Pamela decided to act fast, her voice low and urgent as she called Itzel. "Listen, we must get rid of Bella's unborn child immediately. And her other baby, it's already on the brink of death. We will return soon after the delivery," she hissed before abruptly hanging up.

Little did Pamela know, the nanny had overheard her conversation. The nanny had been secretly in contact with Elinor, pretending to be Bella's enemy, all while gathering information for the day of revelation. The truth would soon be known.

In a whispered tone, the nanny called Elinor and spilled everything. Not only that, she revealed an even bigger secret that could turn Itzel against Pamela, her own daughter. Itzel received the phone call from Elinor, her voice filled with urgency. "I'm sorry, but we have to meet immediately. Meet me down the street. Time is of the essence. I'll be in my limo."

Elinor's anger burned within her. She never imagined that Samantha and Pamela could be so wicked. They planned to harm her grandson, to take his life away. Determined, she hurriedly made her way out of the castle, instructing the driver to take her to the meeting place.

After a few anxious minutes, Itzel arrived at Elinor's waiting limo. Sitting in the backseat, she looked at Elinor with worry in her eyes. "What is going on?"

Elinor, her voice filled with disgust, eyed Itzel with disdain. "I know everything. I won't punish you now, but I have something that will slap you hard in the face."

Confused, Itzel stuttered, "What do you mean? I don't understand."

Cutting her off, Elinor refused to explain further. "Enough with the act. I'm not a fool. You wanted Bella's mother dead and you wanted to ruin Bella's life. But little did you know, Samantha isn't your real daughter. She's Kelsey. Pamela played you like a toy."

Itzel's voice trembled, desperately trying to comprehend. "What do you mean? How did you find out?"

Elinor gave her no explanation, only ending with a chilling statement. "It's over. But there's something else you should know. You tried to kill your own daughter in a car accident, and she lost her memory because of it. You should be thanking Zachary for saving her life. Now, get out."

Itzel was left to contemplate her actions, her mind racing with thoughts of revenge against Pamela. Acting upon her anger, she called Pamela back, her voice laced with icy resolve. "I think you and Samantha should book the first flight back to the pack. I need to check Samantha's pregnancy, and she will hide in a rented house, where I will keep a close eye on her. What if Bella sends someone to harm Samantha?"

Pamela pondered the suggestion, eventually agreeing to Itzel's demands.

The next morning, Samantha and Pamela arrived at the rented house secured by Itzel. Upon their arrival, Itzel greeted them with a false smile, offering them a welcoming juice. Little did they know, the juice was laced with a powerful sedative. Itzel took advantage of Samantha's drugged state and performed the unthinkable – she aborted the baby, leaving a devastating note for Pamela: "Samantha is no longer pregnant. I know she isn't my daughter. This was all your mistake."

When Samantha woke up and discovered the note amidst the blood, her screams of anguish filled the house. Blaming her mother for the loss, Samantha ran away, consumed by her grief and anger.

Her own greed had led to her downfall. She had lost everything she had schemed for. Samantha wanted to reveal the truth to Alpha Xavier, but before she could, she received a call from her father. Bella's son, Leo, was in critical condition at the royal hospital. He was fighting for his life.

With a heavy heart, Samantha decided to go to the hospital to see Leo, even if it was for the last time.

At the Royal hospital, the tension was palpable. The alpha King's doctor, known as the best in the werewolf kingdom, arrived to meet Alpha Xavier and Bella. Leo's condition was dire, but the doctor presented a risky option for his survival.

Alpha Xavier desperately implored, "Please, help me."

Tears streamed down Bella's face as she listened to the doctor's explanation. Elinor, Beta Craig, Carl, Zachary, and even Breanna were present, their hearts heavy with worry.

"The only way to save Leo is for an alpha to give him their blood," the doctor explained. "Leo will survive with the pure royal bloodline, but the alpha who donates their blood may not survive. If their blood is not at least a 90% match, not pure enough, they won't be able to replenish their own blood and will die immediately."

With Xavier, Carl, and Zachary present, Elinor spoke up first, surprising Bella. "Take all my blood. He is my grandson. I don't care if I die."

Bella's eyes filled with tears as she realized that despite Elinor's past actions, she truly cared for her grandson.

The doctor shook his head sadly. "You can't. We need someone younger, with stronger Alpha blood. Someone who can ensure Leo's survival."

Shockingly, Alpha Carl raised his doubts. "How can we be sure this will work? We've never heard of such a method before!"

