John chuckled lightly. "Already protecting her? You're something else."
Gaia held back a laugh and casually introduced the dishes to Lila. "Lila, try this one. It's their signature dish, tastes really good."
She nodded, and after tasting it, smiled. "It is delicious."

After the meal, John was called away by a phone call. Alexander drove Lila and Gaia back to the Sinclair Group.
In the CEO's office, Gaia looked around the layout and pointed to a spot, saying to Alexander. "Alexander, put a desk here and add a partition to make a driver's lounge."
Lila was stunned when she heard this.
A lounge for her?
Alexander immediately frowned. "Grandma, have you ever seen any company's CEO office with a special lounge for the driver?"
"Just because other companies don't have one means the Sinclair Group can't? Do you understand innovation?"
"I don't understand. This is a company. Stop being unreasonable."
Gaia walked up to him. "Who's being unreasonable? Lila will practice driving with John in the mornings and come to the company in the afternoons. Shouldn't she have a place to rest? Do you want her to practice driving with John all day long?"
Alexander's handsome face darkened. "In the afternoon she can find any place in the company to rest."
"She's your wife. Is that how you treat your wife? Don't you know that when a man doesn't treat his wife well, his career won't go well either? If the Sinclair Group goes downhill because you mistreat Lila, how am I supposed to face your deceased grandfather after I die?"
Alexander had a massive headache.
He raised his hand to his forehead and strode toward his desk.
After sitting down, Alexander glanced at where Gaia was standing. "I listened to you about marrying her. I listened to you about letting her work at the Sinclair Group. But this time, about making some driver's lounge, I absolutely won't let you have your way."
Seeing things going badly, Lila tugged at Gaia's sleeve. "Grandma, a driver's lounge really isn't appropriate. I don't need it. The CEO's office has a lounge and even a gym. I can just find somewhere to rest in the afternoon."
"Lila, don't worry. Since Grandma had you marry into the Sinclair family, I won't let Alexander bully you. You are the Sinclair family's only daughter-in-law, rightfully so!"
