Chapter 46 Vulgar activities
“Ride it. There, like that, baby.”
The rain was unrelenting. Hammering against the glass window, steady and unyielding.
We might just be trapped here till the next moonshine tomorrow, and that should terrify me.
But my body was consumed with shivers and tremors. My mind, intoxicated with pleasure.
Finn’s hands were steady, one on my chest and the other between my legs. He had me raise my shirt up past my breasts, exposing my upper body for him.
And his palm was flat under me, cupping my pussy, heel against my clit.
I ground down against this thick padded base now, just above his wrist, moaning as we stared at each other. Breathless because we were finally skin against skin.
Nothing should feel this good. This erotic. Those beautiful eyes pinned on mine, watching me like this, made my walls squeeze and my abdomen contract.
And when he moved his face and latched onto my nipple like a suction, my head fell back in a primitive cry.
His lips, his teeth, his tongue, and soon I was trashing, moaning his name, grinding harder even though my insides were sore, and I could as well pass out from a third orgasm.
Finn apparently had a mean streak in him too. A devotion to purpose that was dogged. His purpose right now was my body. Pleasing it the way he thought best.
Till he had wrung out every ounce of arousal from me.
Pushing his heel harder against my clit, he moved his mouth off me to whisper, “Come.”
And like a compelling spell, I did. Loudly.
I fell forward on top of him, and he hugged me to himself, his back against the floor.
He whispered in my ear as my body jerked to the final throes of my orgasm. There, such a good girl. There’s so much I’ve still got to do to you. Can you feel me? That’s all you, baby. So hard, hard for you. Your body, your face, gods, your fucking face. I could come just at the sight of it.
Breathe, you did so good, so good. Move closer, I have to feel you more. Breathe, with your lips, there, just like that. Good girl.
The rain stopped. Strangely, around the same time that I got my breath back.
My cheeks were flushed as I sat up. My eyes fell, and I poked a curious finger at his erection.
He hissed out a breath, and caught my wrist.
My brows wrinkled in concern as I looked back up at him. “You did not...”
“Pleasing you was enough.” He shook his head.
I licked my lip nervously, my mind traveling to the first “show” the Hearthtown Alphas had put on for me, that first day.
“I could…” I stopped. Then I clutched his dick to demonstrate my meaning. “I could help.”
His eyes rolled back as he groaned. But he tore my hand away and hurried to his feet.
“Not today, baby.” He gave me a small smile. “Not today.”
From the floor, I stared up at him, adjusting his waistband and clothes. Those glassy eyes met mine again.
“Oh sweet girl, don’t look that way.” He stretched out a hand, and I took it.
He pulled me up to my feet, and our eyes locked again. “That was... perfect for me.”
Leaning even closer, he lined his cheek up against mine and whispered in my ear. “I want to eat your pussy though. It smells so good.”
I shivered as he pulled away, my cheeks hot at such directly vulgar words even though we had just now done a list of very vulgar things.
Staring at me with a mischievous smile, he pulled up the palm I’d just ridden, and inhaled deeply.
“No, don’t.”
But he was already running his tongue down the length of it. And I was immediately transported to the memory of Draki making the exact same move. Licking our blood off his palm at that wedding.
There were flutters in my belly as I turned around to pull on my shorts, grateful for their dark color. The dampness was mostly hidden.
A strange light caught my eyes then, and I turned to find the rock at one corner of the room where it must have flown when Finn pounced on me.
It shone brightly, casting neon green light everywhere.
The moon was out.
“Her light be praised.” I muttered under my breath as I fixed my shorts. “It must be past midnight now, no doubt.”
But Finn made no response, and I turned around to find him staring at me like a ghost.
“What was that?”
“What?” I choked out startled at the fear on his face.
“You just glowed.”
I blinked, confused. And then my heart kicked.
Was this happening again? Just like that day we first kissed. But then my breath evened out when I remembered that it hadn’t been just us.
All the supernaturals in Hollywood had gotten strangely sick.
“There,” he shouted this time, “Look, look.”
I blinked, and dropped my gaze to my body. I gasped, stumbling back.
I really was glowing. My body was bright, as if I had swallowed some sort of golden light that was now emanating through my skin and lighting up the room.
My lungs braced to scream, but the light died out. My skin, normal again.
“Is it me, did I do this?” His words were tumbling, panicked as he rushed forward.
I immediately thought of the bathroom mirror incident. How my fangs extended on their own, resisting all my efforts to push it back.
“No.” I whispered, still staring down at my skin.
I held my arms out, watching, waiting for the light to appear again, even though somewhere deep inside me, I knew it wouldn’t.
“You don’t seem surprised.” Finn stopped before me, a hint of suspicion in his voice.
I met his gaze, and swallowed.
“Hold on, has this happened before?”
“No.” I turned away from him, moving with hurried steps to pick the Silverpass up.
“Lys?”
“It's the magic here.” I raised the rock up. He exhaled in relief and my heart gave a vicious twist. I was becoming a master at lies.
But there was no sense in telling him anything if I, even, was not sure. It may all just be a coincidence and I would be freaking him out over nothing.
His hand moved to my lower back when I got to him, and we walked out of the room.
By the time we got to Lucia’s cell, my patience was thin.
This was all her fault. She and my stupid, stupid sister.
I could not help my loathe as I watched her, still sitting on the floor, legs crossed, feet tucked under her knees.
“Lucia.” My voice carried an anger I rarely heard.
She turned around, those vacant eyes unfocused.
I moved the rock to my left hand, and turned the lock with my right hand. It opened.
Gesturing for Finn to remain outside, I crept into the glass cell with hesitant steps.
This was still a dark witch. Who hated me. And currently, she looked quite insane. So what was stopping her from hurting me really?
Most importantly, what the hell was I doing here?
“Come with me.” I grabbed her arm, and hurled her up to her feet.
She rose without any struggle and when I turned for the door, she followed meekly.
I walked out of the cell still clutching her arm, braced to slit her throat the moment she tried to attack me.
But she didn’t.
Finn walked in front of us, and waited by the door for me to push it open.
Right outside the door was a dark figure, soaked in rain. Human or paranormal, I had no idea.
