Chapter 109
Chapter 109
The room was quiet, except for Kael's hissing as his wound got cleaned and covered.
He stared up at the doctor's face in front of him and smiled.
"You look worried," Kael murmured.
Corvin furrowed his brows, "If you were more careful maybe I wouldn't be worried." He said, concentrating on his task.
Kael didn't respond again, he simply stared at Corvin's blue eyes which reminded him so much of Rhys, who was by the way not available as usual.
"You wish he cared, too, right?" Kael asked softly.
Corvin paused, sighing, "Did you have to, Kael? Now I feel like I've been wasting my time caring for you." He packed his plasters and cotton wool into his first aid box and looked into Kael's eyes, "You're all good." He said and tried to step away from between Kael.
"Hold on, Doc," Kael reached out and grabbed Corvin's wrist, standing from the bed.
"It's late, Kael. We should probably sleep," Cirvin sighed.
Kael stepped forward and stood in front of Corvin, releasing his hand, "Corvin, I'm sorry if by mentioning Rhys I made you feel... less. You're not. Hell, I want you both with the same intensity, I just thought we were in this together and I could freely discuss our desires. I never meant to hurt your feelings. Alright, Doc?" He asked softly, cupping Corvin's face.
Corvin sighed, "Alright, Sergeant, I understand." He replied and slid out of Kael's hand to drop the first aid on the table.
"Alright," Kael murmured and walked over to his bag by the corner of the room.
He pulled off his shirt and pants, wearing only his briefs. He turned to Corvin, who was arranging things in his first aid box, slowly walking toward him.
He stood behind Corvin and peeked over his shoulder to see what he was doing.
A smirk firmed on Kael's lips when he saw the things Corvin was arranging.
"Lubes?" Kael murmured against Corvin's neck, startling him.
"Yeah, don't be surprised. It's for your horny brother and his hirny boyfriend," Corving replied, snapping shut the first aid box.
Kael hummed, "So you noticed? Who would have thought, right?" He whispered, sniffing Corvin's hair.
Corvin tolled his eyes, "Stop sniffing me like a dog –"
"A horny dog precisely, Doc. Your scent is fucking sexy," Kael said, breathless as he felt himself strain against his briefs.
Corvin inhaled shakily, "You were going to shower, right?" He slid away from Kael.
"I'll shower in the other bathroom," He patted Kael's shoulder and left.
"You do that, Doc., you do that," He smirked and headed into the bathroom.
As they left the room, Rhys walked into the empty room and a frown formed on his face when he saw no one in the room.
He was about to go search for them when he heard the sound of splashing water from the adjacent bathrooms.
He sighed in relief, staring at both doors for a while.
He didn't know who was in which, but it didn't matter, they would eventually come out to meet him.
He changed discarded his clothes and almost thought of going to bed naked but they might think he just wanted to fuck.
Yes, he did, but he needed to talk first, to make them understand that it was more than the sexual attraction between them.
He pulled a fresh, loose, grey pants and climbed on the bed. He was glad that they were only provided with one large bed. It would have been difficult to settle things if they had separate beds.
He rested on the headboard and closed his eyes for a while, listening to their sounds from the bathroom.
After a while, he heard a door open and immediately opened his eyes, locking eyes with Kael, who was completely naked and unbuttered.
But Rhys was bothered, he forced his eyes to stay up so he wouldn't gawk at Kael.
"Hi, Lieutenant. Ready for bed?" Kael questioned, sauntering over his bag to search for a cloth.
"Yeah... I was just about to sleep," He glanced and saw Kael bending over his bag as he rummaged through it, his ass on full display.
Just then, Corvin walked out with a towel around his waist, "What the fuck, Kael. Can you put a pant on?" He stared for a while and looked away, heading over to pull his own pants from his bag, shrugging into them as he kept glancing at Kael's exposed behind.
Kael found the pants he was searching for, but he changed his mind and put them back into the bag, "I think I'll just sleep naked. Does it bother anyone?" He questioned, slowly dragging his eyes from Corvin to Rhys.
"No... of course not," Rhys cleared his throat, looking down at the pillow he placed between his legs.
"Sleep however you want," Corvin said and walked over to sit by the side of the bed.
He would half to asleep in the middle but Rhys was already sitting there like he owned the bed and he was not ready to make a conversation.
