"HEY, I saw you again, Red, my day is over!"
"Oh! I saw you again without a helmet, gah, you're so cute!"
Those are from the young people who were joking with Red at the railroad while he parked his motorbike and rested for a while.
"Oh you're so yummy Red, when will you give me a son or a daughter?"
Red just laughed amd smile at all those jokes of young women and gay on the railroad. That's how he responded whenever these people made fun of him. He parked his motorbike for a while to buy an energy drink at the small store there.
All right, he will also admit that he parked there on purpose because this day was tiring for him and he sent his fellow rider and best friend Jax home, because the latter was feeling bad. He delivered the parcels of their customers in the two areas because he took over Jax's remaining parcels. He was tired so he had to recharge. And what he meant for recharge was that he had to see Euna.
He just smirked by what was running through his mind. Then he glanced at his wristwatch, it's almost 5 PM. He was sure Euna was on her way on that particular road on the railroad. Here's her way home from her work.
"Hey, Red!" Marites approached him. Maybe she has something to buy in the store also.
He just nodded and politely greeted her back, "Ahm, hello."
"Oh, I already knew why you're here, Red!"
Yeah, right, Euna said that all of the happenings here knew this lady named Marites.
"You're waiting for Euna here, aren't you? You're waiting for her?" Marites asked, her tone was intriguing.
"Hey you, Marites, stop intriguing Red. You always like that whenever you see this poor guy," the store owner, Tina, irritatingly said to Marites.
"Why? I'm just asking." Shrugging her shoulders, Marites responded at Tina.
Tina just rolled her eyes. "Yes you only are!" then sarcastically said to her neighbor.
Red laughed softly, especially when Marites rolled her eyes at Tina. Oh, of course, they are not fighting, they are just joking with each other. He used this kind of scenery here at the railroad. The neighbors are gossiping, laughing and even that—teasing each other, as always.
"Alright, I will spill the tea so I can go now," Marites turned to him. "Red, you're waiting for nothing here."
"Huh? But I saw Euna earlier, her schedule was morning," he politely replied.
"Yes and no. Euna isn't coming home yet at this early in the afternoon. She's straight on duty now. My niece, who is her workmate, was at home. Euna can't make it to come home without my niece."
Ah, that's right. Red just nodded, then said goodbye to Tina and Marites.
"Oh, thanks by the way, for the info."
"You're welcome."
When he put on his helmet and started his motor, he couldn't help but think that in this kind of case, the likes of Marites really do have a good effect.
"Are you their shipper?"
Marites rolled her eyes at Tina again. "You are awesome, you know, for an old lady, you know such words very well."
"Well, of course! I've read that often on social media!" Tina answered.
Red shook his head before finally turning on his bike. He heard all of that conversation and giggled of the two afterwards.
"LET'S swap our duty." That's what Euna read in her cellphone, coming from her workmate.
Meaning, her workmate can make it this time to come in the store. Straight duty is waving at her.
The stomach seems to hurt. Euna doesn't have a problem with that and sometimes it's also in her favor because she's at home all day when her co-workers swap off. That kind of schedule really happens with the kind of work he has. They are open 24 hrs. e. He was really grateful to Reyna on such occasions because she was there to look after her nephews.
"Babeth can't come in," Joy woke up Euna when she came out of the stock room where she read Babeth's text.
"Yes, I've read his text as well," he replied.
"Probably, she met her boyfriend again."
And we don't have a pake there anymore, she pretended to answer Joy but Euna just decided to wipe their shelves there while there were no customers. She would rather bother herself with cleaning than the gossip that Joy has always wanted.
"Hey, I hope you're all really happy!" He even heard Joy say that.
Euna just shook her head and smiled. She was used to Joy. Even so, it is also hardworking and good to get along with. It is important in a job to have your coworker with you so that you can endure the day. That's one thing a person wants to achieve, not just a job. Co -workers should be relieved of course.
Euna decided to stick her earphone in one of her ears while cleaning to stop Joy from blabbering on. When it starts, there is no stopping it.
The door chime rang so Euna heard Joy greet the newcomer. "Sir, good afternoon, I'm Joy at your service!"
There is no such protocol in their store but it was Joy's trip so it's up to her, Euna said to herself. He just secretly laughed at his co -worker.
"Miss, it's a banana." Euna was stunned by the speaker behind her.
He didn't look at it and maybe he just thought he was the one talking because their banana was on the counter. None of the coffee shelves and siopao he was wiping at those moments.
"Miss, it's a banana," repeated someone. It's a man's voice.
"Sir, our banana is on the counter," Euna replied without looking at it. "It's in the front. There's a basket in front of the counter."
"Miss, a banana."
Ay, wow. Like a broken plaque over and over? So to Euna's annoyance, she stopped wiping and then she walked to the counter that was only a few feet away from them the customer had not been able to approach to get a banana for reasons she did not know. E, when he walked to the counter, he felt it follow!
He glared at Joy, who immediately handed him the banana. Joy reacted the same way to him because she couldn't leave the box. It seemed in their eyes that they were telling each other that they had another customer who was insane. Of course, it's not in their daily work that they meet kind customers.
Miss, it's a banana," the customer repeated.
Joy giggled. No longer restrained. Euna, on the other hand, can't help but laugh and she's annoyed with their crazy customer.
When she grabbed a banana, Euna immediately confronted the customer behind her. "Sir—"
"Cute." Red Henson winked at Euna's surprise after saying that one word.
Euna couldn't help herself, she slapped Red's nose with the banana she was holding.
"Aw!" Red pretended to rub his own nose.
Joy and their guard at the store laughed. They know Red. Red, who was the reason he didn't get bored, was already wearing a helmet, even wearing a mask inside!
"B'wisit ka!" he scolded Red. When he hit the banana again, it grabbed his arm.
Red laughed. "Didn't you get the joke?"
"What's the joke? Are you crazy? You're here again to cause trouble!"
"Miss, it's a banana ... cute!"
Oh, stupid!
"Euna, what is it? Tell me you're not slow!" Red joked even more here, shaking Euna's wrist holding it.
"I'm not slow. You're just really crazy, Red, b'wisit ka!"
Red, Joy and Guardie's laughter could be heard in the background as Euna stared angrily at the moon man in front of her. As she stared at it, it was as if the whirl of the world had stopped and the only thing that mattered to Euna was who they were, was Red's gentle face laughing ...
"He's getting the banana." Fortunately, Joy spoke so Euna stopped dreaming in the afternoon. He looked at it to avoid Red's face that he had just started to adore, "He told you, isn't it, it's a banana, eh, he knows that even if you do something, you'll still get him banana on the counter. So, when you took the banana, he was just so cute when he saw you. Banana cute instead of banana cue. "
"Huh?" He doesn't get it, seriously. So when he looked back at Red he rubbed it with his eyes.
"It's just a banana, eh, you're cute."
Wait, banana or banana cue, or even banana cute, it doesn't matter to Euna anymore because her attention suddenly went to her palm now she just realized that Red was holding it ...
"I'm just charging," Red said with their palms clasped.
Charge? E, why does it seem like Euna is so weak ... it makes her knees soft ...
Sh't.
