Quincy sighed. Just as he was about to visit the sandbox, he accidentally touched a lady who came in from behind.
"Watch out. You almost dirty my new high heels. Can you afford it?" The lady who had short brown hair was wearing sunglasses, a long skirt, and a pair of high-heeled crystal sandals on her feet. It seemed that she was 35 years old, but her arms were white as snow, which captured people's imagination.
"Skip the unqualified people. Darling, let's go in and take a look." Behind the short-haired lady was a man with a white vest, jeans, brown leather sandals, and a bag in his axilla. He was like a newly rich people who had recently earned a small sum of money.
The sales lady hurriedly walked over and warmly greeted the couple. She glanced at Quincy and was a little dissatisfied with him.
"I am so sorry, madam. Everyone nearby knows that we are a high-end residential area, so some people who can't afford to buy a house often come to our sales department to enjoy free air conditioning!" The sales lady explained to the sunglasses lady.
How could Quincy not know that the sales lady was talking about him? He just smiled. The sales lady said he couldn't afford to buy a house at all. But it was easy for him to buy the entire neighborhood.
The sales lady looked at Quincy and said, "Sir, the apartment here costs at least 3 million yuan. I'm afraid that you can't afford it. Look at you...." Then, the sales lady reached out to the door and smiled.
Quincy ignored her and walked straight to the sandbox to look at it. "I'll see if there's anything suitable. I'll buy one."
He wanted to buy one? He must brag about it. This kind of person was shameless enough to make up excuse to enjoy the cool air!
The sales lady brought the couple to the sandbox and began to introduce them. After explaining for more than 10 minutes, the man in white vest decided which house to buy. "We will buy this villa. We've been here several times before, and we've already taken a fancy to that one."
"Sir, you have an eye for good things. This villa is the best-selling one. It has a surface area of 239 square meters. The space is large and it is light. It has quiet surroundings and is very close to the artificial lake...." The sales lady praised the man in white vest and finally said the payment method, "The price is 6. 84 million yuan in total. You need to pay 30% that is 2, 053, 000 yuan in advance."
"I've seen so many advertisements before. It costs not as much as now to pay." The man in white vest was shocked.
"That advertisement was produced a few months ago. This villa is in high demand. A month ago, we have made adjustments." The sales lady looked at the shock look of the man in white vest and was no longer as enthusiastic as before. She estimated that the man could not afford to pay so much money.
"Sir, there are a lot of people asking about this villa every day. If you really want to buy it, you'd better bring the money today. Perhaps the villa will be sold tomorrow," said the sales lady deliberately.
"Darling, you have to think of something. I really like this villa. Nothing else is better than it. You said that only living in this villa would give you face and be worthy of your status." The lady with sunglasses said as she pulled the hand of the man in white vest.
"Didn't you see that I was thinking of something now?" The man was a little irritated. He looked at the sales lady and said, "I will definitely buy this villa. You can keep it for me first. I promise that I will be able to raise all the money within 10 days...."
"I'm sorry, sir, I don't have the right...." The sales lady shook her head and said.
"Darling, we can borrow money from our friends. We must buy this villa!" The couple knew that being able to own a villa in Green Island Mall meant that they were the richest people in JM City. In the future, they would be respected and envied by their relatives and friends, which was also very beneficial to their own business!
Both of them took out their phones and began to call their friends.
"This villa is really pretty good." Quincy looked at the villa on the sandbox and said, "I'll buy it."
"You will buy it? Psycho!" The lady with sunglasses looked at Quincy with disdain and said. This villa was too expensive for the couple to purchase. Did this poor man think that he could afford it?
The sales lady did not take Quincy's words seriously. Instead, her impression of Quincy became even worse. She felt that Quincy must be deliberately messing up.
"Sir, please leave now. We need to go to work." The sales lady was displeasure.
"I want to buy a house. Why do you drive me out? Do you want me to complain about you?" Quincy said discontentedly.
"Alright, you will buy a house, right? The total price of the apartment is 6. 84 million yuan. As long as you pay, it will be yours!" The sales lady said impatiently.
She didn't introduce a down payment of 30% to Quincy, because she didn't believe that Quincy could buy it. Quincy was making trouble here.
Quincy didn't care. He took out the Citibank Supreme Card from his pocket and held it in his hand. "Can I swipe the card?"