Carl, driven by fear, attempted to distance himself from the situation by questioning the doctor's methods. It became clear to Bella that Carl had never loved her or her son.

The doctor responded with a calm determination, "The alpha king has the authority to sentence me to death if this method fails. I am here to save the child, not the alpha. The alpha's body will either save him or not, it's not up to me."

Carl swallowed hard, stating hesitantly, "We can't simply offer money to any alpha to risk their life."

Bella, filled with righteous anger, interrupted fiercely, "Pay money? To save Leo? Who do you think you are, Alpha Carl? I believe it's time for you to leave forever."

Carl stood there in shock, unable to utter a word. He knew he was a coward, and after this situation, he knew Bella would never accept him as her husband. But what shocked him even further was that even Breanna showed no interest in staying with him.

Breanna called out to Carl, stopping him in his tracks. "Carl, wait!"

She followed him down the corridor, stopping him and taking his hands in hers. With a wide smile on her face, she spoke with newfound strength. "I have loved you for years, but now I see that I wasted my precious time on someone like you."

She handed him the engagement ring, withdrawing her love and support. With her head held high, Breanna returned to Bella and the others, leaving Carl to contemplate his own actions.

Bella, still waiting for some aid, still holding onto hope, looked to Zachary, who seemed conflicted.

Finally, Zachary rubbed his forehead and spoke hesitantly, "I would give Leo my blood, but I'm not sure if my body would heal itself afterward. I don't know if I have a 100% pure royal bloodline."

Shock washed over Bella's face. She had been prepared to beg Zachary for help, but in that moment, she realized that it might be better for Leo to die. For no one truly loved him enough to risk their own life to save him.

Elinor stared at her son Xavier, her voice filled with disappointment. "Son, why didn't you speak up?"

Xavier curled his lips into a smirk, his eyes now fixed on Bella. He replied to his mother nonchalantly, "Because I'm waiting for this amusing situation to come to an end."

Bella's brows furrowed in anger. "Amusing? Is this a joke to you?"

Xavier nodded, moving closer to Bella. "Yes, it's amusing because you expected them to sacrifice themselves for our son. But really, who are they? Did you truly believe they would love my son more than me or my mother, just because they have been around him for a few months?"

Bella's confusion deepened as she looked into Xavier's eyes, searching for any truth in his words.

Xavier said, his voice carrying a deep growl, "No one would love my son more than me, except you. You and I alone would risk everything for him, and later, the gramps."

Bella's heart pounded in her chest as she listened to Xavier's words. The weight of his statement hadn't fully registered in her mind yet, so she hesitantly asked, "What do you mean? Are you saying you're willing to give Leo all your blood? And risk your life for him?"

A slight, feral smile played on Xavier's lips as he answered without a moment's hesitation, "Of course. I would give everything for my son. My blood, my life. He means everything to me."

Bella instinctively rubbed her belly, already carrying another one of Xavier's babies. Her fear building, she repeated her question, "Are you sure, Xavier?"

Xavier raised an eyebrow, his voice tinged with a hint of annoyance, "Are you deaf, Bella?"

Turning his gaze to the doctor, Xavier declared, "I'm ready. Give me an hour, and I'll be prepared."

He swiftly grabbed his cellphone and dialed his lawyer. "Come to the hospital immediately. Bring me the papers for my will. You have 45 minutes."

Elinor's tears flowed freely, rendering her unable to speak.

Xavier approached her, gently guiding her to sit in a nearby chair. He placed a comforting hand on her shoulder and kissed her forehead, his voice soothing, "Don't be sad, Mom. Even if I die, you will raise my two kids with happiness."

His words only caused Elinor to cry harder as she embraced him, pleading, "Please forgive me for everything. Please."

Bella couldn't believe her ears. Elinor hadn't stopped Xavier. She had sacrificed her own son's life for her grandson.

Meanwhile, Zachary stood nearby, his expression impassive next to Breanna. Grateful for his years of care for her son, Bella uttered her thanks to him, although deep down, she knew their path together had reached its end.

"Thank you, Zachary, for everything."

But Zachary's embarrassment was evident. He knew now Bella would never marry him.

Bella confirmed his assumption, saying, "But Zachary, I can't be with you anymore. We can't get married."

Zachary's voice trembled, pleading, "I understand. But can I at least wait and see Leo?"

To everyone's surprise, Xavier interjected, "No... Actually, you can wait a bit longer."

Approaching Zachary, Xavier made a request, his voice filled with authority, "I want you to stay here until the operation is complete. Whether it takes hours or days. If I don't survive, then marry Bella and take care of my kids. I know you'll be a good father to them."

