“I am sorry, I can’t take you home at this moment as your life is more important,” the second prince said with a painful smile after hanging up the call.
“It's okay,” Rhiannon said with a reassuring smile.
“They shouldn’t come here,” Rhiannon said after some time thinking of the words he heard Prince Ernest say.
“What do you mean? They want to come here thus I don’t think there will be no issue with them coming here if we can’t go,” he said asking Rhiannon to shake her head in disagreement.
“No! That’s where you are wrong. Now that that man has failed to capture me, he might use them to lure me out. After all, now we are going on hidden. What do you think will happen if people get the news that the other three princes are coming to country C?” Rhiannon asked making the second prince remain silent.
“So what should we do?” he asked as he felt there was something Rhiannon wasn’t telling him but there was no way he was going to force her to say if she didn’t want to tell him.
“We will just work hard to strength ourselves faster than had planned,” Rhiannon said as she massaged her temple feeling disturbed by the fact that the battle looked more mightier than it seemed.
However, she knew that since the siblings who were in that organization were working together to get out of there, things would be easier if they caused a disagreement and a fight between the people in there. However, although that sounded like a good plan, she didn’t want to risk those two lives. And also, there were things that they could start doing and their leader would be suspicious of them limiting their freedom a little bit and she didn’t want that.
What she felt was right was if she could get in touch with one of them so that they could plan together as one planning on doing something this certain date and her also doing can cause that organization not to be wiped clean as she wanted.
“I am sorry. Now, I think we will have to stay at that hotel for a while. I think that going to stay with your in-laws isn’t safe either, right?” The second prince said as he looked at his little sister who had fallen silent as he could guess she was thinking seriously about something.
Just as he had thought that the latter, didn’t hear him and was about to return his question, Rhiannon looked at him and said, “Yeah. I have to protect them. I don’t want innocent people fighting my battle. I want them to be safe and wait for the day that I will be no longer under any threat and I can go back.”
The second prince nodded his head understanding what she was saying.
“Also, we can’t stay at that hotel. Now that we have failed to go to the airport, I think that they will send people to that hotel to look for us. It's quite evident as I think that the enemy doesn’t think we know what he was planning. Therefore, the first place they are likely to look for us at is the hotel then at the Rodrigues mansion,” Rhiannon explained and the prince nodded his head.
“Well, now that you have said that, I think that it isn’t convenient for us to also stay at our family’s hotel as they might think we are living there, right?” the second prince although he knew the answer.
“Yes. Those people are stronger than you think. If they weren’t, I would have already gotten rid of them,” Rhiannon said as she massaged her forehead feeling frustrated as there was no way she was not going to participate in those competitions with her current appearance as they now knew who she was and they will immediately take action to capture her as soon as she stood and showed her face to the world.
“We can’t stay at the hotel either if that is the case. After all, if they are powerful and have connections, I am sure that they might look at each hotel and try to find us. Also, the fact that the best hotels belong to either your family or your in-laws doesn’t help as I think your maternal family will also be suspected,” the second prince said causing Rhiannon to frown as anxiety took over her.
She knew that the two old people aren’t capable to protect themselves like the way the Rodrigues would if they were, there was no way they would have taken care of a spy thinking that she was just an orphan who looked kike their daughter.
“Call and tell them that they should go and take my grandparents immediately,” Rhiannon said as he looked at Clare it seemed that Clare was her secretary sent by those old people in the organization.
“Rhiannon, why don’t we go home now?” Mary asked with a smile making Rhiannon confused for a moment as she couldn’t understand what the latter was trying to say when she said going home.
She lifted her head averted her gaze from Clare and looked at her nanny.
“What do you mean when you say go home? We haven’t bought a place we can live yet you are saying home?” Rhiannon asked with a frown.
“Have you forgotten that you have your palace?” Mary asked stunning Rhiannon as she remembered that the headquarters of the organization was in the capital city.
Now that she had been reminded, he thought that that was a good idea since they were facing there and no one would suspect her.
Also, he was so sure that those who took the news of her being in the city and that he was Celestine's daughter together with the royal king, must have left even before a war took place as it was impossible for them to walk away after the fight started.
Therefore, she was sure that they didn’t suspect her nanny having any connection with the Dragons. She sighed in relief as he felt that that was the best thing.
“Okay. Let’s go to the organization and live there for a while as we make ourselves stronger to get rid of them. Also, nanny, I have some questions to ask you when we arrive,” Rhiannon said her face seeming not as tired as it was initially after hearing what was happening from her brother.
