CHAPTER 141
CHAPTER 141
ANASTASIA
"Be a good girl and get inside."
"Don't touch me!" I growled, getting pushed into the back seat of a car.
Woods brought me to a quiet area in Wolfs Blood, where his men—standing close to the vehicle I mentioned—were waiting for him.
He was in a rush to take me away and didn't mind if I got hurt when he tossed me at the back like a pile of dirty clothes, shutting the door with a loud bang.
"Take her out of here immediately," He ordered the two men, glancing at me.
"I have an unfinished business with an old son," He revealed, smiling at me through the window.
"He's going after Diego," I believed, tightening my hands into a fist.
The guards glanced at my face, noticing my temper over what their Alpha had said.
That's when Woods chuckled in that deep wolf tone and assured them both, "She can't hurt you. The best she can do is yell or cause a tantrum."
He pulled out my dagger from the area I had stabbed him, and dangled it in my face. "You won't be needing this on your trip, my doll," He chuckled, tossing my weapon away.
Seeing this, I sparked, "If you think Diego will allow you to take me away, then you're wrong, old man. My Alpha Lord will find and kill you!"
"Don't think you'll escape like the last time. This time, it's your head that'll get ripped off from its socket."
"Hmm... Alpha Lord. That title sounds really pleasant to the ear," He hummed, savoury his mouth with his slimy long tongue.
"Alpha Lord. From now on, I'll be your Alpha Lord, my dear. And as for Diego..." He grinned devilishly. "He has no clue on what is coming. I came heavily prepared and ready to wipe that man for good. Tonight will be the last night you hear of him."
I groaned, glaring at Woods.
He didn't care. He was filled with pride, ordering his men to move at once.
"Head down to the airport and see to it that she gets to SilverCrest. Take good care of my little girl," He said, extending his hairy arm into the car to touch me.
Grumpily, I made a snap, almost biting him on his dirty hand. But he swiftly pulled back, laughing at me.
Then without delaying, he dashed off to meet the other Mafias and find Diego.
"Don't try to mess with us," The guards threatened. One sitting at the back with me, pointing a gun to my head, and the other in the driver's seat, driving into the night.
I sat there silently, but my mind was working like an engine, plotting my way out of this trap.
"There's no way I'm letting these two take me away. I need to act fast," I planned, using my side eye to look at the guard next to me.
His attention wasn't fully on me. He was talking to his accomplice about Woods plan to find the mysterious fellow with the drug that cures an infected wolf.
"Did he say he have a lead?" He asked, scratching his face, indicating signs of infection.
"I don't know. The Alpha is more focused on something else than the cure. We're screwed, that's for sure," The rider groaned, applying speed to the car.
They were talking, expressing their desire to be cured from the disease in their blood.
Little did they know that their chitchat will be my key out of here.
"I will kill to be myself again."
"Why bother about a cure that you won't get your hands on?" I asked, diving into the conversation.
"You should know your Alpha by now. He won't give you the cure that easily. You'll need to work tirelessly for it," I chuckled, looking at the fellow beside me.
He had his eyes on me, staring.
They were both quiet, probably rethinking this fantasy of theirs.
"I was in the hotel with him when he told me his plan to sell the cure to any infected asshole."
"That doesn't mean he won't give it to us. We are his men."
"And I'm the woman he desperately wants to make his whore. Despite professing love to me, he promised to make me beg for the cure when he finally gets hold of it. If he can say that to me, what makes you think he'll close his eyes and give you the cure for free?" I questioned, stirring doubt between them.
"We won't listen to your nonsense," The guard beside me said, pressing the mouth of the gun on me.
But I showed no fear. Just calmness.
"Let's face it boys..." I carefully slipped my hand on the lap of the guard, caressing him right to his middle. "Alpha Woods won't give us the cure. Who knows, maybe he has no lead on the target. He's just fooling everyone into thinking he's close to his prey, when clearly his mind and soul is on me."
