Chapter 31 CHAPTER 031
His jaw clenches, and his eyes darken as he recalls the way that alpha girl had pulled him to a kiss, and he fucking kissed her back as if she were the only thing that existed in his world.
He shakes his head to get rid of the images and walks faster. He had his fun; it was time to return to his world and pretend he never tried to get an alpha to fuck him and got rejected.
Suddenly, Castel hears the sound of approaching steps, and before he realizes it, he’s surrounded by four alphas. Castel ignores him, continuing his way, but one of them blocks his path.
“Well, well. The pretty omega left the bar early.”
Castel sighs softly. Of course, he should have known the night wouldn’t end peacefully.
“You’re not from around here, are you?” a second alpha inquires.
Castel raises an eyebrow. “And if I’m not?”
The third alpha chuckles. “Then you definitely shouldn’t be walking alone.”
Those are the cringest lines Castel has ever heard and he thought he'd heard worse.
“You smell so sweet and rich. I bet the cardigan is worth my whole year's rent,” the alpha blocking his path sniffs in his direction. Like a disgusting pig. “Take it off, princess,”
Castel takes a step back, but they gather around him like swarms. Castel isn’t ready to be stripped of his clothes and his pride, and he would rather die than let a bunch of disgusting alphas taint him. “If you want my clothes, you have to take them off me yourself,” he barks back and they laugh.
“So be it, princess. This will be fun and quick,"
Castel stares at their face, ready to fight back the second they lay their filthy hands on him, but then another voice cuts through the night.
“Didn’t your mothers teach you not to bother people who aren’t interested?”
Castel whips his head sharply, and his eyes widen when they land on Theo standing there with his hands in his pockets, dressed in black and a brown jacket and wind blowing through his hair, making him look more charming.
Castel almost smiles but immediately reminds himself that the alpha is taken, but at least he’s getting out of here without him showing his boxing skills.
“Alpha!” he calls loudly and pushes his way out of the circle of alphas and runs towards Theo, immediately hooking his hand around his arm. “I’m so glad you’re here, alpha. They tried to strip me naked and take advantage of me; you have to take revenge for me,” he whines with a pout.
Theo looks at him for a moment before turning his gaze to the alphas. “I’ll give you a chance to walk away,” he tells them lowly, eyes glaring dangerously.
The alphas look among themselves and then tsk in annoyance. “He isn’t worth it. You can have the whore,”
Castel gasps with his mouth hitting the cold ground. “Hey!” he calls but they are already leaving. He lets go of Theo’s arm and goes after them. “Who are you calling a whore? Come back here and say it to my face.”
He doesn’t get far, as his arm is grabbed and he’s pulled back.
“They already left. You don’t want to go looking for trouble,” Theo tells him, but Castel huffs and yanks his arm out of the alpha’s grasp.
“Why did you care and what makes you think I needed saving?”
Theo raises a brow of amusement at the omega’s tone. “Looked like you needed my help,”
“Well, I didn't ask for it, so you can go away,”
With that, he turns to leave, but once again, Theo grabs his arm and yanks him back. “It’s not safe for you to be walking out here alone. You are an unmated omegas and there are a lot of creepy alphas roaming around.”
“And who are you to tell me that, my daddy?” Castel counters in annoyance, but Theo let out a sigh. Without a word, he starts to feel every pocket on Castel’s clothes.
“Hey!” the Omega protests. “For someone who doees’t want to fuck me or want my money, you such are touchy as fuck. Does your little alpha girlfriend know you are doing this to a poor Omega like me?” he openly mocks yet lets the alpha search him.
Theo rolls his eyes as he grabs the omega’s phone from his back pocket. He turns it on and finds it without a password. How careless but then again, he doesn't expect less from rich people.
“What the fuck are you doing?”
“Calling you a cab,” Theo replies, and before he can dial the number, Castel snatches the phone from him.
“I don’t get in strangers’ cabs. I have a driver. Thank you very much,”
Theo clicks his phone, doing little to hide his growing annoyance. “I don’t care. Call him and get him to pick you up.”
Castel rolls his eyes dramatically and dials his driver’s number. “You’re very bossy for someone who claims he doesn’t care,” he mutters, glaring at the alpha.
“I don’t care.”
Castel's snorts. Of course, he doesn’t care about Castel. To him, Castel is just a dumb omega who goes after alphas they like and throws their weight around because they are rich.
Once he finishes speaking with his driver, he shoves the phone back into his pocket and crosses his arms over his chest. “Happy now?”
“Ecstatic.” Theo retrots flatly.
Castel stares at him from head to toe. “Does your girlfriend know you are here? I don't think she'll fancy you coming to save some stressed omega,” the words roll off his tongue smoothly.
Theo's hands go up to rub his temple. Talking to the bratty omega is exhausting. “She's not my girlfriend,”
Castel's eyes glint in interest while his Omega limps in sudden joy. “Then your fuck buddy because she obviously doesn't smell mated or carrying a mating mark,”
Theo throws him. “Do you ever stop talking?”
Castel pouts and throws his face. “So rude. You're lucky you're pretty, I won't waste my breath with you,” he mutters under his breath while Theo rolls his eyes.
