The Dragon's Daughter

After devoting seven years of my life to loving a man, I ended up receiving a painful breakup on my birthday. This shattered my reasoning, and in a haste to escape reality, I ventured into a town rumored to be the lair of the Devil, but little did I know that it was actually the lair of Dracula. At that point, the only thing that could resurrect me was love, but I believed I didn't deserve it, and I shut my heart completely. Just like in a fairytale, I found my Prince Charming, a cunning but funny man who drove my heart crazy. He wanted something more than just friendship; unknown to us that a huge secret would soon be revealed… I am the evil dragon goddess's daughter! These questions should always ring in your head at night: Where do you go when you fall asleep? What were you in your former life? Does the afterlife really exist? ****** When I looked up, our eyes met. I quickly looked away, feeling a blush creeping onto my cheeks. "Excuse me, my beautiful lady," he said. “Can I sit beside you?” He asked politely. I was too flustered to reply, and my heart raced when he smiled at me. I felt a flush of embarrassment tingling my cheeks as he called me a beautiful lady, a phrase I hadn't heard in ages. Unsure of how to respond, I awkwardly shrugged my shoulders, gesturing towards the empty chair beside me. “Thank you," he said appreciatively and sat down. “I believe we'll discover a lot of things together,” he murmured under his breath.