I could feel his legs trembling at my touch. Someone's getting a boner.
"Your Alpha is an ass."
"Don't speak ill of our Alpha that way!" The guard in front defended, attempting to silence me. But his buddy's lips were sealed like glue.
He's in spirit with his guide—me of course.
"I mean it. He knows well that the lady he's leaving in your care isn't an ordinary girl, but a highly infected bitch who can get wild when her body starts itching," I moaned, taking hold of the guard's hard dick, making him shiver.
"He didn't warn you boys about my condition, did he? I am a mess when it comes to playing with men," I hissed, tightening my grip on the fellow, and performing a risky and seductive move on his gun, by kissing the tip.
The guard's forehead broke in sweat. He must be picturing his cock in place of the gun.
His friend in the front, noticed his silence and said to me— trying to sound bossy, "Don't think you can seduce us. We can't be moved."
"Just say you're jealous of your buddy right now. I have his cock in my hand and not yours. Isn't that right, handsome?"
I gripped harder and the latter gave out a moan filled with pleasure.
That soundtrack got his buddy's attention.
"What?" He turned over in curiosity, to see if I was lying.
The moment he did that, I bashed my elbow right into his face with force, causing him to lose control of the wheel!
The car began spinning crazily.
His second wanted to react but forgot that I was holding a sensitive part of him. That's until I squeezed his dick really tight with my wolf strength, making him scream out like hell!
That gave me the chance to grab the gun from his hand and... BANG!
I shot the guard right in the face, watching his head fall down on my lap.
The guard behind the wheel, heard the shot and tried to take out his own gun while struggling with the car!
"You Bitch!" He shouted, pointing his gun to the back to shoot me!
Before he could pull the trigger, I kicked his seat with force, making him lose his grip on the gun.
The moment his gun fell, I grabbed that opportunity and shot him.
"AHHH!" He screamed, grabbing his shoulder in pain.
That's when the car spun around violently, moved out of the road, and crashed hard into a tree!
If not for the dead guard on me, I bet I would have sustained a broken bone or some injury on my body.
The body had miraculously shielded my stomach from getting punctured by a tree branch!
"Shit! Thank you, Goddess," I breathed heavily, crawling out of the car.
I held the gun in my hand, looking into the road to see some vehicles coming to a stop to check up on us.
But I didn't want to be seen by anyone. Not like this.
"Diego," My Alpha came to mind.
"I have to reach him before Woods does. I need a phone," I said, turning back to look at the crashed car.
I thought about the guards phone and decided to use it. Only for me to be left stunned by what I saw when I drew closer to the wrecked car.
The guard in the front... He's alive!
Not just that, he's on call with Woods!
He had a broken arm with a bloody face. But the bastard had the strength to tell Woods about the accident I caused, calling him to come and get me fast!
"Crap!" I groaned, pointing the gun at his head and shooting him dead.
The sound scared the people who were coming over to check. They ran back with speed!
The phone fell out from the guard's hand, and I heard Woods deep threatening voice talking to me, "I know you're there, Anna. You're playing a dangerous game with me. Pray I don't get my hands on you, my doll. You won't like me. I am coming for you."
BEEP!
The call ended. That's a sign that he's coming!
I didn't wait around but ran away from that spot, taking a route through the bushes then back into the open road.
My aim is to head back into Wolf Blood and to my Diego. Only him can protect me from Woods.
"I have no choice," I decided, ripping my long gown short, before taking a risk by pouncing unto the top of moving cars —with my wolf agility— heading into the direction I came from.
From smaller vehicles, I got to the top of a speedy truck and held on tight, slipping my gun into the leather hold around my right lap that once held my dagger.
As I was thinking of a way to communicate with Diego, just beside the lane—ahead—I saw something creepy looking at me from a tree!
Glowing deep red eyes. The figure was large, squatting on the branch, gazing straight at me!
The nearer the truck got, the more I got a clearer view of who this monster was.
Woods!
He found me!
