Anabelle asked in disbelief as she had ordered their clothes according to the theme color of the party,
"Yeah. I thought that as mom's children, we should wear something matching but you shouldn’t think that they look like mom’s and dad’s outfits,” Rhiannon said with a smile as they walked out of the room and closed the door.
“Then why didn’t you tell me?” Anabelle asked.
“there is no need to tell you as am not the one who designed the clothes,” Rhiannon said as she felt Anabelle’s joy was unnecessary since she understood that the latter was happy thinking that she was the one who had designed the clothes.
“Huh? Then who?” Annabelle asked as she didn’t believe that Rhiannon also wasn’t wearing her designs.
“One of my designing companies,” Rhiannon said making Anabelle understand.
“Bancy?” she asked when she remembered Octavius' words.
“Naah,” Rhiannon replied with a smile on her face.
“Stop asking a lot of questions and let’s go for them as we don’t have time on our side” Rhiannon added as she didn’t want the latter to ask her a lot of questions.
“And whose fault is it?” Anabelle asked her as she raised her eyebrows making Rhiannon give her a guilty look which amused Anabelle.
Rhiannon had already started helping the designing companies to move to another level thus she was confident with the clothes that they would be wearing today as she had a hand in designing them.
After they arrived at the stylist's room, she picked the suits as she knew that they could get ready in the room instead of waiting for them to finish their make-up.
“Young miss, these are the clothes mom told me to bring,” a young lady said with her head bowed as she didn’t dare to look their owner straight in her eyes.
Rhiannon shook her head as she saw her actions.
“Rise your head love. No need to lower your head to anyone,” Rhiannon said making the lady raise her head.
Rhiannon immediately could tell that she was Ruby’s age.
“Ruby’s age?” she still asked making the girl nod her head.
“Well, I have high expectations from you just as I have in her and when we are with her, she never lowers her head afraid to look at my eyes,” Rhiannon said.
“But mother and the…”
“Don’t mind what they tell you. Look around and you will see some of your peers whom you know here. They look at me, greet me with a smile, and aren’t afraid of me. I don’t eat people you know,” Rhiannon said with a chuckle.
“Okay,” the girl said as she had seen how the others were talking to Rhiannon and she had been jealous of them for a long time.
“Perfect,” Rhiannon said.
All these while, Anabelle was looking at the two of them and felt that the girl seemed familiar but couldn’t remember where she had seen her.
“Are the suits perfect?” Rhiannon asked after sorting out the issue.
“they were made perfect according to the measurements and the preferences you sent,” the girl said making Rhiannon nod her head.
“Are there male stylists who can help them wear the suits?” she asked.
“yes. I came with my stylists,” the girl said.
“Good. Let them follow me. After that, please be preparing my gown and my sister-in-law's as we will be back so soon,” Rhiannon said before turning around to leave.
“Okay young miss,” the girl said.
“Why do they call you you g miss instead of madam?” Anabelle asked as she looked at Rhiannon.
She had heard and seen how respectful the servants were to Rhiannon and their way of address and was curious.
“Most of them work in the companies mom left. I don’t trust anyone and brought my teams in here. They call me Young Miss as it is my mother’s legacy. She was the madam and am the young miss,” Rhiannon explained.
“But she is gone. Shouldn’t they address you differently?” Anabelle asked making Rhiannon shake her head.
“Naah. I am not ready to replace my mother’s place in their hearts or even take the way they used to address her. I am perfectly fine with the way they address me as they make me feel as if am at home,” Rhiannon said while Anabelle understood and didn’t ask any other question.
“They took the suits to their respective rooms then Rhiannon walked to her wardrobe when she entered her room with Octavius.
Although she knew it was risky to wear the necklace ring, she didn’t dare leave it behind afraid that something might happen to her and that without it, she would lose her life.
She took it off and started designing it by joining it with the Sanders family heirloom making it not able to attract a lot of attention.
After that, she took the bracelets and anklets left by her father to her mother, cut her finger, and let the blood fall on them making them shine brightly before changing the color to what she wanted them to.
What she didn’t know was that when she did that, her father felt it and became anxious and at the same time, some wordings became evident in those jewels but since she was in a haste, she didn’t look at them so much thus she didn’t see the small changes.
She took them and carried them out as she was going to get ready in the stylist's room after changing her mind about them getting ready in her room as she felt they would be wasting a lot of time.
She was also needed when Amanda started wearing the gown as she was the designer and should help her wear it fully well and make it look perfect. She wanted to first prepare herself before going there.
“Rhiannon, I think that I might start getting my gowns from your company inside of my cousin,” Anabelle said after two hours of getting ready as she looked at herself in front of the mirror.
