S2- I Will Kill You Myself

S2- I Will Kill You Myself
"Ah...!"

Senna suddenly felt her body lifted off the ground. Terrified, she squeezed her eyes shut and let out a piercing scream. If he threw her, the pain would be unbearable.

Magnus's expression darkened, his voice sharp as he barked, "Stop!" He swiftly maneuvered his wheelchair forward, forcefully snatching Senna from the man's grip and shielding her in his arms.

"Sir, she hit you," the bodyguard said sternly.

"I don't mind being hit by her. Get lost."

Magnus held the still-shaken Senna tightly. His piercing gaze swept over the bodyguard like a blade, his presence as chilling as ice.

"Stay out of this. Move aside," Edric quickly stepped in, dragging the bodyguard away. Couldn't he see that the young master was protecting Miss Thorne with his life? How dare he try to throw her? Did he have a death wish?

The bodyguard was dumbfounded. He was only responsible for protecting the young master-nothing more, nothing less.

A distinct red handprint marred Magnus's chiseled face.

Senna froze for a moment.

He really had changed.

Three years ago, he had personally sent her to prison. When she had begged him for mercy, he had cast her aside like trash, utterly indifferent. When she had lashed out in fury, trying to slap him, he had nearly broken her wrist.

And now, he said he was happy to be hit by her.

Senna dug her nails into her thigh, the sharp pain keeping her mind clear.

"Magnus, what new game are you playing? Are you tired of tormenting me and looking for something fresh?"

Magnus's sharp, hawk-like eyes glinted with danger. "You're right. I do want to play a different kind of game with you. Edric, prepare the car. We're going back to Rosewood Manor."

"Yes, Sir" Edric responded swiftly and left.

Senna's heart turned ice-cold. "I don't want to go to your house. Let me go! Magnus, you bastard-"

"That's not my house. It's our house."

Magnus tightened his hold on her, his domineering nature unchanged.

Senna glared at him with pure venom. "You know I came back for revenge. Are you keeping me close to give me the chance to kill you-to make you pay for my brother's life?"

"If you want to kill me, then let's see if you have the ability."

Magnus held her with an unshakable grip, a dangerous smirk playing on his strikingly handsome face.

Furious, Senna growled, "I won't disappoint you. I will kill you."

Magnus said nothing more.

The car ride was silent. Senna struggled countless times, but in the end, she only exhausted herself.

When they arrived at Rosewood Manor, she noticed the guards at the entrance had been replaced.

Magnus was a ruthless man. He never kept useless people by his side.

Magnus carried Senna straight into the bedroom.

Everything was exactly as she remembered-unchanged from three years ago.

That night came rushing back to her.

The night she had humbled herself, begging him to take care of Tobias. He had taken her body and soul, only to break his promise in the end.

The overwhelming hatred and humiliation made her clench her teeth so hard it hurt.

Her eyes burned red as she glared at him and roared, "Magnus Voss, I hate you!"

This hatred ran deeper than the sky, thicker than the earth.

Magnus grasped her chin firmly, his gaze locked onto the fierce hatred in her eyes. His heart twisted with pain.

With a flick of his wrist, he pulled out a silk scarf and blindfolded her.

His voice was low and husky.

"Let a new life bring us hope."

Three years ago, he had crushed their last hope with his own hands. What right did he have now to pray for hope?

"Magnus, you bastard! Let me go!" He was clearly a cripple with useless legs-how could he still be this strong? She struggled violently, but she couldn't move him an inch.

"I will never let go." He had let go once before and almost lost his own life because of it. This time, no matter what, he wouldn't make the same mistake.

Senna raised her fists and pounded his chest with all her strength, screaming with raw agony, "Don't even dream of me giving birth to your child! I'm telling you-I won't! Never!"

"You don't want to? Then I will make you. In this lifetime, you will only bear my child." It was the only way he could think of to mend the rift between them.

As long as he could keep her by his side, keep her alive, he didn't care if she hated him to the bone.

"I don't want to-ah!"

How could he be so cruel? Three years ago, she had carried his child, and he had destroyed it with his own hands. The agonizing memories were still fresh in her mind. How could he say such things so easily? What about the poor child he had taken from her?

Amid the clash of despair and grief, the air in the bedroom grew thick with the scent of blood.

Back at the Voss estate, the wound on Magnus's hand had already reopened. Bright red blood seeped through the bandages and dripped onto the sheets, blooming like crimson plum blossoms on snow-striking, haunting.

The pain cut deep into his bones, but he never stopped. Not until the storm raged and finally subsided.

When she was finally free, Senna ripped off the blindfold and saw the shocking stains of blood. A sharp pang seized her heart, as if something had stung her.

Magnus had already returned to his wheelchair, fastening the last button on his shirt. Looking at her, his deep voice was steady and resolute. "Before you kill me, I will do everything in my power to help you reclaim what is rightfully yours."

Senna bit her lip, then suddenly grabbed a pillow and hurled it at him, her voice trembling with fury. "Who the hell wants your damn charity? Get out! I don't want to see you!"

"It doesn't matter if you don't want me. I want you-that's enough." Magnus caught the pillow and gently placed it back on the bed. Then, without another word, he maneuvered his wheelchair and left the room.

"Magnus, one day, I will kill you with my own hands-to avenge my brother!" Senna's eyes burned red as she glared at his retreating figure, her voice raw with hatred.

At the doorway, Magnus's wheelchair came to a halt. He sat in silence, listening to the fury and anguish behind him. It was like a thousand arrows piercing through his chest-excruciating.

Edric stepped forward, looking at his master's tormented expression. With a sigh, he asked, "Sir, why don't you just tell her the truth?"

"It's not the right time yet." Magnus's sharp gaze locked onto him. "Until I say so, you are not to reveal a single word to her. Do you understand?"

"I understand." Edric glanced at the blood-soaked bandages on his master's hand before silently stepping behind the wheelchair to push him toward the study to tend to his wounds.

When the house finally fell into silence, Senna climbed out of bed, grabbed the sharp dagger from the cabinet, and stared at her own battered reflection in the blade. Her grip tightened as she seethed through clenched teeth, "Magnus, I will kill you myself."
