Chapter 16 Shopping Spree
“Good morning Paula”
“Good morning Anna”
“What’s going on?” Ana asked.
The boss asked us to escort you to the mall. He said since it’s a shopping spree you might be buying a lot.
“Oh I see” Ann was surprised.
Him gave her this card and now he was given her household staff to help her with the shopping? Wow.
“Is he still around?” She asked.
The time was 8am so Ann assumed he might still be around, maybe having breakfast
“No, he had to live for a very crucial meeting,” Paula said.
“Oh I see, thank you for coming with me. Let's go!!” Ana said happily.
Paula nodded with a smile and they left with one of the suvs in the underground garage
Ana did not know there was an underground garage until now. She had thought the cars she saw outside were the only cars here, but in the garage there were about 15 more cars and all were so clean like they wash the cars everyday. The suv they used was a latest version and was bullet prove with 8 seaters
“I did not know there were more cars down here”
“Well, this garage has been empty ever since the boss built this house for his fiancee. She lived alone here and only used about 3 cars but recently, since the boss moved in he brought more cars in” Paula said.
“Does this mean he wants to leave here permanently?” Ana asked.
“I do not know since he has his original residence”
“Is this the house he originally planned to leave with his fiancee when they get married? Ana found herself asking.
“I do not think so, since I have overheard them having a conversation a few times in the past talking about building their matrimonial home in a single estate. They had said it would be twice as large as this. Madam Silvia was excited about the house but unfortunately she had an accident. I do not know if the boss has started the construction of the house yet”
“I see,” Ana said. She thought about them building a house twice the size of the one she is living in. That will be a castle.
They arrived at the mall and Ana started her shopping spree. She went to the skincare place and shopped for the luxury brands of skin care she always dreamt of buying. She went to the clothes section and shopped for her parents. She shopped for herself and for her sister too. She went to the bag session and bought both luxury bags for herself and sister.
These were brands of bags she had dreamt of having. Ana shopped and shopped till four of them were not able to carry the bags anymore.
The chauffeur helped them place it in the car when they got tired of shopping. Ana remembered that she was yet to go shopping for jewelry.
She got to her dream jewelry brands and she shopped for their most beautiful pieces. From bracelets, necklaces, earrings, etc. And she made sure to buy for her family members.
Ana went to the watch section and bought four Aps watches. One for each of them in her family. She turned to look at Paula and the maids who had a shocked look on their faces.
They thought they were done shopping big yet this Miss took them for another round of shopping..
Ana smiled “let's go get lunch”
They sighed in relief.
It was 1am by the time they were done, meaning they had spent about 5 hours shopping.
Ana goes to a food spot in the large mall and orders for four of them. They were about to sit down to eat when she saw Stella who humiliated her the last time.
Stella was shocked when she saw Ana. She looked at Ana from head to toe, she was well dressed and was looking so different with a different hair color. She looked like a young lady from a rich family.
How could someone change so much in a short time?
She looked at her outfit from head to toe and saw that everything she wore was all luxury items. The bag, clothes, shoes and jewelry on her were luxury goods. She also saw her holding luxury shopping bags from well known jewelry brands including AP watch!! Stella's eyes balled out.
She closed her eyes and opened it in case it was a dream.
“How is this even possible!!” Stella said making her friends who were with her to wonder what was wrong with her and why she was staring at that young elegant lady like that
“Stella, are you okay?” One of her friends asked her.
“No I am not, you know that social clipper friend I told?”
“Yes” Her friend answered
“That’s her,” Stella pointed.
Her friends looked at Ana from head to toe in shock.
“No Stella that can’t be, maybe they just look alike” Her friend said.
No, I’m not mistaken, that’s her” Stella kept on pointing.
Ana, who was standing looking at Stella, turned away from her and walked to the table where the others were waiting.
Stella gritted her teeth, she is sure this is Ana. Her hair and eye color is different but this is Ana. She knows Ana very well, they were friends for years.
“I need to confirm it” Stella headed towards her and her friends followed behind to watch the drama.
Ana saw her coming but ignored her and kept on eating her food while enjoying her chat with Paula and the others.
Stella stood in front of her in anger.
“Ana?” She called but Ana ignored her.
“Ana?” She called again but was ignored.
Getting angry and impatient she raised Ana's chin up roughly and glared at her “You dare ignore me!! I know it’s you so stop pretending!!”
Ana smiled at her “Miss, are you okay?” Stella was stunned.
“Do you know Miss?” Paula asked
“I do not know her, I’m surprised she is screaming and mistaking me for someone else”
Stella gritted her teeth “It’s you, it’s your voice and mannerism!! I know you very well, you social climber!! You might look different and sophisticated which is shocking but I know it’s you!! So stop pretending”
Everyone around turned and were watching the display.
“Look around you young lady, you are embarrassing yourself right now, people are watching. I think you have a mental problem, why not see a psychiatrist, I’m sure you can afford one from the way you are dressed” Ana looked at her from head to toe.
Stella's face turned red “Are you calling me crazy!!” She raised her hand to hit her but Ana stood up and held her hand then glared at her.
“Don’t even think about it, or I will make you regret your actions young lady”
Ana moves her face close to her ear and whispers “I might just pour this food on the table on you just like you poured me water so we can call it even. And I might do worst by given you two thirty slaps after”
Ana moved her face away from her ear and the look on Stella's face made her so happy and pleased. She has been dying to see such a look on Cynthia's face ever since that day. It seems today was the day for her to have her revenge, and she will use her chance very well.
