Chapter 31
In Silvermoon Pack's place, gentle wind moved tree leaves. Pretty flowers with colors everywhere made a lovely picture. Alpha Gabriel Rivers walked around, feeling not calm.
He thought lots about his mom, Gabriel's mum. She worried about his future, especially about having babies.
His Mom was strong and liked the pack a lot. She liked Gabriel too but was more worried as years passed. She wanted him to find a mate and have babies.
As Gabriel walked, he thought of what Mom said. She wanted him to be a good Alpha and find the right mate.
Today, Gabriel went to talk to his mom. He loved her and thought she was smart.
He came to the Alpha's place. It smelled like roses and had a nice waterfall. Mom was on a bench, looking peaceful.
"Mom," Gabriel started, "I think about what you said, about finding a mate and having babies."
Mom looked at him warmly. "Gabriel, it's not just babies. It's finding someone who helps the pack and you."
Gabriel nodded, understanding. "I know, Mom. I want the right one, not just anyone."
Mom smiled kindly. "I know, dear. Love can come when you don't expect. Keep your heart open."
Gabriel was glad Mom understood, but he still didn't find the right mate. He sighed and ran his hand through his hair. "I promise to keep an open heart, but I won't rush."
Mom put her hand on his shoulder. "I never thought you would, Gabriel. Love takes time. I'll support you no matter what."
Gabriel looked at Mom with thanks. "Thanks, Mom. Your support means a lot."
As the day went on, Gabriel and Mom spent time together, talking about the pack's past. The sun was warm, and Gabriel felt his Alpha job wasn't too heavy, thanks to his mom.
Mom's smart words reminded him that he wasn't alone. Love would come when it was right. The pack was important, but family love was too.
When the day ended, Gabriel went back to the pack. He felt lighter. Finding a mate might be hard, but with Mom's help and the strong pack, he was ready.
Gabriel had a big choice: love or duty. He loved Elena, but Mom wanted him to marry Bethany for a special gift.
Mom said, "Gabriel, marry Bethany. It helps the pack and has a good gift."
This gift was powerful and would help the pack a lot. But Gabriel loved Elena more.
He asked advisors who said marrying Bethany was good. But when he talked about Elena, they saw how much he loved her.
Time passed, and the pressure grew. Gabriel had to choose. It was a big decision for his life and the pack's future. It was a tough choice.
Days passed, and Gabriel had a big choice to make. It was like a heavy rock on his heart. He had to choose between what he wanted with Elena and what he needed to do for the pack.
Elena was his true love, the one who stole his heart when they met. Their love was deep and strong. But his mom, the Alpha Queen, wanted something else.
"Gabriel," she said, "you have to get why this matters. Marrying Bethany isn't just about old rules; it's about our pack's future."
His mom believed that if he married Princess Bethany, it would bring a special gift to the Silvermoon Pack. This gift could make them stronger than other packs. She really wanted him to choose Bethany.
But Gabriel's heart was in pieces. He couldn't imagine life without Elena, and he knew how much it hurt her to be apart. He remembered their love and the life they dreamed of.
In the quiet times, Gabriel felt stuck. On one hand, there was Elena, the woman he loved the most. On the other, there was his duty to the pack and the good stuff that could come from marrying Bethany.
Every night, he looked at the moon, hoping for help. Then one night, he had an idea—a way to bring love and duty together.
He decided to talk to the Watcher of Fates, the mysterious being who helped him before. This was a big journey to find the Watcher again. Gabriel knew it would change his life and the pack's future.
Princess Bethany got mad because she couldn't make Gabriel love her. She always got what she wanted, and she really wanted Gabriel. Her love for him became an obsession, a strong desire to have him.
To get Gabriel, Bethany talked to wise people in the Darkfang Pack. She thought if she impressed these magical folks, they could help her win Gabriel's heart.
One night with the moon shining bright, Bethany went deep into Darkfang territory. There was a special forest with weird creatures and a secret pool that could show the future.
As Bethany got to the forest, it felt really magical. The moon made everything look strange. She went to the pool, feeling excited.
Bethany told the pool about how much she loved Gabriel, how he rejected her, and how much she wanted him. She thought the magical folks in the pool could hear her.
The pool started to move, and weird music played. Magical figures came out of the water, looking all mystical and strange.
One of them, a shiny person with silver hair and starry eyes, talked to Bethany. She sounded like a soft wind.
"Princess Bethany," she said, "you love Gabriel Rivers a lot, but you can't make someone love you. Love has to come on its own."
Bethany got angry and said, "I've tried everything, and he still doesn't want me. I need him, and I need your help."
The magical person felt bad for Bethany. "Desire can make even smart people act silly. Instead of trying to own him, think about what makes him happy."
Bethany started thinking about what would make Gabriel happy, something she didn't really think about before. Maybe her wanting him so much was making things worse.
The magical person kept talking, "To get his love, you need to be nice and understand what he wants. Love isn't about controlling someone; it's about accepting them."
Bethany took these words to heart. She realized she needed to change. Instead of making Gabriel love her, she should try to understand what he wanted.
As she left the magic forest, Bethany decided to be better. She wanted Gabriel to be happy, even if it meant giving up what she wanted.
She didn't know this change would start a big story that would change her love story with Gabriel Rivers and the magic werewolf world forever.
Gabriel thought "not isn't the right time to make this decision."
In a magical forest hidden deep within, a unique story unfolds. Moonlight shines through ancient trees, giving a special glow to a secret realm. There, among whispering leaves and a flowing stream, a private gathering takes place.
Magical beings, known as Guardians of the Grove, gather together. Each Guardian has a special connection to nature's elements, showing a peaceful bond between the magical and natural worlds.
In the middle stands Elder Oakwood, a majestic old tree with wise advice. The Guardians seek help to restore balance in their realm, which is facing problems.
