Chapter 33 33

Chapter 33 33
POV LOIS
Between the games they started, time passed in the blink of an eye. I saw night creeping in through the window—so what?
It was the first time I felt Ezequiel inside my vagina, and I liked it a lot. He seemed to own my ass, but this time it felt good to change—and no, I didn’t mean Emmanuel was taking me from behind, I meant that it was only Ezequiel fucking me.
I rocked on top of him carefully, my hands pressed against his chest.
He, who never seemed to lose the habit, had a finger in my ass while his cock was buried deep inside me. I tightened my legs on either side of his waist, and my nails dug into his chest when I felt the swirl he created with his movements. The sensations were so strong I felt him traveling across my skin, almost as if he were imprinting himself on every part of me.
Emmanuel approached and lifted me by the thighs, settling me on top of him. I clung to his chest and he kissed my neck, then… bit my shoulder.
The next bite came from the other side—it was Ezequiel.
I knew they weren’t simple bites; they were their marks on me.
This was our first sexual act after becoming mates.
My eyes closed, my whole body felt numb and I could no longer feel my strength. Two howls sounded in my head, vibrating through my bones. It felt as if my wolf wanted to surface, but that couldn’t be possible now.
Heat wrapped around my skin, and with my eyes closed it felt like I was somewhere else—but not in my physical form.
My body rocked backward; even though I felt hands holding me, it seemed like I kept falling and falling.
I wanted to ask for help, sensing something was wrong, but I couldn’t speak, couldn’t call for them.
Where were the boys? Where was I? I was supposed to be on the bed with them, but I didn’t feel like I was there.
I didn’t know where I was.
()
“He’s waking up.”
It was the doctor.
Then… where was I?
I felt a bed beneath me, but something told me I wasn’t in my bed.
I opened my eyes—at the door stood the director, and beside me was the doctor. In front of the bed stood a tall, very strong man with black hair and very green eyes. His huge black eyebrows cast shadows over his eyes from how thick they were. That gaze felt familiar.
Next to him was a tiny woman with short hair cut at her shoulders, a sweet look and a very small face, as delicate as every part of her.
“Look, darling. She’s awake. Why don’t we call her parents?”
My parents?
Who were they talking about? What were these people doing here? And what was I doing here?!
“They must be very worried.”
The woman looked at the director, he looked at the doctor, and in a second he stepped out and returned with my parents. They didn’t move from their spot, while I wanted to run toward them and hug them—but I seemed confined to a bed, and I didn’t know why they weren’t coming closer to me.
It was the first time we saw each other since all those changes started happening in our lives because I was Emmanuel’s mate.
I looked for the first time at what was attached to my left arm.
I was getting a transfusion.
But what had happened?! What was going on here?!
When had my parents arrived?
Where were Ezequiel and Emmanuel?!
Something told me many things were not okay.
The last thing I remembered—after those two bites—was falling, feeling like I was falling into an endless void and couldn’t get out, while my wolf seemed to be tearing my body open trying to come out and help me, but she couldn’t.
What a strange experience!
“You must be a little confused, right?” the director said as he approached me.
“Your parents arrived two days ago”—Two days?!—“after your terrible situation, and you’ve been hospitalized in the university medical wing for five days now, after, unfortunately, the twins bit you.”
Marked me.
“Your parents are here so you can clarify what happened. We don’t want to make assumptions, but many people are worried about your condition. These are Ezequiel and Emmanuel’s parents.”
I looked at them. Something about their gaze felt familiar—their sons had their eyes, and their mother was beautiful.
“Since you were inside the university facilities when everything happened, it is our duty to ensure your safety, not only because your mate’s parents requested it, but because it’s our responsibility. Many people were thrown into confusion when news spread that after the alleged attack—”
He was interrupted by the twins’ mother.
Attack?
What attack?
“Please, be more direct. You’re going to confuse her.”
“It’s important her statement isn’t influenced.”
Statement?
“The newspapers would love a headline like this: ‘An Omega Is Attacked by Two Alphas Inside Liberty University Grounds.’ No one here wants to come out damaged by this situation, but the truth has to prevail. Lois, that day you said you felt sick and went home, accompanied by the twins. Then…”
How much did they know?
What the hell had happened that they considered I’d been attacked?
I looked at my parents—my mother was holding back tears, and my father stared at me intensely. I didn’t know what they had been told, but they were clearly very worried.
“…they brought you to the hospital because you weren’t reacting after a long time during which both of them tried everything. The doctor noticed that your body was…”
Oh, Moon, the shame…
They must have seen everything the twins had left on my body!
I wanted to die of embarrassment.
