Chapter 80 Vengeance Day
Madison's POV
Today, as Alessandro and I had named it, was -
Vengeance Day.
I had been mentally preparing myself to face my fears and my demons too.
If you hadn't guess already, Gina and Glory were my fears, while Joseph and Linda were my demons.
This was going to be fun!
That wasn't even sarcasm.
I woke up with a villain energy. Smiling at myself in the mirror, I admired my black combat skirt, my knee length blocked heel boot and my black crop top.
All black because it was going to be a mourning day.
"Ready?" Alessandro asked from the door, his face neutral. His eyes though spoke volumes - he was ready to kill!
For me.
"Let's go." I held his arms, striding off with my shoulders raised high and a scowl plastered to my face.
They had to feel the force.
"We can always turn back. I'd do anything you ask of me, if you can't handle -"
"I got this, Alessandro." My eyes met his and then I stretched to place a soft kiss on his lips.
A long sigh left his lips and then he nodded at the guards who understood quickly, pushing the gates open.
All my clients had been moved to the torture room.
Just like I wanted.
Dramatically, I knocked thrice on the metal door, each knock slower than the last - and taunting.
When Alessandro pushed the door open for me, my eyes instantly settled on - well, I couldn't recognize them.
Alessandro really poured his anger on them.
"You look great." I complimented, dragging a seat to myself. Alessandro just stood by the door, hands crossed, letting me take charge.
Adrenaline pumped through my vein when I saw the fear that lingered in their eyes and their tensed body from seeing me.
"Didn't think I'd make it alive, did you?" Chuckling darkly, I nodded at the guard. He pushed a table to me.
Their body began to shake as they saw the table. They recognized the table.
They knew what it was.
"Don't worry, it's nothing too serious." I shrugged, removing the black cover, revealing my tools.
"You're going to jail for attempted murder. Kat already ratted you out." I told them, putting on my customized combat gloves. This one had thorns on it.
"She didn't even bat an eyelash when she lied to exempt herself. Can you imagine that?" Gasping, I glared at them.
"You want to say something?" My hand lingered around the duct tape on their mouth. "Nah, I think I'm done hearing you talk shit to me. Now you'll sit and be my puppet."
"Do I tie you up to the ceiling?" I asked, waiting for a reply. When I didn't get any, I delivered a painful punch to their jaw - one by one.
"You have to reply me, girls. I need words. I don't know how you'll do that but I need words from youuu." I whined, raising my hands up.
"So, what was my crime? Why me?" My voice was calm but my chest heaved up and down, rage burning inside of me. "Why Me!!!" I screamed.
Starting with Gina, I gripped her hair backwards, attacking her bare stomach like it was a punching bag. My eyes darkened, my hand moving like a machine.
Then, I proceeded to Glory, reigning same treatment on her. I felt it - I was slipping away into darkness.
The darkness they all had collectively created.
Suddenly, large arms wrapped around my waist pulling me back. I struggled, kicking my feet in the air.
"It's okay, Baby. Don't let it." He cooed, rubbing my back soothingly.
I wasn't going to cry. I couldn't cry in front of them.
"You don't want to go to prison for murder, do you?" He whispered, slowly releasing me from his grip.
My breathing became softer. My eyes slowly turning back to its natural color - honey.
"Good?"
I nodded, turning to face him. "I'm good."
He held my face for a while, his eyes soft and filled with concern. "This is supposed to be my thing, Raven."
"It's our thing now." I whispered, my eyes not leaving his. "Let me finish up quickly, okay?"
He sighed heavily, letting me go.
He didn't like that I had to do this but he understood that I had to. So he let me.
"Wasn't that interesting?" I smiled at them. Blood trickled down their chin, dropping on their bare thigh. "Because I had fun."
The guard came close with the bucket of alcohol. I had gone through what I wanted with them and they understood when to bring the next tool.
"Relieve them off their pain." I said, my voice filled with fake-concern.
They wriggled in their seat but that was all they could do. They couldn't run because I had them tied to the chair.
They couldn't run because I was in control now.
When the alcohol touched their skin, muffled screams filled the air. They shook rigorously in their chairs, tears streaming down their eyes.
"Awww ... You'll be healed soon. I heard alcohol helps dry fresh wound. The burn is just temporary." I said before laughing out loud.
"Next time!" Pointing my fingers at them, I said loudly. "You'll turn the opposite direction when you see me. Even in your next world. I'll make sure of it."
"It's ready." The guard whispered to me.
"Great." I clasped my hand. "Let's get you watered, little flowers." Smiling, I stretched my hand for the hose.
When I got a grip of it, I flashed in water in their faces, giggling as I watched them struggle to breath.
It was too cold.
Seeing they were completely drenched, I dropped the hose and ran to my table again.
I only had one last tool.
"Surprise!!!" I raised the two guns up. Their eyes snapped open in shock. "Come on, I'm not going to kill you."
Turning to Alessandro, I asked, "Right, Don?"
He didn't reply, just shrugged.
"Let them speak." I instructed the guard, watching him as he pulled the tape off their mouth.
"Please don't kill us." They both said simultaneously.
"We'll do anything for you." Gina cried, her voice cracked.
"Anything?" I pouted, bringing the gun down.
"Anything! Please don't kill us." Glory chimed in.
"I don't think I want anything." Frowning, my eyes shifted between the two girls. "The only thing I want to see ... is the both of you rotting in hell."
"We're so sorry. It was all Kat. Please spare our lives." Gina begged. "We're orphans."
"Aww... Poor you." I pouted, placing the gun on my chest in fake-sympathy. "I spent 12 years of my life being abused. Yet, I didn't harm anyone."
"You know what, let's play fair." Without thinking twice, I raised the gun up, pulling the trigger before they could even utter another word.
A tear slipped from my eyes as I watched them shake violently in their chairs.
"Happy?" Alessandro whispered from behind me.
"They're lucky it's just tasers." Scoffing, I turned away, dropping the gun.
"Madison..."
"I'm fine, I promise." I smiled at him. "Now, shall we proceed to the next?"
I wasn't certain I wouldn't kill them. I meant the next set of people.
They said Kill your demons, didn't they?
Fighting it was boring. Killing was more efficient.
"Hi, Joseph and Linda. Miss me?"
