I placed my lips on his. A thing I was dying to do.

His lips were incredibly soft. He was shocked at first but didn't waste any time in responding back.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him impossibly close. Whereas he had held my waist as if it was the most delicate thing ever made.

We were lost, under a spell, none of us wanted to let go but since we needed air to breathe. We had to pull away.

We were breathing heavily, foreheads touching. Still wrapped in each other's embrace.

"That was -" "Amazing " he completed the sentence breathing heavily tracing his thumb on my lips

"That was my first kiss," I said slowly looking deep into his eyes.

"Mine too," he said sheepishly showing off his pearly white teeth.

I was shocked to hear that. Would be an understatement, I was beyond surprised.

"You never?" I asked pulling back a little.

"Yeah," he said and pulled me closer.

"Why?" As much as I was glad to share our first kiss. I still wanted to know more about him.

"Because I never felt like it. Somewhere deep down I knew that it was wrong to even look at another girl. I never thought in a million years that I would be having a mate." he said with so much love in his eyes that I could drown.

"Someone so beautiful," he said leaning down.

Here we go.

"Ahem" 'seriously? ' I wanted to rip that throat out. To whomeve t belonged.

"Guys we have a situation, " Sarah said standing in the doorway. Looking elsewhere nervously.

"We will be there, he said and let me go.

I was so disappointed but didn't argue.

I was struggling to put on a top but someone else did it for me.

"Thanks " in said turning around.

"Don't.  It was my fault" he said guiltily.

I kissed his cheek. "I'm glad it was," I said winking.

He smiled.

Then we were off to go.

"Hey Dad," I said as I entered his office it was a bit dark. Darker than usual.

I felt him,

He was here.