"Alright, banes. I'll just take my place right here, excuse me, yep, ahh," he sighed and he fixed his naked self between them, displacing Rhys from his position.
He sighed and as he lowered himself on the pillow behind him, closed his eyes.
The two men were left speechless as they stared at the naked temptation between them. Slowly, their eyes raked Kael's body, pausing at his semi-hard cock and then they locked eyes with each other, the atmosphere getting hotter and hotter.
"Gosh, I have my eyes closed but I could swear you two are eye-fuxking each other over my naked body... so bloody hot," Kael murmured, his hand slowly sliding over his chest and abs.
He knew they were transfixed, he teased them but almost touching his cock, deliberately avoiding it to slid his hand back to his chest, pinching his nipple and biting hard on his lower lip.
Corvin was starting to pant, looking all worked up as he watched he'd Kael's dirty hand play.
"Before I sleep, I wanted to talk to you both," Rhys spoke, blinking away from Kael and staring at Corvin's face.
It didn't help either. Corving was busy staring at Kael as he rolled his nipple between his fingers, sweat forming on his forehead.
Rhys sighed and held Kael's hand over his chest, breaking Corvin from his spell.
"Kael, I really want to talk, please," Rhys whispered.
Kael sighed and sat up, "Fine, make it fast. I need to get back to what I was doing." He smirked, leaning beside Rhys on the headboard.
"Thank you," Rhys said, glancing at Corvin, who reluctantly leaned back, too.
"Hurry up, Lieutenant. We need to sleep," Corvin stated.
Rhys nodded, gritting his teeth.
"You two are not happy with me –"
"Touché," Kael nodded.
"You're uncaring, you're cold, unbuttered, and you don't want us," Corvin pointed between himself and Kael.
Kael nodded in support, "Don't get him wrong, Rhys. We know the sexual tension is high as Axton's Faction's wall, but, we want more, Rhys... we want you to care for us just as much as we care for you. We want you to want us, Rhys, want us emotionally." He said, biting the side of his lip.
Rhys's eyes flickered, a flash of something like guilt crossing his face before it vanished again, "I'm not good with words, Corvin, Kael. Never have been." He pressed himself closer to Kael, their bodies nearly flush, the heat between them unbearable. "But I'm here now. I'm asking you both to see me. See me as a man who's trying to understand, to accommodate, to be there when you need him. I want to be more, but I can't do it without help from you two." His hand ran down Kael's arm in a ghostly manner, teasing not touching.
Kael shivered, turning to look at Corvin, his eyes pleading. He wanted them to skip this talking stage and get to the real action.
Corvin's resolve wavered, his eyes falling on Rhys's blue eyes, and his heart hammered like a bird in a cage. The temptation to give in clawing at him. He wanted this—wanted Rhys, wanted the fire that came with him—but the sting was still there, holding him back.
"And what happens after?" Corvin asked, his voice barely above a whisper. "You get what you want, and then what? You walk away again?"
Rhys's expression softened, just enough to crack the wall between them. "I'm not walking away," he said, his voice low but firm. "Not from you. Not from Kael. I just... I needed time to figure this out." He reached over Kael's body and held Corvin's hand, his thumb brushing against his wrist, a small, grounding touch that sent a jolt through Corvin. "I'm not good at this, Doc. But I'm trying."
Corvin swallowed hard, his eyes searching Rhys's for any hint of a lie. He saw none—just raw need, and something deeper, something that looked like fear.
Fear of losing this, losing them. It was enough to make Corvin's defenses crumble, just a little. "We'll be the judge of that, Rhys..." he trailed off, his word dying in his throat as Kael started moaning softly between them, his breath coming hard and shallow.
They shared a knowing look before they lowered their eyes to Kael's hand that was now very slowly stroking himself.
Kael bit his lip and moaned, "I'm sorry, I couldn't wait till the end of the talk... You teonare so fuxking hot when interacting, I couldn't help, it was starting to ache... ahh..." He threw his head against the headboard and sighed, stroking steadily.
"Well, Lieutenant?" Corvin purred, giving Rhys a lazy look, "What are you going to do about him?" He whispered, his hand sliding into his own pants to free his hard length, gasping as he wrapped his hand around himself, "What are you going to do about us?" Corvin asked and suddenly grabbed Kael's jaw and turned his face around, slamming his lips on Kael's in a rough, hot kiss.