"Swipe the card? If you have 10, 000 yuan in this card, I'll admire you. If you can really buy this villa, I'll kneel down and call you grandfather!"
The man sneered at Quincy.
Quincy handed the card to the sales lady. "Then give it a try."
The sales lady took the card and walked to the cashier. She was certain that the card would be a "beep" sound when she swiped it, indicating that it was a fake card. Then she would call the security guard to drive Quincy out!
The card was swiped, and the computer showed that 6. 84 million yuan had been deducted from the card!
When the sales lady saw the information on the computer, she was dumbfounded!
This poor bastard ... No, the rich man didn't lie. She really deducted 6. 84 million yuan from his card!
Seeing the shocked expression on the sales lady's face, the others gathered around and saw the message.
The couple blanked out and looked at Quincy in disbelief.
He was dressed so badly, yet he had so much money? The man couldn't even pay 30% of the fee, yet he, a 20-year-old brat, paid the entire amount. The man in white vest scratched its head, unable to believe what had just happened. Thinking of how he had mocked Quincy just now, the man wished the floor would open up and swallow him.
The others' attitudes towards Quincy had changed fundamentally. They all looked at him with smiles on their faces. The sales ladies ignored the other customers and treated Quincy with tea. They were very unenthusiastic.
There were very few people who bought a 6. 84 million worth villa in one go. The most important thing was that Quincy was so young. He was young and rich. His future was limitless!
The sales lady smiled sweetly and tried her best to make her voice gentle, "Dear sir, I'm sorry that I neglected you just now. Now, let me introduce you to the villa you bought. It's a total of 239 square meters...."
Now, even if Quincy wanted her to do something illegal, she would not hesitate to agree.
Quincy thought for a moment and said, "Forget about the introduction. Although this villa is a bit lousy, it is still a bit better than the dormitory. Just stay here for now."
This top-grade villa was slightly better than the dormitory in Quincy's words. The others did not know Quincy's identity and could not understand his words for a while. They felt that Quincy was too pretentious.
"I think he purposely flaunted his wealth in front of us! He just buys a villa worth more than 6 million yuan and inflates like this?"
"Guys, don't look at how casual he is now. Actually, his heart is bleeding. I've seen many of these people. In order to show off, he can say something exaggerated."
....
"Something exaggerated?" Quincy shook his head and smiled. He glanced at the others and said, "To be honest, buying this villa is as easy as buying a spicy gluten."
Hearing this, the others couldn't help but laugh. A spicy gluten cost 50 cents. This villa cost 6. 84 million yuan. He was full of tall tales!
"If it's really like you said, you can buy that super luxurious villa on Green Island Mall!" A middle-aged man wearing glasses pointed at a villa at the center of the sandbox and said to Quincy.
"Alright!" Quincy agreed without even looking.
"Dear sir, do you really want to buy that villa?" The sales lady looked at Quincy in surprise. "The best one in the villa is built on an island in an artificial lake. It has its own courtyard, swimming pool and the most luxurious decoration. The room uses the most advanced system in the world...."
"Our neighborhood is called Green Island Mall, which is also the name of the villa because we want to highlight its status. Do you really want to buy it?" The sales lady was shocked, but she felt that Quincy was bragging.
This top-grade villa was priced at 250 million yuan. When the developers were building it, they were not prepared to sell it within 10 years. The main reason was to show the nobility of the residential area. When people knew that there were 250 million yuan villas here, they would feel that this was the most luxurious residential area in JM City.
"That's right. Do I look like I'm joking?" Quincy asked calmly, "How much do you sell it for?"
"250 million." It was difficult for the sales lady to read Quincy's mind.
Quincy nodded. He took out his phone and called Bailey, Citibank's account manager, asking him to transfer 250 million yuan to Green Island Mall's account.
The others were waiting to laugh at Quincy. When the fund was received, everyone's jaws dropped.
The sales teams surrounded Quincy, and their eyes were filled with lust. They wished they could strip in front of Quincy and sleep with him.
He just paid 250 million yuan by a call. How many rich and young people would sales ladies encounter in their lifetime? Even if they knew that they couldn't have him, they still wanted to make a fuss. What if the rich man liked one of them?
Quincy was surrounded by more than a dozen beauties, so he squeezed out of the crowd and quickly walked out of the sales department.
