Chapter 30 CHAPTER 30
You will not embarrass the girl like that she has been through enough." Titan said in a firm tone.
"You ruin all my fun. Here are the girls’ bags." Lance said.
"Let me get the nurse to change your gown, I will be right back, Lance come here with me." Titan said. I hope he did not give him to much trouble he was just messing around.
The nurse came in helped me to the bathroom and changed me out if a hospital gown into a regular night gown. Then helped me back into bed changing the top sheet and blanket. I felt the blanket it was not a regular hospital blanket.
"Excuse me, but I think you gave me someone else's blanket." I told the nurse.
"No dear Luna made it quit clear that these were for you I just have to go out and get your pillows." She told me. Now I was confused why was Alpha doing all this stuff like sitting here for hours, feeding me, being so nice to me. Making me call him by his first name if he already had a Luna. Not that I thought he was coming on to me, but he was acting strange for a man with a mate. Nothing made any sense to me. When the nurse came back with the pillows only Alpha Titan returned with her.
"Alpha, Luna said if you can think of anything else she needs to call her. Michael will be in soon. " Titan thanked her and she went out.
"Would you like to finish your food?" he asked.
"I was still hungry and the stew was good. But I did not want him feeding me. It was not proper. Can I just have the fresh bread on the table for later?" I asked. He did not say anything so I figured he had decided no.
"That ok it might not sit well anyways." I said casually trying not to be upset.
"Damit, I'm sorry... I'm not calling you rouge. I apologize I nodded forget for a minute you can not see." He said upset with himself.
"That is ok, can I have the smaller bag of the two please?" I asked. He passed me the smaller bag after I got it open i felt my books. Finding the one i used last and my magic pencil I replaced the stuff I took out. I took and turned to the next page. The sat and waited.
"What are you doing there?" he asked.
"Drawing a picture." I told him.
"But you can not see." He said.
"I do not need too." I told him. As the pencil started to draw on the paper, after a while I heard him gasp in surprise.
"What is it?" I asked. I could hear him try and regain himself before he spoke.
"I'm amazed that your doing that without your site." He said. But for some reason I could feel that was not the only reason he gasped. But I let it go for now. In an hour the picture was done. I would not have known he was still in the room if I had not been able to hear his breathing.
Alpha, sorry. Titan can you tell me what I drew." Please.
"Ummm, you drew a man, your a magnificent artist. The details are amazing." He said.
"Where is the man, is he happy or sad?" I asked. He hesitated before he told me.
"He is in a hospital room, beside someone's bed. He is smiling and crying at the same time. So, I would say he is so very happy that it brought tears to his eyes. He told me.
"I'm happy that he is finally happy. He has been sad and hurting for almost four years." I said smiling.
"You have been drawing this man since you were sixteen years?" He asked.
"More or less, he has been getting sadder and sadder every year. I'm so happy that he is happy now. He must have found what he was waiting for." I told him.
"What do you mean?" He asked.
"I give you permission to take out my other three books and look at them then you will understand. Maybe you know who this man is and help me understand why I draw him."
"With your permission my I take them to my office? I will bring them back tonight after I make Lance my Betta" Alpha asked me.
"On one condition, you go easy on Lance he was just messing around. He has a good heart." I said.
"Deal." He said. And I handed him the fourth book.
"You can take all four I'm tired I think I will sleep until you come back." I said. Laying down and closing my eyes. I could not understand it my heart was overjoyed and full of love for the man in the pictures. He finally found what he had been waiting for.
I drifted off to a peaceful sleep.
TITAN'S POV
I could not believe what I saw. I know for a fact she could not see. Even Michael said it would be a couple more days before the swelling was down enough and then he would check her eye to see if they had been permanently damaged. He said there was a possibility that she could end up blind. But that did not matter to me. My connection was getting stronger with her. I could feel it in her to even if she did not yet. But what was her name I needed to know her name.
I linked Lance.
"Come to my office now, I have something to show you." I told him.
"The ceremony is in an hour Titan can it not wait?" He asked.
"No! office now!" I said using my Alpha tone.
Five minutes later he came into the office.
"What has you, going all Alpha on me like that?" He asked.
"This." I said. I had the four books open each to a page of me.
"What is this?" He asked picking up the books one at a time and looking at the pictures.
"The first picture she drew when she was sixteen. This last picture she drew right in front of me." I told him.
"How could she draw when she eyes are so swollen closed.?" He asked.
"I'm telling you, I sat right there and watched her. When she was done she asked me what she had drawn. When I told her she told me about drawing these pictures since she was sixteen years. She said she was glad the man was happy now whatever he was waiting for he must have found." I told him.
"You're positive she can not see?" Lance asked.
"Have you been listening to me at all, she started drawing me at sixteen that is four years ago when father gave me the necklace. " I said excitedly.
