"You have done such a bad thing," Amelia said.
"You know King Ezra is just like his mother, kind and gentle, nothing like his father,"
" He is the righteous king of all times," Amelia said.
"But he murdered people in front of my eyes," Esperanza said.
"But those were the murderers previously, and still they were killing people," Amelia said.
" How do you know?" Esperanza asked.
"We have celebrated that because they have killed our dragon families and for many years they were hiding from us, but look, King Ezra has done this," Amelia said, and Esperanza's eyes just opened.
Amelia was combing her hair and suddenly Esperanza clutched her hand.
" Why are you so in the glum?" Esperanza asked.
Suddenly, she frowned, and the comb fell from her hand.
"What? There is nothing," She turned the topic. After that, she sped her hand.
She gave her a lavender dress, which was a long, fluffy gown with long sleeves that fluffed from the shoulders.
She did everything, and after doing this, she felt proud of herself.
"You look like magic," She said, and Esperanza opened her eyes in front of a mirror and was shocked.
She never found herself that beautiful.
"Today you really look like a princess, and you do not need to apologize, though," She smiled, and Esperanza's eyes were admiring her persistently.
" I never saw someone so beautiful," she said, and Esperanza turned, hugged her abruptly, and her heart melted.
"Thank you for making me so beautiful," she let out while hugging her.
