Chapter 115 - The Alphas and The Orphan

Author Note

Sorry guys this is not a real chapter. It got published out of order, and we are unable to remove it, so it has been placed here and it should be free, if not let me know, I will speak to my editor.

As I have a whole chapter free, I would like to thank you all again for your support. I have really enjoyed the process of creating this book, and I have loved reading all your comments. Thank you for giving me some grace regarding spelling or grammar errors.

If you are interested, I have a FB page. Search, Author Elizabeth M. I have added photos of my inspiration for some of the chapters, including Star's wedding. I would love it if you would post your own pictures and ideas of what you would like to happen in the 'Hidden Elementals' series.

For now I will leave you with a Poem, from a poet I have just discovered, its about starting something new, and I thought it would be fitting as we move onto Archer and Ashers story.

Enjoy

Love you guys

Elizabeth M

New Life, New Love

by Henry Lawson

The breezes blow on the river below,

And the fleecy clouds float high,

And I mark how the dark green gum trees match

The bright blue dome of the sky.

The rain has been, and the grass is green

Where the slopes were bare and brown,

And I see the things that I used to see

In the days ere my head went down.

I have found a light in my long dark night,

Brighter than stars or moon;

I have lost the fear of the sunset drear,

And the sadness of afternoon.

Here let us stand while I hold your hand,

Where the light’s on your golden head —

Oh! I feel the thrill that I used to feel

In the days ere my heart was dead.

The storm’s gone by, but my lips are dry

And the old wrong rankles yet —

Sweetheart or wife, I must take new life

From your red lips warm and wet!

So let it be, you may cling to me,

There is nothing on earth to dread,

For I’ll be the man that I used to be

In the days ere my heart was dead!
