Chapter 64

"You don't know how much pain you gave me before," Riana said, emotionally.

"I know. I know it's not easy for you to forget it,"he responded.

"Please I'm begging you to give me a chance,"Alpha Killian begged him.

"It's forbidden,"Riana said weakly.

Riana and Alpha Killian were former mates and it was forbidden for them to be together. They had secretly been in love for years, and although they wanted to be together, they both knew it was impossible.

"I don't care anymore.Just let's keep it a secret,"Alpha Killian said firmly.

"I'm afraid. I'm always scared,"she said emphatically. 

One day, Riana found out that Alpha Killian had made a deal with another pack that involved betraying her. Devastated by this news, Riana confronted Alpha Killian about what he had done.

Alpha Killian was apologetic and begged Riana to give him another chance, but she refused.

Alpha Killian reminded Riana of the fact that he had already chosen a Luna, Zillah, and that Riana was his brother's mate. But Riana was still too hurt and angry to listen to him.

"I hate you! I hate you for making me feel like this!"she cried.

She cried angrily and Alpha Killian tried to console her. He promised her that he would never betray her again and begged her to forgive him.

Eventually, Riana was able to forgive Alpha Killian for what he had done. They both knew that their relationship was still forbidden, but they were determined to make it work. Alpha Killian vowed to do whatever it took to prove to Riana that she could trust him.

"Please…Please let me love you,"Alpha Killian said emotionally.

Riana and Alpha Killian's love for each other was strong enough to overcome the obstacles that stood in their way. They both knew that no matter what, they would never let anyone come between them.

"I love you…"Alpha Killian said.

"I Love you more,"she replied.

Alpha Killian and Riana had been meeting in secret for some time. Riana was committed to Alpha Diego, but she couldn't help but be drawn to Killian. She felt an undeniable pull towards him, a spark that seemed to ignite every time they were together.

Riana knew that she should not be seeing Killian, but she couldn't help herself. She had been suppressing her feelings for him for so long, and she was tired of pretending that she didn't care.

The two of them would meet in a cave, away from the scrutiny of others. They would talk, laugh, and share stories, enjoying each other's company. Riana found solace in Killian's presence, and she knew that he felt the same way.

"You miss this? Hehe!"she laughed.

She was so surprised to see him here, back from where he had gone. She had no idea what was going on, and why he had returned so suddenly.

Diego had left the castle a few weeks ago, without any explanation or warning. Riana was devastated when he had gone, and had spent every day since then wishing he would return. Little did she know that her wish was about to come true.

"Ohhhhh shit!"

She heard a knock at the door one morning, and when she opened it, she couldn't believe her eyes. There stood Diego, looking more handsome than ever. He smiled at her and pulled her into a tight hug.

"Diego?"she stammered.

"Riana,My love,"Alpha Diego smiled at her.

"Are you not happy to see me?"Alpha Diego asked her.

Riana was filled with a mix of emotions. She was happy to see him, but also scared by his sudden return. She couldn't understand why he had come back, and her fear was slowly turning into anger.

Diego just held her and gently stroked her hair, trying to comfort her. He then explained that he had missed her and wanted to come back to be with her.

"How is your revenge against him?"Alpha Diego asked her.

"Ahhhh..It's okay,"she replied,stammering.

Riana was overwhelmed with joy. She was so relieved to hear his explanation and couldn't believe how lucky she was to have him back in her life. She hugged him tighter and thanked her lucky stars that he had returned.

"I miss you. Can you tell me what happened?"Alpha Killian asked.

"Ahm, Let's have dinner first. Are you hungry now?"she asked him.

"Ah yes. I think you are right. Let's eat," Alpha Diego smiled. 

She try to hide her jealousy by cracking jokes and laughing loudly. Zillah, the quiet one, noticed Riana's discomfort but didn't say anything.

The four of them had been friends for a long time, but something changed between them recently. Alpha Killian had been secretly crushing on Riana, but she only had eyes for Alpha Diego. They were having dinner together, and the tension in the air was palpable.

Alpha Killian tried to keep her composure as she watched Alpha Diego be so sweet to Riana. She felt her heart sink with envy and jealousy, but she tried to mask her feelings by making jokes and laughing louder than normal. Zillah, the quiet one, noticed Riana's discomfort, but remained silent.

Alpha Killian wanted to reach out to Riana, but she was afraid of being rejected. She knew that she could never compete with Alpha Diego's charms. She decided to remain silent and keep her pain to herself.

The dinner ended with an awkward goodbye. Alpha Killian knew that things would never be the same between them. She had to accept the fact that Riana's heart belonged to someone else.
