Chelsea's P.O.V
His used his right knee to support his left knee which was on the floor.
He knelt down and brought out a red rosy box from his pocket.
My mouth was hung open as I was surprised, I stood still not able to do anything at the state of shock I was in.
"Would you be my girlfriend, chels?" He had a yes or no look on his face.
"Yes Ric, I would be delighted to be your girlfriend." I said but still in the state of shock.
"Nice" he gave a sigh a relief, as he stood up on his feet.
He inserted the ring into my finger and u smoke crept into my lips.
I followed my gaze which was on him and it seemed that this was the most joyous day of his life.
He kissede long and hard, immediately after he inserted the ring into my finger.
It was a diamond kind of ring, I guess he his also rich.
"That's not how you propose to a girl, it's not by scaring them.*" I hit him in the chest and he chuckled softly.
"And you shouldn't hit a boy who just proposed to you on the chest." He was starting to get anxious.
"What are you gonna do had it been I said no to your proposal." I said to him and the smile on his face slowly turned to a frown and he stared at the ring.
●
"I might have done something insane, I guess." He said and his gaze turned to the sky.
"Why?" I asked him and he turned his gaze, back at me.
"Firstly, I would feel rejected by the person I love. Secondly, I bought that ring seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars." It was worth the price.
"I am heading home, Ric." I might already be getting late.
"Ok." He said and sent a brief kiss to my lips.
He was a hot guy, he is not only good in war, but also in sex, he was more of an expert.
"I finally got home, I was right on time." I had started to feel heated up.
I saw Kayla just before I went in. She approached me and began. "How about Torin?" She asked still having a negative thought and feeling, about him.
"He just doing just great, I covered my love you with a smile." It was said that he is gonna get better before the end of today.
I walked straight, upstairs I opened the door. I saw John standing at the front of the door again, he was gonna be a good vigilante.
"Mission accomplished." He said and he brought forth his hand to receive the money and I have it to him.
I smiled at him and he hugged me.
"It is nice doing business with you." He dipped the money into his pocket.
"And it's nice having a brother like you." I said to him and he responded back with a smile.
"Where is chels John—"
"She is here already." John cutted Jasper short as he pointed to me.
"And where the fuck were you?" He had started seeming cold.
"Down with Kayla." I looked desperate, more desperate than I should be.
"Ok, go take your bath." He said.
"Do I look like a child to you?" I pulled my boot.
"You reek for sweat, and more of a limekiln chels." He nearly yelled.
"Ouch" John looked at me and shut up.
Lately, Jasper had been acting weird and a bit strange also. Jasper had never been this kind of person since I knew him, he was never harsh, rude, or even wicked as he has been lately.
Just as I was in my room, after taking my bath, I have dressed up already. I heard a knock on my door. I walked towards the door and twisted the door knob and it clicked open, it was Jasper.
I was hoping it is not a bad thing he was about to either do or to say, he stood at the doorway and I walked towards the bed.
He knew he had done something bad. "Hey chels, I'm sorry for the way I acted earlier." He had started feeling remorseful.
"You know I don't really care about scandalous acts." I said to him and he smiled.
He stood up and was about to leave when the ray of the sun reflected on his eyes. He turned back and saw a diamond ring on my finger.
"Who gave them to you?" He held them with his two fingers.
"My boyfriend." I was straightforward, I had no times for lies because it would surely fall apart. His face seemed to change, he wouldn't do anything bad.
Jasper snorted "And who his he?"
"The guy you saw me with, the other day." As soon as I said the words, he paled.
"Oops, came from a rich background, I guess." He scratched his jaw and swayed a little as he reached for his pen.
"Seems like." I stiffened. "But I don't know yet." I said balancing against the wall, I walked towards the mirror to survey myself.
"Your phone, please." Jasper stretched his hand forward to receive it as I placed it upon his hand.
He scrolled up the contact list. "What's his name, anyways." He said as he turned his gaze to me.
"He goes by the name, Alaric." O turned to him and saw him type the name out. He called and it rung twice before he picked.
"Hello, chels." I could hear his voice over the phone.
"This is not chels." He would have known after Jasper spoke, I had a feminine voice, but Jasper voice was masculine voice.
"Then who I am speaking to." He voice had started showing that he was a bit stressed up.
"You are speaking to her elder brother." Jasper had a smile on his face.
"You called me, for what anyways." His voice was starting to sound in a cold tone.
"How about a dinner tonight." He said, as he flashed his set of white teeth.
