Chapter 156
A/N: There’s more shenanigans, but I don’t want to copy events too closely for too long! It was really fun letting y’all see Arviel be a better person though. I figure if there’s peace, even if there isn’t forgiveness, they’re at least cordial. It’s up to them to forgive him or not, but he’s learned valuable lessons, as slowly, all of my big bads have. It’s a weird concept, but one I know has to happen if nobody is picking up a sword.

The notification sound on mama’s phone was grandma’s. They’ll be here any minute, but we wanted one last dig! Just One!
“Vex Run! Save Yourself!” Cried Ari, while papa took him away. It left only me outside now, and I ran as fast as I could without shifting. If I rip up my dino shirt, I won’t have one to match Ari… and I didn’t want that… but I also didn’t want to get caught.
“No!” I yelled, teleporting to my brother, but I had to dodge papa’s hands too!
“Get Back Here!” Mama snatched me up, teleporting to get me, and teleporting me to the bathroom! I tried to go back outside and play in the dirt, but she wouldn’t let me in my newer, cleaned clothes!
I still don’t get it! It’s just cloth; it’s supposed to get dirty!
“MAMA I’M A MAN!” I shouted when she put my shirt on for me.
“And men need clean faces.” She got… the face rag. “and hands!” mama smiled, but I huffed a little bit…
She scrubbed my face with soapy water ew, and washed the dirt from under my claws. I worked hard to dig that hole with Ari, and I wanted to show Grandpa Bryson!! Plus, I was a big boy! Big boys can figure out how to put one arm in one side… then the other side… not rip up the last one I tried doing by myself.
With a teleport, Ari grabbed my hand, but we were caught again!
Ari was captured by papa…. I tried saving him, but both of them are too fast! I was almost outside! But to be fair… I really like my green shirt, and Ari likes his orange one.

We can hear each other faster than anyone else. I love it. Even when we’re asleep, since we’re together, we don’t have bad dreams anymore.
When I was really-really little, I used to be scared that I would lose him somehow… That he was lost, and I’d never find him again, but one day he just appeared in my dreams. Since then, everything we do is almost always the same time.

“Awe look at you!” Beamed grandma Izzy. “Oh my Baby Beans!” She teleported in the bathroom after mama’s phone went off again. She hugged me and Ari at the same time, while my cousins grinned at us. “Are you sure you don’t want to go Willow?”
“No, you and the boys go have fun. Me and Kaizen have pack paperwork to catch up on.” She smiled wide, but I can see through people…
Mama doesn’t like the Lord of Time…. I think she’s scared of him. He is a really-Really Big dragon after all. At least, I think he’s a dragon?
He smells like one.
“I’m going.” Said Auntie Samira. “Come with me!” she said that clasping mama’s hands, but she shook her head.
“It’ll be fun Auntie!” Said Zolotos, but mama made up her mind. I wanted her to come too, but if she’s scared, I won’t say anything. I know she might change her mind if me or Aristaeus said anything.
So we both silently agreed to let this happen. Mama’s feelings are important too.
They had Lustros and Zolotos with them, and they held Auntie Samira’s hands. Teleporting is hard, so grandma did it for all of us… But I’m getting really good! I can touch low clouds now. It’s too cold to stay up there, but I can!
“If she changes her mind, we’ll attend.” Said papa. Grandma gave papa a hug too, but he pretends he doesn’t like them. I don’t get it. Hugs from grandma are nice.
/You don’t get anything./ Huffed Ari, smiling at me. /Papa told me only babies get hugs!/
/Uh-huh, and if we were shifted, we’d both be wagging our tails./ I grinned. /Only babies complain about being hugged by grandma./
/True./ He agreed. “Grandma, is there cake?”
“He made it himself.” she said with a smile.
“Have fun, my big lil’ guys.” Said momma giving us one more hug. “And behave.”
“Yes mama.” Me and Ari said at the same time.
As soon as we teleported, Uncle Xaxas looked like he got in trouble. We interrupted Granpa Time scolding him. Knowing him, he probably did something to be put in the time out, because he’s always pranking people, or joking around too much.
“-you little shi-OH! HI IZZY!” grandpa Time beamed, hugging grandma.
She hugged him hard enough to pop his back. He always crunches with every step, but today he sounded like someone stepped on a plastic water bottle…
“Oh! Thank you so much!” He smiled wide, standing up a little better. I don’t know why he hurts himself like that. I can see that he’s too big for the little bitty body he’s hiding in, but his soul isn’t red, or has an X on it.
“I brought the boys, and Samira.” Grandma beamed. I did what mama asked, and I didn’t come in here running around…. But I wanted to. The smell of food in his tiny, but really pretty house was all I could think about, not even the movie! Or Even the farm!!!!
There’s Chickens outside!
Every part of the house had some little glass statue, or expensive looking treasure, but at the same time, it was really homey, like the packhouse. I think he only had 2 rooms and one bathroom, but he lived alone. 
“OH! Babies!” grandpa giggled. He hugged auntie Samira too. “You’ve grown so big! How do you enjoy your reign, my lady?” He asked but she couldn’t answer.
I kind of couldn’t help myself.
“Grandfather Time!” We all yelled at the same time. Not all of us are connected, but we all had the same idea. I wanted a hug too! Zolotos especially was climbing all over him. Grandpa couldn’t pick us up like grandpa Bryson, but he did sit on the couch. 
He already had Nightflix Kids on the Baby boss!… and candy… 
And Toys!
“You and Gwennie-bear were the only ones who ever thought of little old me.” He was as excited as us, using magic to summon treats! “Grandpa made all of you something.” He smiled. Time handed all of us, even auntie and grandma caramel brownie squares.  We sat down, and he also gave us hot cocoa and fresh milk from MooMoo!
I love it when he makes food! Sometimes I can’t eat sweets…. But he knows how to make them so our tummies don’t hurt. When I get big, I’m going to figure out how to heal his crummy body if I can.

