Chapter 27
Trinity
His eyes were hungry. I could feel how much he wanted me just by staring into his eyes, but there was nothing else on his face that told me anything about how he was feeling. His expression was cold. The way he loomed over me felt like he was going to possess me like he already did. I felt hot like I didn’t want to escape and couldn’t even if I wanted to. The tingling sensation from earlier had begun to spread and pool between my legs in an almost painful desire.
He looked at me like a lamb to be slaughtered, and he was a ravenous wolf. It made my stomach flip with excitement and fear. It had been so long since I’d had sex. It hadn’t always been great, but when it was, it was the best.
I hadn’t realized how much I had missed it. I hadn’t realized how much I had been thinking about it lately, either. Maybe it was some weird reaction to the dean’s attack. Maybe it was just the alcohol I had managed to drink, but as I stared up at him, I realized that I might want to sleep with him.
I could almost feel his warm, strong hands drifting over my skin as he pulled my clothing off. There were other feelings bubbling and rioting in me, but I couldn’t make sense of them as I stared up at him.
It was obvious what he wanted and what he was going to try to do, but I didn’t feel like I needed to run. I didn’t even want to protest. My lips twitched as I thought about what time it had to be and the fact that we were leaving tomorrow sometime in the morning.
There wasn’t time for this right now. And I couldn’t let tonight’s crazy events take over my mind. Instead, I stepped closer and took his hand. I pulled out a piece of paper and wrote my number down on the page.
“I think I can make it the rest of the way,” I said,
“But call me if you’re ever in Salt Lake City?”
He seemed stunned and frozen in place. I walked around him, glancing down the hallway before heading to the stairs and taking them up to the right floor.
I heard the door next to mine, Sindia’s, close as I walked down the hall and smiled, hoping that her chance encounter went as well as mine did. I winced as I bit my lip, thinking about how eager I had been to potentially invite him back to my room.
Maybe Sindia’s night went better. I certainly hoped so. I was exhausted when I closed the door behind me. I washed up and crawled into bed with a deep sigh. Despite my whirling thoughts, I fell asleep quickly.
Then, I heard something. I couldn’t be sure if it was a dream or if it was real. There was cold wind sweeping into the room as if the balcony door had opened or the air conditioner had kicked on. I turned over and pulled the blanket over me, shivering in the cold. I felt a hand, a man’s hand on my shoulder. It trailed down my shoulder and over the curve of my hip lightly. It was almost ticklish as I tried to turn away from the touch.
I moaned as the almost ticklish sensation turned pleasurable as it trailed across my back them across my waist. I couldn’t make sense of what was happening. The grip drifted over my breasts and squeezed, pinching and rolling my nipples and sending more pleasure through me. I pressed my thighs together, squirming against the touch. Pleasure burned and rushed through me. I rolled my hips, wishing for something to give me a bit of friction. I felt pleasure burning through me, making me arch off the bed. I tried to open my eyes, to clear the darkness, but I couldn’t.
I gasped and twisted as the hand slipped between my thighs and stroked gently, then roughly. I gasped and twisted. A heavy weight kept me in place as something thrust into me, twitching and stroking me in a way that made me moan and curl my toes.
This had to be a dream, a deliciously erotic dream. I gave myself over to it, letting my mind relax as the pleasure continued to build. The pressure pulled away, leaving me shaking and empty. I reached out into the darkness, wanting it back, wanting something. Then, a heavy weight settled between my legs, and the familiar weight and heat of cock pressed against me, slipping and sliding through the slickness between my legs.
I moaned, reaching for the solid, warm body over me. I couldn’t see. I couldn’t even see my dream lover, but I could tell he was bigger than me; stronger, too. He held me still and against him as the hot girth of his cock pushed into me. I shuddered at the bit of discomfort as he pushed into me, but my whole body felt like it was on fire with pleasure. I wrapped my arms around the figure, but I felt nothing, or the body wasn’t quite solid. I wasn’t sure.
I felt the heat of someone’s breath across my neck and heard the soft panting breath at every rocking thrust into me.
“Please,” I gasped, trying to get a grip on the not-quite-solid form. I wrapped my legs around the body but I couldn’t keep them there as if it wasn’t quite there.
“More.”
The overwhelming pleasure of the hot and hard cock filling me made me cry out as the thrusts grew sharper and deeper.
“More,” I moaned.“So.. much…”
It felt bigger than any man I’d ever been with, reaching deeper than I had ever experienced and sent me head-first into a pool of pleasure. I couldn’t say if this was completely a dream or some mix of a memory.
Had I had a lover while I was missing? Had I been having sex while I was missing? Was it this good?
I had never had a dream like this. Why couldn’t I open my eyes for much longer than a few moments? I couldn’t see a face clearly. The ceiling of the roof was blurry above me. I couldn’t say how long it lasted, but when the heat and warmth left me, my mind fell into a deep darkness and I fell asleep.
Time passed since the retreat slowly. I went to classes and started my clinical observation along with the part-time job I managed to get as a coder at the school’s hospital. I hadn’t run into the dean since then, but I knew it was just a matter of time. I’d bought several cans of pepper spray when I got back. After I told Sindia what happened, she’d taken me to a store to buy a taser. I didn’t feel completely safe, but I felt more prepared in case he tried something.
I needed to get out of my program quickly and try to find a position elsewhere, but I couldn’t bring up the potential to transfer. My dad was already stretched thin. My track to graduation was barely getting back on track now. I couldn’t give up because the dean was a creep.
I walked into work today, ready to get behind the desk. I cast my glance around, grateful that I didn’t see the dean. I got to my seat and logged in with a deep sigh of relief when an announcement came over the loudspeaker.
“All staff members please report to the auditorium for an announcement.”
I frowned and looked at the woman sitting beside me. She shrugged and we headed to the auditorium. I thought I would see the dean there, but he wasn’t there. Instead, the assistant dean was there with a thin and almost sad smile.
“It is with a heavy heart that I announce that the dean was found dead,” he said.
“The police believe it was an accident. The police are investigating it further to be sure, but we wanted you all to know before the students, and of course before the announcement came on the news. We’ll now have a moment of silence for his death.”
I was surprised. The moment of silence passed quickly as I stared up at the stage.
I was grateful that I wouldn’t have to deal with him, but I couldn’t help but wince. Even if he was a creep, he didn’t deserve death. I pushed that thought away and returned to my desk. I worked my shift before going to clinical observations.
“Trinity?” I turned at the nurse’s voice.
“Yes?”
“There’s a patient here looking for you,” she said and nodded ahead of her.
“He said you know each other.”
“But… I thought I was supposed to be on observations.”
She shrugged.
“Small hospital, small staff. He looked rich, probably just an existential crisis. You’ll be fine.”
I turned towards the room and took the chart, feeling a bit wary about it.
