CHAPTER :10:- Sacrifice

Earl is in the fighting room . Doing his sword training just to release his stress of not having his mate eating him alive from inside .

" King you should come near the lord study room , and mainly hide your scent "- Dustin communicated with earl through mind link connection .

Without wasting second , Earl spilled some spells to hide his scent & teleports himself into Dustin mentioned place .

*In study room*

Lordess is furious after she learned what her husband said to her beloved son .

" You can't do this to our son , I never raised my voice against your decision till now but in this matter I can't just sit idle to see my son shattering "- lordess shouted at the lord . The lord stayed silent for a second, took a deep breath .

It's High time to reveal the truth . He needs to release the painful truth which he was holding from yesterday .

" Wife , yesterday I went to the saint to know about our Kingdom safety but I don't know I would hear the bitter truth which about our son's life "- lord said while his tone is so sad .

" Wh-at are you saying ..? don-t scare me ok "- lordess shuttered in horror . She knows something big is coming .

" Our son is cursed .. He cursed , He can't have a mate . If he marry her then he will die in few days after marriage "- He dropped a biggest bomb in lordess heart .

" No .. no that won't happen .. no .."- lordess shuttered , her body became tense .

" Is there any other way to break the curse?"- lordess whispered weakly .

" Yes we have but I don't think it will happens "- said lord while rubbing his forehead .

" Why .. why .. tell me it might help our son " - lordess shouted hurriedly .

" One solution is Earl should stay single without having a mate for the rest of his life . second is -- his mate should sacrifice her life to break curse "-said lord .

" It doesn't make sense lord . If his mate dies , he will stay single entire life "- lordess shouted angrily .

" No he had to wait for the rebirth of his mate "- lord threw this sentence .

" What should we do now . I'm not understanding anything "- lordess sighed and sat on chair lifelessly .

" We can't be selfish to kill his mate . So I took decision they should never be together which is good for both of them "- lord said .

" What .. that's nonsense . I won't agree . He should have a mate lord . Let's be selfish at least for our son . What if his mate dies , she will be reborn again right .?"- lordess words may sounds selfish but she can't help . She want her son to be happy with his mate .

" I don't know if she wills reborn or not ."- lord said .

" It's ok lord Don't take stress , If his mate break his curse then he will forget her after some days . It's not compulsory to marry their mates in our era , so when right time comes he will fall for another girl . We atleast have our son right "- lordess said .

Outside the study room Earl & Dustin heard a lord, lordess conversation .

Earl stepped back when he heard the truth . He felt like his world collapsed in front of me . His heart clenched like someone stabbing him continuously .

A wave of emotions ran outside from his heart . His body became tense . Without warning Echo took over his body control , He ran outside furiously .

He wanted to burn the whole world alive . His emotions gave a huge blow to the surrounding . Heavy wind started in a snap . White clouds turned into black , His emotions made the whole world shake like an earthquake .

No one can control him now . He Himself should calm down . Dustin steps back , All single creatures are so scared of Alpha king now .

Lord & lordess didn't dare to interrupt Alpha Earl as they know it may only increase his pain . He should control himself .

The entire kingdom knows Echo is the most dangerous wolf of Alpha king . Now it has taken over him .

Echo wants to cry but Werewolves can't cry but they can howl & shout . After Growling , Howling Echo became tired Earl took over control of his body .

His body became numb due to pain . Echo surely made a big issue now .

But when he remembered about mate , his heart ached . Her beautiful face , innocent eyes haunting him to show him mercy . He can't control his emotions .

He loves her damn it . He can't do a single thing which may hurt her now he will set her free . He can leave alone without a mate right .? He can see her from far . What if they can't be together her memories will be enough for him . For his own selfish He won't & never hurt her .

He is determined in his heart. Whatever may be the situation he won't let her know that he is his mate . If she knows then .? She should reject him .. yes . She should reject him . He can't reject her , just he can't give pain to her . Maybe she can find someone who protect her . someone who cherish her . someone who can be with her in all up and down . Deep inside he want to be the one for her but there is something making them fall apart ..

"Moon goddess I never asked anything to you but now I'm asking to keep my mate safe & happy without me ."- Earl prayed while closing her eyes tightly . He meant each word he said . He is genuinely happy for her but he felt a stab by thinking she won't be with him .. it's ok maybe I hope for some miracle .
