*LUNA*
The next few days I tried to follow the council's instructions, more like an order. Gaining Alpha Kayden's trust was proving to be an impossible mission, how can I gain his trust when I'm just his mistress? Yet the councils think I could do it. I'm starting to think they were mistaken but my freedom was on the line so I couldn't give up.
Staring out of the window in Rebekah's room which was out looking the training yard, I stared at Kayden as he practiced with several of his warriors. How do I make him trust him? After informing me that he likes it when I fight back, he hasn't touched me or requested my present which only makes the whole thing harder.
I glance over my shoulder when the door opened, instead of Rebekah, Scarlet strolled in. "There's the council's puppet, how long have you is it taking you to win the Alpha's trust?" She snapped at me, my eyes widened in both fear and shock. She pushes me aside and then looks outside the window. "Oh, you are watching him"
"You cannot be in Rebekah's room, what am I going to tell her when she comes in and find you here?" I hissed pushing her out, we bumped into Rebekah on her way in. I let Scarlet go immediately.
"Who are you?" Rebekah asked frowning slightly in confusion, she looked at me for an explanation.
"Her new maid. I shall be in your room Mistress" Scarlet answered in a meek voice before walking out of the room, once she left, I closed the door behind her and then spun around to give her the explanation she was no doubt yawning to hear.
"That was quick, you told me three days ago you are looking for a maid and you've got one? Do you even know her?" She inquired making a face at me, I hated lying to her but I had to since I don't want to put her in any danger.
"Well, you know Caroline" I replied. "Alpha permitted me to have one a long time ago and I refused, I guess it finally drew on me that k needed one. You should get one too, I will see you later" I patted her on the shoulder before walking out. As I expected Scarlet was waiting for me in my room going through the stuff on my dressing mirror.
"You can't keep following me around, I don't want Rebekah to get suspicious okay? What do you want?" I demanded rolling my eyes when she smiled at me like we are besties, I seriously cannot stand her happy, fluttery mood, it just makes me more depressed.
"I know a way for you to win his trust" She declared which was enough to pique my interest. "Seduce him" She blurted out.
For the second time in years, I burst into a fit of laughter, when she frowned at me, I stopped abruptly. "Oh, you are serious? Please if you don't have any suggestions that's okay" I replied, walking over to the seat on my bed, I couldn't believe she had seriously suggested that I seduce Kayden who is probably bored with me already.
"I know how to gain his trust," I told her as an idea occurred to me. "By the time I come back, I don't want to see you in my rooms" I warned her, exiting the room.
A few minutes later, I stopped in front of Alpha Kayden's room, reminding myself why I was doing this again. Taking a deep breath, I knocked on the door waiting for the come-in command, when none came, I twisted the handle and found that the door wasn't locked. Even though the door is open, no one dares goes in there, I have been invited to his room twice, which must be part of the reasons why the councils thought I could help them.
"Of course, it is you" A familiar deep voice startled me, I twirled around to see him standing in his bar area with a glass of whisky wrapped around his fingers.
"You have not requested my presence in days, I thought I should check on you" I replied forgetting I was supposed to be winning his trust not playing mother Theresa, well I could just do both. Taking a deep breath, I took an uncertain step towards him, all this while his eyes never left mine.
"What do you want Luna" He snarled at me coursing my heart to jump in fear.
"Nothing" I shrieked when he grabbed me, okay I regretted my decision for coming here in the first place.
"Nothing? I can hear your heart rate and it's beating very faster, so you either tell me what you are here for or I'll spank it out of you" He growled and true to his words, my heart was beating so loudly and it had nothing to do with fear, the fact that I was lusting after he was making me nervous and slightly dizzy.
"What if I want you to?" I interjected, not missing the flare of heat in his eyes even through his surprised expression. "But of course, I won't let you too" As soon as I said that, I started to struggle to get away from him, he understood my intention almost immediately, and he smirked dragging me towards the couch.
He settled on the couch before positioning me on his lap, he raised my dress and tore my underwear. "I recall telling you not to wear underwear anymore" I felt his palm on my buttocks making me cry out from shock, few seconds later, he spanked me over and over again until I was breathing heavily.
Once he was done with me, he pushed me off his lap. "Get out" He growled at me, it took a while for his word to sink in. I frowned as I straightened up from the floor, something was wrong with him, I could feel it. I lingered around, ignoring the tingling I was feeling on my buttocks.
"No" I disagreed folding my arms across my chest, his eyes narrowed angrily at me. "Make me" I flung at myself, shoving down the fear clawing at me.
"Fuck" He cussed as he launched towards me, slamming me against the wall, before crushing his mouth on mine. "I hate the way you get under my skin" He groaned, kissing me harder.
