Chapter 177: Can You Bear to See Austin in Prison?
“I was thinking that if you took all the responsibility, I’d have to apologize to you.”but you didn't give me the chance!"Lily heard the silence on the other end of the phone and sneered.
The sarcasm was off the charts.
David got angry from embarrassment, "Lily, what do you gain from deliberately doing this to drive a wedge between us siblings?"
"I'm doing this for your own good. Otherwise, the three of you can go to jail together as a family - blood is thicker than water, all nice and neat."
"You wish." Lily started her act again, "So, David, that's why I'm asking you three siblings to pick one person to take all the responsibility. If this isn't for your own good, what is?"
"If Austin goes to jail, his career will be completely ruined. Can you bear that?"
"Then you're being too selfish. You should take Austin's place. You talk about being family and blood being thicker than water, but when something happens, you still let your little brother take the blame. You're so selfish."
Lily covered her mouth and laughed.
Dennis saw her laughing like a cunning little fox.
David's anger flared up, "Lily, don't get cocky. Even if Austin takes responsibility for all this, you won't be able to hire a lawyer, and you'll lose the case anyway. Just wait and see!"
"So you called me just to say this?"
"Yes, I'm making you face reality early - drop the lawsuit now, so you won't embarrass yourself later."
"Then see you in court!"
Lily hung up directly, "See, I guessed right. There's no way he'd take responsibility."
Dennis spoke up, "So will Austin take it? He only seems to have participated - he wasn't even the one taking photos."
"Lily, isn't this letting them off too easily, especially Sophie?"
Lily smiled, "I want to slowly tear off their fake mask of being a close family, let Sophie gradually lose everything, and let the Roberts family go bankrupt because of Sophie."

Eric clapped his hands, "Well done. I'm looking forward to seeing what your ungrateful brothers' faces will look like when they see Sophie's true colors."
Lily looked up, "But we still need to deal with the lawsuit."

Eric had thought of this too - it might really be related to Ethan.
Dennis's phone buzzed. After glancing at it, he stood up, "Find out and deal with it."
"Where are you going?"
"To the gym."
Dennis walked away without looking back.
Eric held his phone and couldn't help but sigh. He really had too many things to worry about.
Lily went straight to the gym after returning to school.
After changing clothes, she first went to the equipment area to work on her muscle strength. The trainer always said her physical condition wasn't great, and she lacked exercise.
While Lily was figuring out the equipment, a young man walked over, "Miss, is this your first time? I can show you how to use it."
After watching him demonstrate, Lily politely said, "Thank you."
"You're welcome. You look pretty young - are you a Quest University student?"
Lily gave a perfunctory response, and the man's eyes immediately lit up, "A top student! What I like most in life are top students like you."
Lily didn't respond.
The young man kept talking, "Like me, my family was poor and couldn't afford school. Later, I went into business and got lucky - after my company went public, I achieved financial freedom. But I still regret not getting much education. I think girls who are well-educated are really great."
Lily found it annoying and moved to another piece of equipment.
But the man followed her again, "Miss, you really catch my eye. Why don't we exchange contact info? I'm single, financially stable, and hoping to find a well-educated girl to be my wife."
Lily said impatiently, "No thanks, please stop bothering me."
"How is this bothering you? Look, you can't even afford a personal trainer, so your family situation must be average. If you're with me, and if we have a son in the future, he'll inherit my assets worth millions of dollars."
The young man stood up and walked behind Lily, "Let me show you how to use this."
Lily grabbed the man's hand and twisted it hard.
The young man cried out in pain, "Let go!"
Lily stared coldly at the man, "Didn't look in the mirror this morning, did you? Take a look at how ugly you are!"
After cursing him out, she let go.
Lily wiped her hand on her pants in disgust, feeling dirty.
The young man cursed, "Stop acting innocent. I know you college girls love to act pure, but you're all gold-diggers. I've slept with several college girls like you recently - just give them a little money and they take their clothes off willingly."
Lily opened her water bottle and splashed it at him.
Lily said unhappily, "Wash your mouth out, it stinks."
"Little beauty, I like your personality. Just name your price. Is ten thousand dollars a month enough?"
Lily was about to lose it. She looked up at the gym's surveillance cameras.
Need to find a blind spot.
The trainer said normally don't fight, but if you do, don't get caught.
She walked forward, and the young man followed, "If you're a virgin, I can raise it to twenty thousand dollars."
Lily walked to the emergency exit area - a surveillance blind spot.
Lily hooked her finger.
The young man noticed that this spot couldn't be seen from outside and got excited, "Oh, you like this kind of thing! Should've said so earlier!"
The next second, Lily punched the young man in the face.
She'd never met such a disgusting man.
There happened to be a janitor's mop bucket nearby. She grabbed it and poured it over the young man's head.
Lily looked down at him, "With such a filthy mouth, you should've been washed like this long ago."
"I-I'm calling the police, I'm going to sue you! You knocked out my tooth!" The young man covered his mouth, then felt his tooth was loose. He reached to touch it, and the tooth fell out.
Lily clapped her hands, "Go ahead and call the police. I'll tell them you were harassing me and I was defending myself. The surveillance over there caught your behavior clearly. Who do you think the police will believe?"
And this disgusting man seemed so practiced at it - probably not his first time.
The young man lay on the ground wailing, "I won't let you get away with this. I'll have my legal team send you to prison! I'll show you how scary the world of rich people can be!"
After hearing this, Lily just laughed.
Never seen someone like this! What is this, a TV drama?
Soon, a male trainer rushed over anxiously, "Sir, what happened?"
"This bitch hit me. Is this how your gym treats rich customers like me?"
The male trainer looked up at Lily, "What's wrong with you, hitting people?"
"He harassed me."
"I've seen plenty of girls like you from the university across the street. You all claim to be students from prestigious schools, but you're gold-diggers underneath, throwing yourselves at rich men."
"Right, right, she agreed nicely that I'd support her, then she asked for the moon - a hundred thousand dollars a month!"
Customers around them looked over and whispered.
After all, these days, rumors hurt girls more.
A cold voice came through, "Talking about being a sugar daddy - what the hell are you?"
Dennis walked over with an iron expression, standing beside Lily, his tone much gentler, "Are you okay?"
Lily shook her head.
The young man shouted loudly, "She volunteered to let me support her, but she's not even a virgin - why should she get a hundred thousand dollars?"
Dennis's face darkened suddenly.
He turned and threw a punch, fast and heavy.
