Chapter 40 Knowing the Place
"Whatever happens, I have to be ready, Auntie. Besides, I can't possibly hide Aiden for long, can I, Bi?" Kelsey said.
Adriana sighed, there was no way she would contact Kelsey. She was enough to make her beloved niece confused with her attitude. She felt guilty. She shouldn't have blamed Kelsey like that.
If she questioned the decision Kelsey made, she would only make things difficult for hee niece and grandson, right? Meanwhile, she had known about Kelsey's struggles since he arrived in Leeds.
Adriana, who realized that she had made a big mistake, finally said in a low voice, "I'm sorry, Kels."
Kelsey was surprised to hear that, did not expect to hear an apology from the Aunt.
She replied, "I should be the one apologizing to Aunty. I made the sudden decision and I know Auntie must have been very surprised. I understand if Auntie is angry with me."
Adriana shook her head slowly, really feeling stupid for cornering her nephew whose life was full of struggles.
"No, dear. It's my fault. You didn't think things through any more clearly. Yes, Kels. You are right. Aiden needs Weylin, he needs his dad."
Adriana continued to bless, "I'm sorry Aunt for making you confused. Again, Auntie will support all your decisions. You know, all of this is for Aiden."
Kelsey's tears were unstoppable and finally dripping and flowing more and more.
Adriana hugged Kelsey and patted her gently on the back, "Calm down, son. Auntie knows this must be very hard for you but Auntie sure you can do it. Later, Aiden will surely thank you, son. You've made him feel the love of a father again."
Kelsey sobbed even more and her tears didn't stop for several minutes. That night she spent talking with her Aunt and looking for the right way to tell Aiden about Weylin.
On the other hand, without Weylin guessed, there was a guest who had been waiting for him in front of his apartment.
The smile that had been etched on his lips before Weylin disappeared in an instant.
"Danielle, what are you doing here?" Weylin asked in surprise.
The beautiful woman who was wearing a ball gown that night the vermilion turned around and smiled, "Hey, you're home. Oh, I'm sorry I came so suddenly."
Weylin started to have an uneasy feeling. Danielle had always been his bed partner and he had always treated her well because she had never made things difficult for him.
However, this time he was quite surprised to see Danielle in his apartment.
"Yeah. How did you know I lived here? What were you doing in Leeds?" Weylin asked suspiciously.
Feeling stared at with a strange look, Danielle said, "Uh, I was disturbing you huh? I'm sorry, Weylin. I was just attending my colleague's wedding and I just remembered that you were also here. Well, I also remember the name of the bank I
used to tell me so I came there."
Weylin's eyeballs almost popped out of their places, "You came to my office? For what?"
Danielle walked over and acted as if she was exhausted but unfortunately Weylin suddenly became insensitive so the woman could only give a wry smile, "Well. To look for you, what else? What a coincidence I ran into Darren and he told me
this place."
Oh, Darren. Damn you, Weylin cursed in his heart.
"Then what do you want to do here?" Weylin asked curtly.
To be honest, at this time he did not want to be close to any woman. He just wanted to concentrate on devoting everything to this son he had just met. He had not succeeded in winning the heart of the Son and also Kelsey's
permission has just been given to him.
He didn't want Kelsey to change her mind because of Danielle's presence. Plus, he wanted to make a good impression on
Aiden, be the best father for him. So that, he felt that if he met Danielle he should have avoided it.
"Can I stay here?" Danielle asked bluntly.
Weylin was not surprised because he already knew that Danielle was not one to hide her desires. She'll just say what she wanted, without being shy.
If this was the old Weylin, the man would have immediately devoured her lips and pushed her onto the bed. After that, his body would not be given the slightest mercy.

Thus, Weylin said in an even tone, "I'm sorry, Danielle. I can't allow you to sleep here. You'd better rent a hotel. Nearby, there's a pretty good hotel that meets your standards."
Danielle seemed to have misheard but then she heard Weylin say again in a cold tone, "And it seems we don't need to see each other anymore. I can't see you anymore."
Like being struck by lightning, Danielle could only silently hear it. She was too shocked that she didn't even know that
Weylin had entered his apartment without telling her to come inside. dazedly, the woman stepped away from Weylin's
apartment.
While on the elevator, she bumps into Darren, "Miss Danielle."
Danielle turned her head and looked at him annoyed, "Are you satisfied?"
"Yes?" Darren said confused.
Danielle said, "You said Weylin definitely didn't want to see me. How could you know that?"
Darren finally understood and he smiled, "So you've met Mister Weylin? And I'm guessing, you must have been kicked out by him. Isn't that right?"
Danielle suddenly raised her hand, about to slap Darren but with agility, Darren managed to hold the woman's hand.
Danielle cursed, "Damn it. Who do you think you are? You're just a lowly maid. How dare you."
Darren smiled again, "Why wouldn't I dare? I didn't do anything wrong, Miss."
"You bastard. It's the same as Weylin who is also an asshole," Danielle said, unable to stand it anymore.
"Be careful what you say, Miss Danielle," Darren said disapprovingly.
In fact, Darren never really liked his master related to that woman, even if only as a bedmate. Darren could also judge if Danielle actually had other intentions.
"Who are you to stop me, dammit?" Danielle snapped angrily.
"I really am nobody, Miss," Darren said.
Danielle grinned "Yeah. Good, you know self-aware."
"Yes, Miss. I know who I am. So why don't you know yourself too?" Darren asked casually but with a piercing look.
