Chapter 105 - The Blessed Luna

Shelby's POV

I've been trying to push everything that happened with Jackie out of my mind and not overthink things that Hecate said. I need to concentrate on the wedding and getting it set up. I also need to speak with Liam about Hecate. Joel and Jenna will be in my office any minute now. Get it together girl, you got 3 days to get it planned.

Soon enough, there was a knock on the door. I let Joel and Jenna in and they took their seats in front of my desk.

"Thomas should be here shortly." I said.

"So, do you guys have baby names picked out?" Joel asked excitedly to Jenna.

"No. We literally just found out." She giggled at his ambition.

"Joel is a lovely name." He beamed. "First or middle."

"Hey. Sorry I'm a tidbit late." Thomas said walking through the door with James.

"Why is James here?" Jenna asked with a 'ugh' face.

"He's my best man." Thomas shrugged. "He's not suppose to be here? We have all pack matters that need attention taken care of for now."

"The more help the better. What's in your hands?" I asked curiously.

"Oh. I didn't know anything about wedding planning so we went this morning, to town, and got every magazine issue about weddings we could find."

I looked around my office. This space was too small for all this stuff, plus Joel's huge wedding binder.

"Maybe we should move to the conference room." I suggested.

We all headed downstairs. Once we got inside and laid out all the things, I started to get anxious.

"How can we plan a wedding in 3 days? There's so much stuff."

"Maybe we can just plan a small one for now." Jenna suggested.

"Or maybe you can use reinforcements?" My mother appeared in the room.

"That would be nice." I said going to hug her. "What did you have in mind?"

"Girls!"

Suddenly, the room was packed. Persephone, Athena, Asteria, Rhea, and another lady was in the room.

"I'm sorry, I've never met you before." I said going to the lady, with my hand out to shake her hand.

After all this is over I'm getting Liam to teach me about all the gods, goddesses, and titans.

"No, we haven't met, but I'm sure you know who I am. My name is Aphrodite." She giggled.

"The Aphrodite?" Jenna choked out.

"The one and only Goddess of Love." She beamed with pride.

"Can I call Liam in here? She's one of his favorites." Thomas asked nervously.

Aphrodite nodded and Thomas mindlinked Liam.

"I told him his presence was needed, not why." He snickered.

There was a knock on the door and Liam opened it.

"I was in the kitchen getting some snacks, what up?" He said coming through the door, looking down at his goodies he got.

He looked up and his snacks hit the floor.

"Aph ... Aphro ..."

"Aphrodite. So nice to meet you Liam." She said going over to him.

I thought he was about to pass out. His eyes grew huge.

"I have a girlfriend. No ... wife. Yeah, I'm married." Liam was all tongue tied.

We couldn't help but laugh. Liam grabbed his snacks and ran out the door before she could get closer.

"Wow. I knew it was gonna be good, but not that good." James laughed out, smaking Thomas on the shoulder.

"Right." They both had tears in their eyes from laughing so hard.

"You boys are heartless." Joel said, wiping away his own tears.

"Shelby show us what you want and we will help." Mom said calming down from her laughter, poor Liam.

"I don't know." I said sadly. "That's the problem."

"Then let me help." Aphrodite said coming to me.

She took my hands.

"Close your eyes. Relax. Invision what you want your big day to be like."

Thomas cleared his throat in a 'it's my big day too' way. I rolled my eyes.

"Ok. Sorry. What you would like for you two to have on the big day. Better?" She chuckled.

Thomas nodded. I closed my eyes, without trying and projected my thoughts.

"That's so lovely." She said in amazement. "How did you do that?"

"It's one of her million talents." Jenna laughed.

"Do you think it's possible in 3 days?" I asked shyly.

"Yes. Just leave it to us." Aphrodite smiled sweetly. "Can you show the others?"

I nodded and walked over. I told them to touch me and projected my thoughts.

"It is my duty as a mother to do this. Bride's parent and all that."

"Wait. Can I see? I wanted to be a part of this too." Thomas said sadly.

I projected to him. He smiled brightly and agreed it was perfect.

"You invite the people and get the field ready. We will send you help on the big day to set everything up." My mother said. "Girls, let's get this wedding done."

They disappeared in a flash.

"Well, what do I do now?" Joel's face fell.

"Your job is most important, you get to invite everyone. You know all the important people in the packs. Help Thomas and James get the word out." I said. "Jenna and I are going to get the wedding party together."

"James is my best man, then Liam, then Daminix." Thomas said. "Joel and James, well go to Joel's and start figuring out who to invite."

They gave us kisses and left. I sighed.

"Well, let's rock and roll this." Jenna laughed.

Hermes all of a sudden appeared.

"What in the world?" I was surprised.

"Sorry. Your mother sent me. She said someone will be by tomorrow, around lunch time, to get your dress sizes. To have all your ladies in your wedding party here to be fitted. I'm so excited for you but jealous of these guys. Such beautiful women." He smiled, winked and was gone.

"Well, that was perfect timing. He's such a flirt." Jenna giggled.

"Shameless to a fault. I need to call Elizabetha. Maybe they can just come and stay for the next few days."

I called and they agreed to be here tonight. Elizabetha was excited that I chose her to be a bridesmaid. She has been an important part of my life for so long, literally a part of me. Daminix was set on walking be down the aisle, but agreed to be a groomsman.

"Well what now?" I asked.

"Maybe we do need Joel." Jenna giggled.

"I guess we should be prepared for lots of pop ups now."

"This is going to be fun. You need to think of a dress and dresses for us. That way everything is ready for tomorrow. We should probably inform Jackie."

"I'm not bothering her today. Since yesterday happened, she said it's a her and Liam day ... if you catch my drift."

"Why would you tell me that?" Jenna said gagging.

I just shrugged and laughed. I'll inform her in the morning.

"I guess we are done here till it gets dark. I'll mindlink Thomas to tell him they are coming and will be staying. We can go check the field and call to rent chairs. Oh! Caterers."

We got up to head out. We need to get an estimate of how many chairs to rent. I hope we have enough tables. We may need to rent them too. Thank goodness we have extra help.
