Shattered Illusions
Lila’s heart raced, her breath hitching as she realized her mistake, her tongue freezing, her mind spinning, her pulse pounding. She had said too much... she had revealed too much... she had lost control.
But she couldn’t back down now. She couldn’t let him see her weakness. She couldn’t let him see her fear.
So she straightened her back, her chin lifting, her eyes narrowing as she took a step closer, her voice firm, strong, commanding. “I did it for us... for our future... for our pack.”
His body trembled, his fists tightening, his jaw clenching as he took a step back, his eyes cold, his voice flat. “You did it for yourself... for your ambition... for your power.”
Her heart skipped a beat, her chest tightening as his words cut through her, sharp and cold, cruel and true.
But she wouldn’t let him see her pain. She wouldn’t let him see her regret. She wouldn’t let him see her weakness.
So she smiled, her eyes darkening, her voice icy. “And I’ll do it again... if it means keeping you by my side... if it means protecting my throne... if it means keeping that maid away from you.”
His eyes darkened, his face hardening, his aura flaring with anger, with power, with hatred. “You will stay away from her... do you understand?”
She laughed, cold and sharp, her head tilting, her eyes gleaming with malice. “Why? Are you worried she’ll bear your heir? Are you worried she’ll take my place?”
His body went rigid, his eyes narrowing, his aura growing darker, more dangerous, more powerful. “I won’t tell you again, Lila. Leave her alone.”
But Lila’s smile widened, her heart pounding, her mind spinning. She knew his weakness... she knew his fear... she knew how to destroy him.
And she would....

The Battle Within
Ella stood in the center of the training grounds, her chest heaving, her muscles aching, her breath fogging the cold morning air.
The warriors surrounded her, their eyes gleaming, their bodies tense, their auras flaring with power, with strength, with confidence.
She was outmatched... outnumbered... outclassed.
But she wasn’t going to back down.
She tightened her grip on the wooden staff, her fingers trembling, her heart pounding, her eyes narrowing as she watched them, as she calculated their movements, as she planned her next attack.
They were faster... stronger... more experienced. But she was more determined... more desperate... more driven.
She needed to win.
She needed to grow stronger.
She needed to survive.
Damian watched from the edge of the clearing, his arms crossed, his eyes sharp, his expression cold as he studied her, as he judged her, as he weighed her worth.
His pack needed strength... loyalty... power. And he needed to know if she was worthy of his protection... of his trust... of his heart.
Ella took a deep breath, her body trembling, her mind spinning as she launched herself forward, her staff swinging, her movements wild, reckless, desperate.
The warriors reacted, their bodies flowing, their attacks coordinated, precise, powerful. But she was faster... more agile... more relentless.
She dodged their strikes, countered their attacks, blocked their blows. She fought with everything she had, with everything she was, with everything she wanted to become.
Her wolf growled within her, fierce, powerful, strong. Fight... survive... conquer.
She moved with purpose, with grace, with fury. She was no longer weak... she was no longer fragile... she was no longer afraid.
She was a warrior.
And she would not be defeated....

The Price of Jealousy
The night was cold, dark, silent. Shadows danced along the stone walls of the maid’s quarters, the dim moonlight casting an eerie glow over the narrow hallway.
Lila moved swiftly, her footsteps light, her movements graceful as she glided through the darkness, her body wrapped in a black cloak, her face hidden beneath a hood.
Her heart pounded, her eyes burning, her jaw clenched as she approached the door, her fingers curling around the cold handle.
That maid... that worthless girl...
Her chest tightened, her fury boiling, her hatred growing as she remembered the soft moans, the whispered name, the broken look in Kaden’s eyes.
“Ella...”
He was still thinking about her... he was still longing for her... he was still haunted by her.
And this maid... this pathetic substitute... was her ghost.
Lila’s lips curled into a cruel smile, her eyes gleaming with malice as she pushed the door open, her body slipping inside, her aura flaring with power, with rage, with death.
The maid was asleep, her body curled beneath the thin blanket, her face soft, peaceful, innocent.
Lila’s heart twisted, her fingers trembling, her chest tightening as she watched her, as she fought against the jealousy, the anger, the pain.
She looks like her... she looks just like her...
Her hand moved, swift and silent, the dagger gleaming beneath the moonlight as she plunged it into the maid’s chest, her face blank, her eyes cold, her heart empty.
The maid’s eyes flew open, her mouth opening in a silent scream, her body convulsing, her blood spilling over the white sheets, staining them crimson.
Lila watched her, her body still, her mind calm, her heart numb as the life drained from her eyes, as her body went limp, as her blood soaked the mattress.
She wiped the blade on the sheets, her lips curling into a satisfied smile, her shoulders relaxing as the tension faded, as the jealousy vanished, as the ghost was finally gone.
No one will ever replace me...

Shattered Illusions
Kaden stood in the dim corridor, his heart pounding, his breath shallow, his eyes wide as he stared at the lifeless body on the bed, his chest tightening, his stomach churning.
Dead... she’s dead...
His legs trembled, his body swaying, his mind spinning as he took a step back, his head shaking, his hands curling into fists.
“No... no... this... this isn’t happening... this can’t be real...”
But it was real. The blood was real. The wound was real. Her death was real.
His heart shattered, his eyes burning, his throat tightening as he stumbled back, his body trembling, his soul breaking.
"Another innocent life... lost because of me..."
