Chapter 32: The Wolf Fang Organization

Louie lazily stepped out of the elevator, yawning incessantly. He had played cards until past 1 a.m. the previous night with the "Don't Mess with Me" duo. If it weren't for Louie being too tired, they might have continued playing all night.

"Good morning, Supervisor." Bella, holding a freshly signed contract, happened to walk by and greeted Louie out of the blue. This caught Louie off guard, making him wonder, "Did someone from the West Side arrive today? Bella never greets me like this."

Seeing Louie's puzzled expression, Bella couldn't help but smirk inwardly, thinking, "This supervisor is quite interesting. Maybe I shouldn't have greeted him after all." Unaware that Louie was used to her usual coldness, Bella's sudden warmth left him perplexed.

"Supervisor, here's a contract that needs your signature." Bella handed the document to Louie. Louie, in a somewhat foolish manner, instinctively reached out to touch Bella's forehead. Stepping back, blushing, Bella exclaimed, "Supervisor, what are you doing?" She still remembered the intimate scene in the car with Louie the last time, creating a conflicting mindset about how to face him.

Only then did Louie snap out of it, awkwardly chuckling, "I was just checking if you have a fever. You seem a bit strange today." With that, he took the pen Bella offered and quickly signed the contract. As he handed it back to her, Louie suddenly said, "How about we have a date tonight?"

Giving Louie a disdainful look, Bella decisively declined, "Not going." After saying that, she turned and walked past Louie.

"Cough, thinking about my handsome and charming self, didn't expect to be rejected by someone." Louie exaggeratedly muttered to himself as Bella walked away. Surprisingly, Bella burst into laughter at his words, though she didn't stop walking.

Not long after Louie returned to his office, Bella sent him a text message: Supervisor, I don't like your playboy attitude.

"Am I also considered a playboy?" Louie shook his head repeatedly, thinking, "If I were a playboy, I'd probably have hundreds of women around me by now."

He didn't mind the text and, out of habit, opened his computer to browse the news online. Before he could finish reading a few articles, the office phone rang. Louie picked it up to find Infinity Group's President Rex Keynes calling personally. Louie felt puzzled since he and Rex hadn't interacted much. Since joining Infinity Group, he hadn't even met Rex in person. Why would Rex call him personally?

"President, is there something?" Louie inquired.

"Hehe, nothing, just checking how you're doing at Infinity Group." Rex was unusually polite to Louie, a departure from his typical attitude towards subordinates. Louie didn't find this surprising.

"It's fine, it's fine," Louie replied.

"That's good," Rex chuckled. "I was worried about not arranging things properly for you, and my old friend might blame me. Since you feel good, I can relax now. Oh, I forgot to mention, my old friend will be in Sradarc tomorrow. It's a private meeting for everyone to chat. My old friend specifically mentioned you and hopes you can make it."

"Tomorrow, right? No problem."

After hanging up, Louie propped his chin on his hands, feeling somewhat puzzled. "Could this old man have some ulterior motive?" Just thinking about the old man's stubborn temperament gave Louie a headache. In his entire life, there were only two people he feared: his deceased father and this old man holding a prominent government position.

The past memories flooded Louie's mind once again.

It was two years ago, in a small country on R continent, where a rebellion broke out. Surprisingly, Louie was the mastermind behind this rebellion. Due to the economic backwardness of this small R continent country, even the government army was equipped with weapons dating back to the 1940s and 1950s. Seeking advanced weaponry, they contacted the "Wolf Fang" arms organization, agreeing to a deal worth over two million dollars. After careful consideration, Louie agreed to the transaction with one condition – once they seized power, they had to unconditionally open the entire country to the "Wolf Fang" organization. This meant becoming a hub for the arms distribution of the "Wolf Fang" organization and offering unconditional protection to all its members.

The arms agreed to this condition, and Louie personally escorted a shipment of weapons, valued at around three million dollars at that time, to the small R continent country. The arsenal included AK-47 assault rifles, Minigun M134 machine guns, M country Bazooka rocket launchers, and various other weapons.

With powerful firepower, the rebels quickly captured the capital. At that time, General Ben Obadiah was leading a visiting delegation on a friendly visit to the country. Inevitably, they would have been arrested and shot by the rebels as government officials. Louie intervened, explaining to the rebel leader that they were personnel from C country and should be released.

The rebel leader was well aware of C country and its international status but feared losing leverage if they released the C country nationals.

"If you don't release these C country people, I will destroy you," Louie issued a stern warning. "Just as I can provide you with weapons, I also have the ability to destroy you. The 'Wolf Fang' organization will spare no cost to annihilate you." The rebel leader, well aware of the formidable nature of the "Wolf Fang" organization, didn't dare to offend them.

As a result, the rebels released all detained C country nationals, and Louie also got to know Ben through this incident. Ben's calm demeanor in the face of danger completely impressed Louie, leading him to develop a deep respect for Ben.

"He's really here. Could this visit be for me?" Louie returned to reality, pondering on Ben's true purpose in coming to Sradarc.

Louie couldn't fathom why Ben would come to Sradarc. Regardless, Louie owed much of his current position in Sradarc Infinity Group to Ben's arrangements.

Without Ben's assistance, Louie would likely have been internationally wanted by now. Whenever he thought of Interpol, Louie remembered the determined young female cop who vowed to eradicate the "Wolf Fang" organization. He wondered how she was doing and if she was still tirelessly investigating the "Wolf Fang" organization.

The "Wolf Fang" organization was a myth, a miracle created by one person. The organization's principle was to prioritize money above all else, using any means necessary to obtain it. Simultaneously, anyone daring to challenge the "Wolf Fang" organization would face its relentless retaliation.

"I no longer go by 'Satan.' I'm called Louie now," Louie muttered to himself, "Satan is already dead."
