Spending a couple of hours inside of the office I was able to find out who issued the attack, who truly issued the attack and why. But most importantly I was able to find out where the person was at this very moment and where that person will stay for the time being. 

That too brought a smile to my face on that front because I'll be able to take care of the matter very soon but right now I want to go see what my wife is up to. Getting up to leave the office I made my way down the stairs where I saw Daisy inside the kitchen where I saw her making some type of muffin I believe. 

I don't know how long I stood there inside of the kitchen just watching her so in tune making the food she did not even realize that I was there. Once she did realize that I was there she became very startled by it but she smiled at me.

" Did everything go okay?" Daisy asked

I nodded my head to her then I made my way to her grabbing her waist bringing her close to me. I leaned down kissing her lips savory the moment between both of us.

Pulled away trying to give us some time to breathe, I stayed close to her as I saw that her face was turning red.

" How did you like the house?" I asked her

" It is very beautiful," she spoke with a smile on her face. 

I took Daisy with me heading to the living room just wanting to rest before dinner starts. I grabbed the remote to the TV and flipped through some channels. Daisy and I watched some episodes before dinner and it was peaceful and I loved having Daisy near me.  

The maids came to tell us that dinner was done and placed on the table. I thanked them, Daisy and I headed to the table looking at the delicious food that was placed on the table. 

Daisy helped me sit down once she saw me wince from the pain. She even helped me with my plate. We enjoyed the dinner with conversation between us both. 

I told Daisy to leave the dishes on the table, both of us made our way to the bedroom ready for some sleep. I would need it more than anything because I will be leaving tomorrow to deal with the issue. And without telling Daisy anything about it, I want to keep this from her. Daisy does not need to know anything about this.

Daisy - 

When Lazarus left or more like when I found out that he was not in the house anymore I just knew that he was gone. 

Making me wonder where he went and what he could possibly be doing, the only thing that I could think of is that he went to deal with this issue. To deal with that issue that happened at night of the opposed attack that happened.

I think that he wanted to keep this way for me so that's why he did not tell me anything about it which I can understand is some details. 

But deep down I am very nervous, I worry about Lazarus because he is still slightly hurt. He needs more time to rest but knowing him he wouldn't do that, especially if he has all the information that he needed to take care of the issue at hand. 

So as of right now I am just inside of the house which was Lazarus' childhood home, it is very peaceful inside of the house but outside of the house it's surrounded by security guards that Lazarus left behind for me.

I think of what could be happening at this moment with Lazarus but I tried to steer away from that so I won't give myself so much stress. I just need to wait for Lazarus to come home and or get any information from the security guards on what's Happening. But I just have to wait.

Hours later Daisy was sitting inside of the living room just looking at the clock just waiting for a Lazarus step inside of the house. She has been waiting for hours for him to arrive and each hour she grew with worry when he did not come inside. 

But all that changed when at 7:00 Lazarus came through the front door. Daisy connected her eyes with him and without wasting any second she ran to him just wanting him to have his arms around her. 

For Lazarus he was shocked to have this welcome but he welcomed it with open arms and with a smile. He was happy that Daisy opened her heart to him. 

Lazarus was able to clean up the mess of the poor excuse of that night and to make sure that nothing else happens for years to come, Lazarus was ready to have a life with his wife that he chose and to get back to his businesses and his Mafia. Lazarus and Daisy pulled away from each other from the hug so Lazarus could look Daisy in her eyes before he took her lips. 

For Daisy she welcomed the kiss. After the kiss Lazarus took Daisy's hands into his own as they went up the stairs to their bedroom, Lazarus was very tired about everything that happened. The only thing he wanted was to get some sleep with his wife where in the morning they will go back to the main house.

For Daisy, she was just happy that Lazarus came home with no injuries and that he was safe. She wanted to stay inside of his embrace and never leave it.

1 year later 

" Make sure that you wear a dress". Lazarus said from the bathroom as he fixes hair

" Does it have to be formal?" Daisy asked from the shower

" Just a nice dress baby". He said looking at her with a nice smile.

Daisy got out of the shower wrapping a towel around her body as she walked into the bedroom getting to the closet.

Soon enough Lazarus followed her through the closet so he could pick out a nice suit and he saw that Daisy was trying to find a nice dress as he suggested. 

He was dressed first and his nice gray suit and he waited for his wife to get ready. Daisy was able to find a nice dress and she came out of the bathroom standing in front of Lazarus. Lazarus never got tired of seeing her, to him her beauty never faded whatsoever.

" You ready"? Lazarus asked Daisy

" Yes." Daisy said

But Daisy stopped making Lazarus stop to look at his wife when he was able to see that she was worried and he could understand why.

" Everything will be fine. We will be only going there for a couple of hours and we will return home before you even know it. Our little one would be safe so please do not worry." Lazarus said as he kissed his wife on the forehead

Both of them left the bedroom exiting their main house to head to this event that was required for them to attend leaving their firstborn child with Nanny's and bodyguards. 

It was hard for Daisy to do that but she knew that it had to be done because he is the wife of a Mafia Boss, so she knew that was going to happen someday. 

A year ago when Daisy got the news that she was pregnant for her she couldn't really believe it but in the end she was ecstatic but she was going to be a mother.