Even Uncle Xaxas got a brownie even though he should probably be in time out. Grandpa turned Kind of blue when he yelled at him. 
I wondered why Uncle Xaxas looked so sleepy too, and why his crown wasn’t floating above his head. Grandpa Time wouldn’t time out him that hard though…. I bet he was tired because auntie had her babies.
I could see them linking too… so maybe he said sorry.
Uncle Xaxas also looked really worried, but I ignored it. I think he was really tired because of my little baby cousins! They were born today, and mama said that we can see them later on if Auntie Harmony is ok with it.
I really hope she is. I wonder will they be born like we were? That could be cool to show them how to breathe fire!
“I got The Baby Boss already ready.” Said Grandpa, turning it on.
We all sat on the carpet in front of the grown-ups, and we ate our brownies, had milk, and other treats with the adults.
It was fun!
Even grandpa Time, grandma, and auntie giggled at the jokes, while Uncle Xaxas was still a grumpy-bumpy wet blanket. He would have more fun if he wasn’t being bad!
I almost wondered what he did, but the movie was too good to really care.
The baby was also a detective, and somebody stole all the toys in the world. Her and her big sister worked together! The baby learned that not everything is all fun and games, and the big sister learned that she should play more. She was so serious, talking about going to college. It looked like a really big deal… She wanted to be a veterinarian to help animals.
Like Bagel. She doesn’t get sick but that’s just because of the adults. Animals don’t live long, and they get sick a lot…so do humans. I would like to learn how to help them too.

When I was little, back when I only had paws, I used to dream that I was with grandpa Zuviel, but he wouldn’t let me leave because I had to train my bow… I was scared that one day I would be unable to be here, that I would do something bad, or make him upset at us… or make me fight for real… Until one day he asked me what I wanted.
I wanted to be with mama, papa, and my brother, and he let me… All that time I never asked until one day I just did. My little brother is my best friend… I don’t want to be where he isn’t.

Our thoughts are instant to each other, but I was strong enough to block that I told him a lie… or the fact that he is… weak… compared to me, my little brother is an Omega, but nobody cares. Maybe one day I’ll ask papa about it, but the movie was getting good. It gave me a little bit to think to only myself.
