Chapter 72 Chapter 72

Chapter 72 Chapter 72
 VANGUARD SOLUTIONS: INTERNAL INVESTIGATIVE REPORT
SUBJECTS: Mark Rusland & Alex Rusland
CLASSIFICATION: LEVEL 4 CONFIDENTIAL

SUBJECT SUMMARY
This report details the systematic identity fraud and physical alteration of Mark Rusland and Alex Rusland. Investigations confirm the subjects are not twins. They are brothers separated by a nine-year age gap who have utilized surgical intervention and psychological manipulation to present as identical siblings.
MARK RUSLAND (Primary Subject)
True Age: 37

Known Offenses: Predatory stalking, aggravated assault, identity theft.
ALEX RUSLAND (Secondary Subject)
True Age: 28

THE "TWIN" DECEPTION & SURGICAL CHRONOLOGY
The subjects claim to be fraternal twins. Evidence suggests a surgical plan initiated by Mark Rusland to eliminate the 9-year visual gap.
Surgical Alterations (Mark Rusland):
Mid-face Lift & Blepharoplasty: Performed to remove signs of aging and mimic the skin elasticity of a 28-year-old.
Mandibular Contouring: Reshaping of the jawline to match Alex Rusland’s structural profile.
Rhinoplasty: Alignment of the nasal bridge to achieve facial symmetry between the two subjects.
Implementation: These procedures were likely performed at a non-accredited private clinic to avoid public records.
Operational Objective: By achieving a near-identical, almost undistinguishable appearance, the subjects created a "shared identity." This allowed Mark Rusland to commit crimes while Alex Rusland provided a documented alibi, knowing witnesses cannot distinguish between the two.

EVIDENCE OF DISCREPANCY: "THE CLAYTON FACTOR"
The primary evidence debunking the "twin" narrative is the existence of Clayton Barker (18).
Biological Link: DNA confirmation (99.8% probability) identifies Mark Rusland as the father of Clayton Barker.
The Math Gap: If Mark Rusland were truly 28 (as per the twin lie), he would have been 10 years old at the time of Clayton’s conception.
At his true age of 37, the timeline is consistent with a standard biological maturity of 18-19 years old at conception.
Concealment: Subject Mark Rusland has gone to extreme lengths to hide Clayton from his current social circle. Clayton is the only living variable that mathematically invalidates the subjects' shared age.

THE ROTATION MANEUVER (24-MONTH DURATION)
Between 2023 and 2025, the subjects engaged in a systematic identity swap. Evidence indicates they took turns living with the biological mother, Gracie Rusland, to facilitate prolonged abuse without detection.
Synchronized Grooming: Both subjects maintained identical hair lengths, facial hair grooming patterns, and scent profiles (cologne/detergent) to avoid sensory detection by anyone.

Behavioral Mimicry: Mark (Primary) trained Alex (Secondary) in specific speech patterns and personal "ticks" to ensure a seamless transition during hand-offs.
The "Gap" Utility: While one brother lived with the mother, the other would "disappear" for business or family emergencies, creating a rotating alibi.
Impact on the Victim:

This was a calculated gaslighting campaign. By alternating, the brothers could keep individuals in a state of constant confusion and exhaustion. If anyone noticed a slight change in personality or memory, they would dismiss it as "mood swings" or stress, utilizing the other brother's "normal" behavior from the previous week as a baseline for gaslighting.

BIOLOGICAL INCONSISTENCY DATA

The "Twin" narrative remains mathematically impossible due to the Clayton Barker (18) evidence.
This was not a singular event but a two-year-long home invasion conducted by two separate men pretending to be one.

OBSERVATION

These men weren't twins; they were a two-headed monster. They’ve spent two years sharing a life and a victim. They’ve erased their own individualities to become a weapon.

My mind went blank, the file fell out of my hands because they started shaking so badly, and my ears began ringing.

Kai

I watched her read it and knew when she got to that part. Alex Rusland didn't just rape her; they took turns raping her for two years. She had a dazed look on her face; the file fell to the floor, and she stood up. She started walking, but it was this slow; it was like she was in shock.

“Tessa?” I called her name, but she didn't reply. She just slowly walked to the door and opened it and walked out. Fuck. I went after her and grabbed her hand. She turned and looked at me, and her eyes, her eyes were dead; there was nothing in her eyes, just flat, like all the life had gone out of them.

“Never touch me again,” she said in a low, flat voice that scared me. I let go of her, and she walked to the elevator. I walked back to the room and grabbed a shirt. When I rushed back out, she was gone.

“Carlo Joe, let’s go. We need to find her,” I said, rushing towards the stairs. When we got to the lobby, she wasn't there. Carlo rushed through the doors; Joe went over to the front desk. I ran out and looked down the road; it was almost three in the morning and empty. Shit, where the hell could she have gone?

“Boss, She came out; the receptionist said she went to the left,” Joe said.
“Carlo, get the car and drive up,” I said, running down the sidewalk.

The sun came up, and we still couldn't find her. I had more security details in the streets looking for her, and it was as if she disappeared. Joe was checking CCTV footage. I was still driving around looking for her when Joe called. I answered and hit speaker.

“Talk to me.”
“Mr. Rhyland, she went through an alleyway. Rob is there; the other side is a dead end, security-wise. The other side is Pennington Lane, and there aren't any CCTV cameras. There are a few stores, but nothing picked her up,” he said.
“Call the search off.”
“Yes, Mr. Rhyland.”

I ended the call and almost slammed my hands through the fucking windscreen. How the fuck does someone just become a ghost? I headed back to the hotel. It was already five; all day, she’s been fucking missing all day. I headed back to the room. I walked into the room and stood there for a second. Her bag and her phone were here. Her friends, I turned around and was about to tell Joe to contact her friends when the door opened and she walked in. Joe looked at me and then at her. She still had that blank expression on her face, her eyes dead.

He walked out; after he was gone, I walked over to her. “Where have you been, Tessa?” I asked, but she didn’t answer. She didn't even react. Blood was on the shirt; did her stitch reopen? I grabbed her hand, about to lead her to the bed to sit so i could check, and she jerked her hand away and walked over to the other end of the room.

“Tessa”
“Don’t. Say. My. Fucking. NAME.” She yelled, and I just stared at her. I've seen her pissed off and angry before, but this wasn't anger; there was more.
“Leave me alone; don't ever show me your face ever again.” She said in that same flat tone.

I started walking back to her when she did something I didn't expect: she pulled a knife out. “You can try and hurt me, but you can’t,” I said, walking towards her when she did something that made me see how broken she really was.
