I slept on the couch, while Zade slept on the bed. I woke up immediately when my alarm went off, and I jumped in to take a quick shower, so as to head back home. “Zade, I just do not want Nana to realize I slept out last night, you know how she can be, and plus with everything happening, which will undoubtedly make her actions justified, and I am really not in for her dramas today, babe.”

I said to him and continued getting ready.

“Fine, I will drop you off and then bring Nora back to the house, is that at least fine by you?”

I stared at him, nodded, and looked back at the mirror. He stood behind me and held me.
