121. Feeling defeated.

"What!" Adam yelled in pure rage. His bodyguard flinched and gulped nervously. They knew this man was psycho. They didn't fear him but his craziness. And what he next was not less than his craziness. Removing his gun he shots the one who got the news of Maria's kidnapping. The bang was loud enough to scare all the bodyguards.

"I wouldn't tolerate any shits. I want her safe and sound. Get the car ready" Adam annouce making his men run to get the order fulfilled. Adam rubbed his head with pure frustration. As he roams left and right. He was in pure rage.

Smashing everything from his large wooden table on the floor. He held his head in his hands. "I want revenge!" He growled angrily. "For what? For being a psychopath? Or for betraying the one who gave you shelter when you had no roof above your head!" Aaron says in his dominating voice making Adam's eyes widened at his arrival. Does a dead person can back alive?

"Adam you are a fool, don't waste your feelings, energy and time for the one who treats you like an option" Aaron says as he enteres the study.

"I don't want to know your thoughts, neither your advise. I just don't need anyone. Just my mom and Maria, that's all" Adam says seething in anger.

"And you think your soo called mother will agree to this?" Aaron asked raising his one eyebrow.

Adam stared at his face, meanwhile a shrill sound of his phone buzzed around the room. "Hello, mom?" Adam was quick enough to get the call and answer. He was not interested in anything else than his mother. Aaron was not surprised to see him melting in just one second for his mother.

"Adam, do you want your mom to be with you?" She asked in a stern voice. "Yes. Mom that's all what I have been dreaming since my childhood" Adam says being emotionally blackmailed. When it would come to his mom. He would think blindly. "I would anything to be with you mom,just command me once. Once mom" Adam says requesting tone like a child who wants his favourite candy and is a mama's boy. "I know son, tell them they can keep Maria" she says smirking on the other side with her lover who gave salute to her. She smiled and blushed. Hearing her words Adam frowned. He thought his mother would try, atleast try ones to save Maria. She was his love. His first love.

"mom, how can you say this? does not my happiness matters to you?" he asked making her chuckle. " there are alot of girl around the world, honey. I will get the best girl for you" she says sounding reasonable and ended up the call. Aaron was witnessing his one of the trusted man getting heartbroken at his mother's word. He stood up, tapping his shoulder he gave some consolidance to him. To which he sighed and stared at the phone with hurtful gaze. "you have your own time, Adam. Think wisely and make sure you choose the right person. Maria is safe" saying this he leaves. Leaving Adam in deep thoughts to which he gulped with shattered heart.

While here, Sarah was walking around the mansion. As she strolls around the garden. The cool air was blowing around making her feel goosebumps around her body. The moon shined differently today. "nadanr please get inside" says one maid making her nod. As she enters the mansion she found Maria sitting in lounge. As Aaron instructed his men to take care of her and get her out from the basement to the main area. Sarah studied her from top to bottom. Maria noticed her presence and stood up greeting her. "hello madame. I am Maria, a sharo shooter. I work under boss" she says introducing herself. To which she nodded smiling. "Myself Sarah" sarah introduced and smiled politely. "please sit down" she says and the two sat. "your boss is not here, but he might be here anytime. So make yourself comfortable" Sarah tries her best to sound like a madame. To which Maria smiled at her hospitality.

"thank you so much" she says and the two shared small chit chats. Until they were disturbed by A maid to have dinner. Sarah wholeheartedly welcomed Maria and made sure she eats properly. "sorry for the inconvenience caused" says Maria feeling bit relaxed. "oh no, its a pleasure to have someone to talk. Or else I would getting bored for sure" Sarah says smiling and had her food. "madame please have this salad" says the younger maid. Making Sarah pout. "I will complain to your boss you make me eat this salad everyday" she says cutely earning a chuckle from Maria. "are you sick?" she asks with concern. "no, I am pregnant so I have to maintain my diet for the baby" She says blushing making Maria squeal. "oh wow, the junior Aaron is on the way!" she exclaimed making Sarah giggle. soon the two finished their dinner and walked around the garden. Talking until Sarah felt sleepy. She made sure Maria is all comfortable here.

Occupied with her night routines. She entered her room to meet Aaron standing in his red shirt. That made her gasp with shock and worry. His white shirt was turned completely red due to the attacks from which he survived. "Aaron... what's going on? are you fine?" she asked worriedly and cupped his cheeks. Aaron stood there like a statue. He didn't uttered a single word. He was numb and his eyes were red like he cried tons. "they killed my nephew. he was only sixteen" he says in a small voice.To which she gasped with horror. "How could they? they are heartless people!" Sarah says with anger. "I am a fool, a loser I couldn't protect my family" he mumbled feeling all defeated. His family was always targeted he knew why but this time a child, that made him lose his patience. "No Aaron you did your best. they are coward to do this maybe its not true? may be they are tricking you to get weak and defeat you easily?" she says making him think twice.
