Chapter 126 The Fiancée Comes to Visit

Chapter 126 The Fiancée Comes to Visit

That's exactly what Lily was thinking.

She knew what Sophie and Samantha had slipped her.

If it had been any other man, she would rather die.

Lily gripped his collar tightly: "Do you have a girlfriend?"

"No, I never have."

Dennis felt Lily's heavy breathing. He gently wiped the tears from the corner of her eyes: "You're still young, don't give yourself to a man so easily!"

"But I like you!"

Lily finally said what was in her heart. She took the initiative to kiss his lips, clumsy yet careful.

Dennis's palms were burning hot. He couldn't help but sigh.

He knew Lily had been drugged with something, which was why she was acting this way.

Dennis held the back of her head and deepened the kiss.

Dennis's approach was intense, just like him—completely dominating, controlling the entire rhythm in his hands.

Lily soon went limp in his arms, her face flushed.

Dennis's gaze was deep as his fingertip brushed across her red lips, moist and glistening.

Meeting his eyes, Lily threw all reason out the window.

She pushed him down forcefully, pressing her hands against his chest, even trembling.

Dennis's hand gripped her waist, the sensation making him linger.

His eyes burned: "Lily, are you sure you won't regret this later?"

"I won't regret it!"

Dennis flipped over and held her in his arms, his breath hot, his voice husky: "Lily, I really don't know what to do with you!"

Lily was so nervous she couldn't say a word!

All her courage had been used up just now.

Dennis's hands seemed magical, but he covered her eyes and whispered in her ear: "Besides sex, there are other ways."

Lily was still wondering what other ways there could be.

Then Dennis picked her up and walked straight into the bathroom, placing her in the bathtub.

The next second, Lily was drenched with ice-cold water.

Her teeth chattered: "Dennis!"

"I'm here!"

Dennis crouched in front of her, his tone gentle: "I'll stay with you the whole time!"

Lily grabbed his hand, closed her eyes, and endured it all alone, but with him there, she was no longer by herself!

That night was especially long for Lily.

She had gathered all her courage, wanting to be with the person she liked, but he stopped at the last moment!

When Lily woke up the next day, everything from last night flooded her mind.

She was so embarrassed, she pulled the blanket over her face—she might as well dig a hole and crawl into it.

So embarrassing!

Lily felt weak all over now, as if she'd been seriously ill, completely drained of energy.

But her mind was clear, remembering everything from last night.

She had kissed Dennis first.

And he had kissed her back.

Hiding under the blanket, Lily secretly touched her own lips, as if she could recall the feeling of the kiss.

So that's what it was like.

Lily's face heated up considerably. Although they hadn't gone all the way last night, they'd pretty much done everything else, right?

She had passed out in the bathtub last night, but now she was lying clean in bed, and he must have changed her clothes too.

Lily felt scared now, not knowing how to face him.

She wanted to know what time it was and secretly reached out to find her phone.

But instead, she touched something warm and a bit hard.

Lily sneaked a peek—it was Dennis's abs!

Only then did she quietly pull her hand back. Should she leave quietly while Dennis was still asleep?

That way it wouldn't be too awkward, right?

"Awake?"

Dennis's voice came from above Lily's head, completely killing her desire to escape!

Lily instantly held her breath. How should she answer?

When she stayed silent, Dennis worried something was wrong and pulled back the blanket.

But Lily grabbed the blanket tightly—she hadn't figured out how to face him yet!

Dennis tugged at the blanket and found he couldn't pull it away.

A hint of teasing flashed in his eyes: "Now you're shy?"

Last night, a certain someone was pretty bold.

Hearing the teasing in his voice, Lily wanted to see him even less.

Dennis got up: "I'm going to take a shower."

Lily secretly watched him get up, casually grabbing a bathrobe to put on, but she still caught a glimpse of his physique.

Looks pretty good, actually.

After she heard water running in the bathroom, Lily finally emerged from under the blanket. She was wearing almost nothing.

Blushing, she looked around and saw her dress thrown on the floor.

Lily moved to the edge of the bed to pick up the dress, only to find it had been stained with red wine last night, and that awful perfume smell still lingered on it.

She couldn't wear this dress anymore.

What should she do? Did she have to stay naked like this?

The bathroom door opened.

Dennis walked out in a bathrobe and saw Lily leaning over the bed to pick up the dress.

He walked over: "Don't wear that dress. New clothes will be delivered soon."

Hearing his voice, Lily's face instantly turned red, and she quickly hid under the blanket.

She covered her face, not daring to look at him.

Dennis came to the bedside: "How are you feeling? If anything hurts, I'll have the doctor come check on you again."

"No need!"

Hearing about getting a doctor, Lily quickly stopped him.

She sat up and met Dennis's eyes, feeling embarrassed.

She lowered her head: "I'm fine now."

The drug had worn off.

Dennis touched her forehead: "Yes, no fever."

Lily instinctively dodged his hand, stammering: "I told you I'm fine."

The next second, Dennis flicked her forehead.

He frowned: "Didn't I tell you not to drink at bars? Don't you learn?"

If he hadn't been there last night, he didn't dare imagine what Lily would have gone through.

Lily thought about last night's ordeal, and she felt shaken, too.

Dennis's tone was cold: "How do you want to punish them?"

"It won't be easy. Those rich kids are from Quest University's business school. Most people can't afford to mess with their family backgrounds."

But she wasn't going to let this go.

She knew Sophie had deliberately provoked Samantha to go after her, using her as a weapon.

Hearing her words, Dennis felt sorry for her: "Just say the word."

If she asked, he would personally get revenge for her!

"Really, no need. I don't want you getting into trouble."

Those rich kids from the business school had serious backgrounds, not something she could fight alone.

She didn't want Dennis to get in trouble, too.

Dennis saw how considerate she was being: "You don't need to worry about that. That's not for you to think about."

"Dennis, I know you want to get revenge for me, but I already have a plan."

Lily looked up at him seriously: "I'm just glad it was you I ran into last night."

Now she had other things to deal with.

She remembered that Dennis had responded to her last night, right?

Meeting her gaze, Dennis looked away somewhat.

Just then, someone knocked on the door. Dennis quickly turned around: "Eat something first."

Dennis walked to the door and opened it, but there was a woman standing outside.

"Dennis, I need to talk to you. It's about my sister."

Olivia Harper stood at the door, looking nervously toward the room, but Dennis blocked her view by turning sideways.
