Chapter 508: Must Be Happy
Matthew and Joshua managed to keep their composure, but Gregory's eyes turned red right away.
When Sophia finished her makeup and stood up, Gregory rushed over and pulled her into a hug.
"Sophia, you have to be happy from now on."
"If that jerk Benjamin dares to bully you, just come find me, and I'll beat him up for you!"
Joshua found it amusing and ruthlessly called him out, "With your build? You'd better train harder first."
"If I can't do it, then you will?" Gregory glared at him fiercely.
Joshua couldn't be bothered to argue with him and looked directly at Matthew. "For something like this, Matthew should handle it. Matthew has training."
In earlier years, the Lumina Group hadn't developed yet, but Matthew was very capable.
When the Lumina Group was first established, he managed to snatch partnerships from many big companies all by himself.
This basically hurt other people's interests and could easily get him in trouble.
So during that time, Matthew often encountered assassination attempts and people tampering with his car.
To avoid dying unexpectedly, Matthew had to hire a coach and learn many self-defense skills.
However, Matthew just gave Gregory and Joshua a cold glance and said coolly, "What you'd be up against is the entire White family. Do you dare?"
They indeed didn't dare to provoke the White family.
Now that Magnus was back, and Alaric controlled the entire White Group.
Before, the Lumina Group could match the White Group, but now it was clearly falling behind.

Sophia was the second-largest shareholder of the Lumina Group, and with this additional three percent of shares, the gap between her and Matthew's holdings would be only 1%.
Sophia looked up at him in surprise, "Matthew, isn't this too much? Besides, I don't need money right now."
"Keep it, I won't need it in the future anyway."
Once he joined the Martinez family, he wouldn't be able to have his own private savings.
Sophia teased him with a glance. "Looks like things are going well between you and Adelaide?"
Matthew's lips curved slightly, his eyes smiling. "Pretty well."
At least, his relationship with Adelaide had made a qualitative leap.
He was quite content now.
After thinking about it, Sophia still accepted the share transfer agreement. Worst case, she'd give it back to him as a wedding gift when Matthew and Adelaide got married.
She was so smart!
Just then, hurried footsteps came from outside the door.
Adelaide rushed in, "Sophia, it's time for the bride to make her entrance. Why are you all crowded in here?"
Gregory spoke up loudly, "Matthew, your wife is here!"
Adelaide was amused by his words, and her cheeks couldn't help but flush.
"Who's Matthew's wife? Don't talk nonsense."
Matthew immediately stepped forward and pulled her into his arms, "Who else but you? Don't deny it, I remember every word you said last night."
Hearing him bring up last night, Adelaide's cheeks turned even redder.
"Stop talking nonsense and get out there. The guests are all waiting."
Matthew curved his lips, "Alright."
With that, he went out to entertain the guests.
Sophia and Gregory exchanged glances, and she couldn't suppress her smile.
Turns out Matthew wasn't as cold as he appeared on the surface, but rather a bit... reserved and sultry?
Adelaide walked up to Sophia and adjusted her veil, "This is wonderful. Benjamin always said he owed you a wedding, and now he's finally fulfilled one of your wishes."
For this wedding, Benjamin invited everyone he could.
He specially booked a very large wedding venue.
All the guests outside were big shots from various sectors of society, chatting in small groups, making it very lively.
All the wedding arrangements were personally handled by Benjamin.
He said he hoped that the first wedding he organized in his life would leave the deepest impression on Sophia.
Under everyone's gaze, Sophia's figure finally appeared slowly.