Before anyone could respond, Samantha stepped forward, her voice sharp and loud, "No... Zachary could never be a good father. He was the one who manipulated me from the beginning to be with Xavier. He paid me money, gave me diamonds to separate them. It was all part of his plan. And it wasn't out of love for Bella, but out of revenge. He even intended to abandon her at the wedding ceremony, in front of everyone."

Bella was stunned, her gaze fixed on Zachary. She asked, her voice trembling, "Is this true?"

Zachary gulped, realizing his predicament. It was clear he wanted to flee the hospital immediately.

However, Xavier's fist connected with his face, sending Zachary sprawling to the ground. Xavier spat, "If I survive this, I will make you regret it."

Removing her ring, Bella threw it at Zachary's face, disbelief etched on her features.

Breanna helped Zachary to his feet, her voice barely a whisper, "You have ruined everyone's life here, including mine. But you're my cousin, like an elder brother, so I can't hate you."

Zachary whispered, "I'm sorry," before hastily leaving the hospital.

After a few anxious minutes of waiting, the lawyer arrived. Xavier took hold of the will papers and other relevant documents, signing them all before handing them to Bella and his mother, his voice filled with a mixture of sorrow and resignation, "This is my will. I have divided everything between the two of you, and the rest is for my kids. In case I die, I hope you both can live together peacefully in my castle, without any more fights. As you can see now, no one will love my kids more than both of you."

Elinor wept as she embraced her son, while Bella threw herself into Xavier's arms, confessing, "I have always loved you. I never loved Carl or Zachary. My heart and soul were always yours. Please, don't die. Please."

Xavier's heart swelled with joy at Bella's words. He kissed her softly, vowing, "I will try my best not to die, because I want to spend the rest of my life with you and our kids."

With his declaration, Xavier prayed to the moon goddess, hoping she would grant his wishes.

Turning to the doctor, Xavier stated firmly, "I'm ready."

But the doctor smiled, their voice laced with relief, "There's no need."

Xavier narrowed his eyes, demanding an explanation, "What do you mean?"

Bella's heart raced in her chest, fear gripping her every nerve. "Something happened to my son?"

Elinor trembled, her voice barely a whisper, "My grandson..."

The doctor finally spoke, "Well, the Alpha King himself donated his blood... while you were all talking."

Xavier furrowed his brow, confusion evident in his eyes. "What? But why?"

Stepping forward like a powerful lion, the Alpha King approached with an air of authority, as if nothing had been taken from him. His gaze locked onto Elinor's, filled with accusation. "Because Leo is my grandson, and you are my biological son. Your mother here should explain to us why she ran away from me years ago, without telling me she was pregnant and then mated with another Alpha."

Elinor evaded the topic, her voice trembling, "Not now. I need to check on my grandson."

Xavier sighed heavily, his hand pressed against the wall for support. Bella rushed to his side, offering him water, her voice filled with concern, "Are you alright?"

Xavier patted Bella's hand, a faint smile tugging at his lips. "I will be fine. First, let's check on Leo's health. We can talk about everything else later."The Alpha King's commanding presence filled the room as he presented Xavier with the DNA report, a silent proclamation of their shared bloodline. Elinor, knowing the weight of the situation, swiftly diverted the subject, her concern for her grandson overpowering all else.

Xavier's shoulders slumped as he delved into the depth of the DNA report, the undeniable truth revealing itself before his eyes. He was indeed the blood of the Alpha King, and Leo, his cherished flesh and blood, was his own grandson. A heavy sigh escaped Xavier's lips, his call for his mother filled with a blend of desperation and longing.

"Mom!" Xavier's voice resonated with a mixture of pleading and frustration, his heart yearning for her words of guidance.

But Elinor averted her gaze, her expression a fragile blend of fear and sorrow. "Whispers have reached my ears, son. Whispers that tell of the Alpha King's rejection, a rejection that may bring harm upon your unborn pup. To protect you, my beloved son, I chose a different path, seeking a mate outside of that dangerous fate."

The Alpha King, his annoyance evident, interjected with a sharp edge to his voice. "My anger has burned for years, Elinor, a flame fueled by your departure. Never did I seek solace in the embrace of another luna, for I patiently awaited your return."

Xavier, struggling to process the conflicting emotions, tightened his grip on Bella's hand. His voice, steady and resolute, fell upon the air. "Fear not, my love. First, we shall ensure the well-being of Leo, then we shall face these revelations head-on."
