Chapter 62 Looks Like Ana
“Privately no, but in a public setting where Silvia will be present too. Since we are opening our company branch we should hold a party and invite investors, business partners, etc”
“And Fernando will see it as an opportunity to meet you and attend the ball?”
Ana nodded “But we have to indicate in the invitation that they attend with their partners which will make Silvia present. She is the one I want to meet, I need to see her and the shock on her face” Ana said.
Her plan is to be Silvia's worst nightmare. Fernando is yet to marry her after six years but yet she still holds on to the name of fiancee.
For some unknown reason she has not seen any recent pictures of Silvia on the internet in the past one year.
Maybe the fact that Fernando has not married her, made her depressed. But she will make sure to make her more depressed to the point of running mad.
“Okay, I will have my secretary plan for the ball and set a date. Meanwhile we have a meeting with some of the investors who are ready to invest in 2 days time. You should come to the office tomorrow, I have set up an office space for you and your new secretary will be resuming tomorrow”
Ana nodded
Her and Emiliano had set up a company a year after they moved to country A. Setting up a Tech company was not easy but they scaled through and the company was now worth millions. Ana had 50% ownership and that was the same for Emiliano.
She holds a lot because she was good at planning and marketing and is in charge of the legal aspect of their company called E&A tech.
She gives legal advice and deals with all their legal issues and also marketing while Emiliano deals with the innovation and part of the decision making about 60%.
After they were done planning on the way forward. They retired for the night.
Just as Ana had said. Fernando already did his investigation the moment she landed into the country. He was keeping an eye on Emiliano so when a report came of a woman that looks like Ana Lopez his heart skipped and he immediately did a background check.
“How can there be someone who looks exactly like Ana, with the same hair color and eye color?” Fernando said to himself as he went through her file.
She was called Ana Del Rio and the information shows that she had a daughter that is about to be six years old soon.
There was no other information about her family. It shows here that she was partly owner of a tech company called E&A tech that was set up five years ago.
“He had buried Ana but why is there someone that looks like her emerging all of a sudden. He knows it is possible for people to do surgery and look like another person but someone having the same first name and eye color was rare.
Fernando ran a hand in his hair in frustration.
He had left the house early just to get to the office and receive the full information of Ana Del Rio.
“This is not enough, find out more about her and her relations. I want photos!!"
Erik nodded “Right away sir. Erik rushed out and sighed the moment he left the office.
His boss has been depressed for the past 6 years since the tragedy that happened to Miss Ana and her family. He has been transferring aggression to every single person including directors and business partners.
His boss has not been himself since he lost Miss Ana and now that he saw someone that looks like her, who knows what’s going to happen next.
The last 6 years have been the worst years of his life. He comes to work feeling scared and leaves working feeling scared not knowing when he might lose his job.
If he had not seen Miss Ana’s dead body he too would have thought it was her.
This Ana Del Rio looks like Miss Ana and is a millionaire, she is more sophisticated. Who knows if she will replace the old Ana so his boss can just have a little happiness in his life because he is the saddest.
His boss has seen so many therapists in 6 years and his mental health remained the same. He was yet to move on from Ana. Even his fiancee could not bring him happiness.
Fernando walked around his office with a bottle of whiskey in his hand. His mind was filled with this woman that looks like Ana.
“If she was Emiliano’s business partner, doesn’t it mean it’s her? Fernando thought but then, she had a child. The Ana he remembers doesn’t have a child.
Fernando thought again, she is the same age as Ana, so maybe it’s her.
Fernando scattered his head in frustration. He would have concluded it was Ana if he had not seen her dead body and buried her himself.
“This is crazy, how is this even possible? How can two people have a lot in common!!” Fernando threw his glass with whiskey side to the wall.
Erik rushed back into the office when he had something break.
He looked at his boss and then at the shattered glass and back at his boss who seemed so frustrated.
Fernando picked his suit and put it on “I need to check something. shift my next meeting to an hour time”
“Yes boss” Erik said as he watched him leave the office hurriedly.
Erik sighed, he called the secretary to come clean up the mess.
He just hopes his boss was not going to go confront the woman that looks like Miss Ana.
